They are very helpful every time I go. As well as good at helping find things, and allowing me to be informed about appropriate things.

I was trying to break a $20 to get smaller change to purchase something with cash from a friend. So I grabbed a drink and mentioned I needed as small of change as possible. The new guy with short hair and tattoos was SO rude and informed me “they don’t just give change out.” I said, “well, I’m obviously trying to buy a dr. Pepper. I was just trying to make sure you had $5s and $10s,” he said “well yeah, but you can’t just come in here asking for change.”Rudest, most inept individual I’ve ever met. I also had six people ahead of me before anyone even bothered to open up another line. Don’t waste your time here if you can help it. It’s garbage.

I recently worked here, it’s amazing how they frequently have water in the gas and won’t let customers know. Over the last month it’s been a huge problem, get gas at your own risk.

I really like this shop. The people are always pretty quick and helpful. The establishment is usually clean and well organized. Lastly, even their car wash is killer. You may find cheaper gas prices at other stations but this establishment feels the most professional, similar to Quick Trip. If youre a QT fan, you may be a KwS fan.

Great location! Its perfect location on the interstate, but the service isnt ways that great. Ive lived in Newton for 16 years now and this is the only gas station Ive gone to, and the service is great most days, but occasionally can get bad. Over all, I love it.

I left my wallet in their store on Mothers Day. The manager located a number to contact me, did so, and I retrieved my wallet. I would say that is excellent, loyal, and honest service. Thank you.

Employees were complaining about the QuikTrip franchise. Making comments how things in the store were driving away customers. The employees complaining in front of customers drives customers away. They were hoping QuikTrip would buy them out. Companies need to get rid of people like this. Its unprofessional. A Brendan (sp) was one of them.
