Has everything you want, fulfills the convenience and pharmacy name. I have no idea why its rated so low

They have a great Minute Clinic!

Its a CVS. Kept fairly clean and well stocked but slow pharmacy.

One of the better CVS stores you will find. Points for the setup and lots if roomHas a public restroom, critical when traveling on rt 9Large spacious aisles. Fine. Knowledgeable personnel. The pharmacy is first rate, never have I encountered a problem they couldnt fix. I give it an A.

Pharmacy is completely and utterly useless. Had been referred to CVS as another pharmacy didnt have the prescription. The other pharmacy spent 35 minutes on the phone not getting an answer. When I tried same applied. I dont want to make a trip only to find that they dont have it either or its not ready. Timewasters. Avoid. Find somewhere (anywhere) else. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

My eyes! This must be one of the brightest CVS / Walgreens, that I have ever visited! You can definitely tell this place has been renovated as all of the shelves are glimmering with what seems like Hi-Def lighting. I love how unlike other CVS locations the aisles are actually reasonably spaced apart. The inside of the store is huge compared with most other locations Ive been to! Everything is neatly organized and easy to find.I mostly come here to pick up my prescriptions because its so darn easy to just stop in on my way home from work. (Especially if I need to do some other chores like stop by the ATM, get some take out from Green Tea, and fill up on gas.) When I host parties I also take care to mention the CVS for guests if they forget to bring any food. All of the employees Ive encountered have been friendly and helpful.I dont shop the deals or keep track of these extra care bucks since I do most of my regular shopping at the grocery store. The prices are noticeably more expensive, but thats to be expected since in the end it is a convenience store located right next to the Eliot T stop and along Rt. 9. Im just happy that the shopping experience is much more pleasant than any other location Ive been to.

The pharmacy is unresponsive and Never answers their phone. They have taken several days to fill Rxs sent from my doc, and since they dont answer the phone, the only choice is to go to the store to inquire. Terrible service.

Used to be really convenient and efficient but they must be understaffed at the pharmacy these days. Prescriptions are not ready on time. I’ve wasted so much time waiting for scripts that were supposed to be waiting for me.

Horrible customer service. I would give rating 0 if I could. Usually, I never complain, I always give everyone benefit of the doubt. My experience was so bad that I couldnt find ANYTHING that I could explain the staffs uncaring and insensitive behavior in pharmacy department. I just needed a simple flu shot and after registering I was told to sit down and wait for my name to be called. That is what I did. I waited for about 30 minutes. Within this time, I asked a few times if anyone called my name. I was curious because there were no customers waiting for a flu shot. I was told to wait for my turn. The staff was very irritated, they yelled that I did not register (I did register) and I am waiting in a wrong chair. I was sitting 10 feet away from pharmacy, nobody told me that I needed to register again and I am sitting in a wrong chair. There are no signs where the flu shot waiting chairs are. Wow!!! I will NEVER come back!!!

Much better than the one in Newton Center.

Large CVS with friendly, helpful staff and good selection. This store has a particularly large beauty/personal care section for some reason (even tho Ive never seen it crowded). And in addition to the many aisles of standard makeup lines, they also have a section decorated to upscale products such as La Roche Posay. The food and pantry section is small, I guess they needed to make room for all that eyeliner.

If you want customer service at its best - try to work with pharmacy manager Helen Tengkawan. Knowledgeable, smart, pleasant, always ready to help, she is a true enjoyment to work with.Thank you, Helen!

I visited this store yesterday, and it was an awful experience. The store as a mess, and the staff mocked me when I suggested they did not have to move so slowly dealing with a long line of customers waiting to check out. I wont be back!

They dont answer their phone! How can you get help with your medications if no one will pick up the phone in the pharmacy?

This is my favorite CVS. Everyone is so friendly and the store is always clean.

On multiple occasions I have been to this location after being told my prescription was ready over the phone only to drive over and be told to sit and wait because the scripts aren’t ready. It’s very frustrating.

Very poor customer service. I sat at the printing kiosk for over an hour, asked for help 3 times, and walked out empty handed because they waited to tell me that it wasn’t working and that I had to start over.

This is a great store where you can find what you need. But every time I stop here, there are never enough cashiers to serve the demands.

Came to upload cash onto PayPal and buy a giftcard, I had rolled quarters and dimes. The employee named Rick (always miserable) said were not a bank and turned me away, not allowing the transaction. No youre not a bank, but youre a PayPal upload agent, and Im paying with cash. There is no policy, its just Him being a miserable cuck. With their being so many cvss in the area its a no brainer to take my business elsewhere. Its a shame because most other employees are great, but ive just had it with r(d)ick

Pharmacy service is excellent and customer service in the rest of the store is courteous and knowledgeable.

It is near my home. It is clean and nice than other stores.

This is a nice clean CVS the staff is friendly. There is a parking lot but it shared with other businesses.

It say closing on 12 am. But they closed at 11. I show them this google map info. My family was sick so i went to buy some medicine. If you give me this fake info, people will do the stupid thing.
