Theyre great prices I like it because I can get a lot of things there I dont have to keep going to different places from close to food to medications and eating car batteries and a lot of the stuff for your car I mean its right there. The people that work there are more than happy to help you find something Ive never had a problem with you know somebody not wanting to help me find anything Im looking for they also have a place there where you can get lunch the food is good its a reasonable price. I really like shopping there at Walmart I really do its a good place

So disappointed..they had a can of paint that had been opened and paint was spilled down the side and also had paint on the lid. I asked one of the managers if they could mark it down and I would gladly buy it. Well long story short they would knock some off but not enough for me to purchase. They did pull from shelf to send back to manufacture??? I will go to Lowes and get my paint ....and yes you can have a better friend..Home Depot or Dollar stores.

The sporting good section is very limited and so is the staff. I waiting 10min no one was around. Hit the button. And had someone radio for sporting goods. Waited even longer. Then they didnt have keys. More waiting and then they couldnt find the box for the product. I just left. 30 min of my time wasted. The people were very nice. But walmart has dropped the ball for sporting goods. I will not go back for licenses for anything else in that department. This wasnt the first time.

Was checking myself out - price not in the computer for Red baron pizza so one of Walmart service people came to help.She checked several places on menu but couldnt find it - I told her where the pizza was located but she decided to wait on someone to price check it for her (others were standing around waiting I assume for price check as well). It was only steps away so I went, took a picture, and came back so she could manually put in price. Could not believe that this is a more effective way of doing things. 2 stars.

Hate that you have to wait in line forever for a cashier as they usually only have 2 at the most. I hate self checkout. Walmart makes billions and continues to replace people with machines. I get no discount for having to check myself out. So if walmart goes to all self checkout, I will not shop there anymore.

Nothing special about this Walmart, I mean its Walmart. Per usual dont except to be in and out. The mangers must be clueless to know they need to have all registers open from 4-6p. Seriously, I spend more time waiting to check out than I do to grab stuff.The pick up location at this store is horrible, really needs to be redone as a one way lane. I waited 20 minutes to get my items, then another 5 for a gap to back out, either because of cars or associates oblivious to the white light my vehicle has on.

Google maps . . . love the app. Would have been nice to know which side of the street the sidewalk was on.

The employees here are very nice and helpful. Whenever i ask about a product or where to find it they always know or find out out for me in a short amount of time.

I work here so maybe I seem biased, but you will be treated with respect from the associates. The first thing they teach us in orientation is that the customers come first. If you ever need assistance there are workers everywhere willing to help you. Also the online grocery pickup is a very handy tool to use if you want to shop but you dont want to leave your vehicle!

Store clerk at self checkout asked to take my picture to prove the store was hot to management. It was hot and I was soaked with sweat. Kinda crazy though.

It is a huge market place. Got essential commodities, toys, garments, cookwares, home decor, pharmacy, grocery. They plenty of varieties.

I havent gone in the store for several years but use the carside pickup about twice a week. Employees are very nice and Ive never had issues.

Prefer going to this Walmart vs the one in my town. This one is smaller but way cleaner, more organized, and Im more likely to find what I came in for. Today a very nice cashier helped me when my item didnt ring up on clearance right. I was just going to put it back but she went to the isle and came back to give me the right price! TY!

I am handicapped and it seems almost impossible to get a handicap scooter to go through the store. Since covid there are no benches to stop & catch your breath.

Just order online Park in the stall call in your number have them loaded up and leave thats convenient

My brother and I went there. Getting the food was OK but they have no cholride or tablets for pools. I asked a guy and he said they only got it in twice so far for the summer. Thats wrong then they have it too per person. I had to by bleach in stead without going to wichita ks. 30 plus miles

Waited over two hours for a flat. No one was at the bay no employees were to be seen. Just dropped the Wichita to the north side to get my tire fixed. Soto Tire got it done in 5 minutes. Will never buy anything at Walmart. Customer service sucks.

Jason from electronics gave the best experience for something as simple as buying a phone charger. Jason explained very well what was available and what wasn’t, the main difference between each product and gave his opinion on what he recommended. I would have never thought of getting such great customer service from buying a simple phone charger.

Decent store that has most of what you need. However here lately a lot of things have been empty. Some stuff like dog and cat food. Would be nice for the store to show why it’s empty like a small sign.

A good place go grab groceries and household supplies. They often had pretty good deals on things and a decent clearance section.

Usually have what Im looking for and the staff is great always asking if I need help so they are very attentive!

The checkout clerk refused to accept the coupon that was attached to the product I purchased. She said, the coupon price should have deducted automatically when the product was scanned. Obviously she didnt know how coupons worked and should be educated on them prior to helping customers. Im not sure if this is a parenting problem, school education problem, or an employer problem. Im just at glad this girl didnt have to count cash back to me.

Will be calling the Walmart heads tomorrow very unpleasant interaction with a few of themthem Will be know buy names and location of conflicts. Not happy! Good place to shop and friendly floor help. Not so much with management. They seem to act like they are better than the customers.

Too much in isles, stuff for sale and carts that held stock employees were putting away. A lot of products not priced.music was so loud in the store you couldnt speak to the person you shopped with. Mobility carts are not maintained and kept charged for handicapped.

Store stock is typical Wal-Mart, but customer service is definitely lacking.Greeter by carts was rude and unhelpful. My handicap isnt obvious, but she wouldnt even try to help me find a mobility cart. But was very helpful to the man on crutches.Never coming back here.

No problems was enjoyable til you get to the check out...only one register open to check out...they want you to use the self checkout...I am disabled and refuse to use the self check out...I will go to another store first!!!

Nothing further from the truth. The employees are hard to find to get any help. My wife was going to buy a tv and needed assistance waiting 35min for an employee after hunting one that was working a different section. Said he would get someone to electronics. Again waiting, so I called the phone number and selected the option for electronics and nobody answered. It transferred to customer service only to get transferred back to electronics that didnt answer when I called. So finally an employee went back there, walked right passed my wife whos in a handicap cart with a smug look and decided to ask someone else, that had just walked up, if they needed help . I let customer service know exactly who needed help describing she was in an electric cart in the television section. So my wife decided it wasnt worth buying from walmart, or at least this one. To top things off when she went to buy what she did get. The cashier was ringing up items for a gentleman and had an umbrella that didnt have a barcode, looks at the guy like, so are you going to get another one with a barcode? Are you serious? The thing to do wouldve been to get on the intercom and let one of those hard to find employees to get one and bring it up to them or for her to go and get it. Lazy that about sums up the employees here. Only work they want to do is punch a time clock in and out.

As always, understaffed and understocked. Didnt have the ink cartridges I need for the printer I bought there. Waited for 10 minutes after the one worker I could find said they would get someone to open a case so I could buy a dash cam, they never showed up. There was a space for a set of drill bits (the cheap ones) that I wanted but it was empty and only the most expensive ones were available.

It was out of a lot of different things. And it took me forever to find a employees to open something for me.

Has decent prices. I have never been impressed with their meat or produce, but its alright. I go here for household items and maybe a few groceries. Wish they were still open 24/7. Usually has what I need, and a bunch of things I dont... Theyre set up to entice the consumer into impulse buys, and I sometimes fall for it... Theres always a line at the service counter. Not my favorite place but a necessary evil.

Walmart...The place has a very open feeling with a wide array of opinions to choose from however! Whoever is stocking the shelfs needs to not destroy all of the soda stream bottles because sometimes I find them leaking or open! During this time that is just unacceptable.Other than that its a very nice place with a lot of options with clean bathrooms.

It is a nice sized Walmart with almost everything you are looking for.

It was only 11:30 AM and then why did they close the automatic checkouts and only have 2 cashiers open. That created lines.

Shelves never stocked,prices constantly increasing,never enough registers open trying to force people into self check out,if Im spending hard earned money I dont want to check a cart full of groceries.

I can generally get a decent parking spot here.

It was ok. Came to this one from out of town, expecting different stock as some Wal-Marts differ from others depending on location. Was mildly bummed.

Have been treated well when Ive shopped there.

Absolutely terrible online shopping experience. Their website can not handle to be selling a popular item and crashes EVERYTIME. They need to invest more money into their website if they plan to support popular sales. Also they dont give you item security if you add an item to your cart. It can be taken from you while you are in the online checkout. I have never experienced a worse online shopping experience

I went in to get some clearance items that were 90% off. It would scan at 90% off on my phone and in-store scanners, but rang full price at register. The employee was very rude to me about it and I asked if he had a scanner on him and lo and behold, it was 90%. Long story short, besides the attitude, he charged me wrong on 3 items, double charged me twice, and ruined my day! It would not have been such big deal had he not been so rude about it.

It is a Walmart, I like walking around and looking at stuff at Walmart while I buy groceries, I usually shop serveral stores while getting food, but I get most of my none food items from Walmarts

Could be the time of day that I was here . But they were not crowded and the layout of this store is different. But its cleaner then some walmarts i have been to. Thae cashier was polite and seemed happy at her job. Which is good because a happy employee makes a customer more at ease.

Dang it! Our local Walmart has dramatically decreased the number of products they are carrying, ever since their big remodel, maybe a year ago. Also, prices on some of our staple products have gone up significantly the past few months. What happened to falling prices? Isnt Walmart making ENOUGH money during this pandemic? The service and atmosphere isnt why ANYONE shops at there. If the prices are high and selection is low, theres just no reason to bother. In my humble.

We enjoy shopping at this Walmart center in Newton and have for years....HOWEVER we will not go back. Last Sat we were attempting to purchase over $200 worth of groceries but each isle we wanted to shop in was filled with groups that had no masks on!! It is a national policy to wear masks in ANY Walmart. We are reporting the manager to Headquarters. There needs to be bouncers at these doors so we can shop safely. plus the young employees should not have to work in unsafe conditions nor should clients have to shop with these ignorant people. We could not get to anything we needed as there were 3-5 maskless individuals loitering in front of the shelves! This is a manager issue!!!

The cashier, Cameron, was slower than molasses, his hair was hanging in his face so bad that you couldnt even see his face. We we not greeted by him and appeared to not have any physical limitations, but just did everything with one hand most of the time, when he did use other hand, didnt see any issues. Just slow!!
