I big THANK YOU to Niagara Falls Nissan. I bought my Nissan Rogue at another local Nissan Dealership. They told me when I bought my amazing vehicle, that they sold me a service and not a car. Well for days I have tried to get through to the service dept. And was put on hold three times, for no answer. The forth time I left a message and got no call back. Well the first time we call Niagara Falls Nissan they got me in the next day and had me driving within less than 18 hours. They were friendly and explained everything. For my money when I upgrade it will be with Niagara Falls Nissan. I drive 180km a day for work and need a reliable vehicle. And Niagara Falls Nissan did it.

Very DISPPOINTING and Extremely SHOCKINGWhen I and my colleague, reached to the dealership after 3 hrs driving from East Toronto to Niagara Falls, to view 2019 Qashqai (blue) they gave us first shock by saying that its fog light is broken and we also noticed scratches.We came to this dealer for 2019 Qashqai which was advertised for just 10 km mileage along with price. BUT ... when we got into the vehicle, we got EXTREMELY Shocked when we saw the Odometer reading more than 7,400 km mileage. When we asked them for clarity / justification regarding advertised odometer reading (10 km) for that price and current odometer reading of more than 7,400 km, they did not satisfy us at all. And for this high odometer reading, we asked them to reduce the price, but the manager was not even ready to reduce a single penny. We had no choice except to leave the dealership with disappointment. We wasted our time and money, so I recommend Torontonians that do not trust this dealership.

Went in there looking for a 370z. i asked the salesperson (sean I believe) to show me one. He said yeah I’ll meet you by the car, i proceeded to wait 30 ish mins by the car and nobody showed up. Went over to Hyundai and got myself a Genesis instead much better experience

I went into Niagara Falls Nissan after my girlfriend Karen bought a new Rogue recently, and I was impressed with how quickly everything moved along. and so was she...however my own situation took a bit longer due to me going in to look into a Murano one day, but not getting back in until a week later as I went away for a week. However the experience was still very enjoyable. My salesperson was Ashley Andrews, a thoroughly delightful bubbly lady, who took care of any questions I had all along very knowledgeably. Financing was arranged by Lydia Easton, and after a little glitch on the part of my insurance company almost sent her around the bend, the transaction was completed. Again a very friendly lady to deal with...all in all a great experience !! Had a great time with some good laughs... :) Loved the drive home, and looking forward to enjoying the new Murano...

We purchased a used 2018 GMC Terrain from Niagara Falls Nissan for my wifes 50th Birthday. We had agreed to some of the improvements with the sales rep and sales manager for when we picked up the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle I could tell that our concerns/expectations were not met, we felt undermined and like we were ripped off. I contacted the Sales Manager in regards to our concerns and was eventually contacted by the General Manager (Ralph). Ralph was phenomenal and very genuine in hearing our concerns and getting the proper team members involved to resolve the issues. This is a prime example of not how a story starts but how it ends! At first everything was going great our sales rep was doing an amazing job she was understanding and really cared. The car we looked at unfortunately had some funny noises from weird gurgle to a really loud tick that wasnt just its the car normal it didnt feel like it was giving any power the sales manager said they would take it out. We left giving it some thought we told our sales rep we would think it over. We called her explained we wanted the car as long as they checked the engine 100% she said no issue and she would start the paper work. Minutes after she hung up her manager decided to call us back. Thats when it all went south he kept bugging us to turn back and demanded we drop off that deposit then he said that car doesnt make noise and the engine is perfect he drove the car and its perfect. Now the car we drove was a honda and it felt a little off with power delivery so i new something wasnt right. He said if you really want the car better put mkney on it there are 2 more people coming. Unfortunately for him that doesnt work our words were let them try it if it gets sold so be it we couldnt turn around we had things to do. He then said that they have been trying to move the car for a while which is a huge red flag so we slept on it and called our sales rep had to cancel it due to her manager being so forceful and not straight up. We ended upgoing to honda testing the same car and model and YES the honda we looked at, at Nissan definitely has engine problems the honda we ended up buying its engine was strong powerful no ticking other then the normal honda ticking and no gurgle sound. I felt bad for our sales rep she was amazing she definitely knows what shes doing as for the manager he only saw $$$ and made the experience horrible giving it 2 stars for him our sales rep she get 5 stars for being so amazing
My husband and I purchased a Nissan Frontier. Lydia helped us anyway she could, and was very thorough. She sent a full truck video tour to ensure we liked the truck, the office was very clean and all covid precautions were available and being used. I received a notice from Nissan Canada that my vehicle was part of a recall and was advised to contact a dealership to make the necessary improvements. When contacting Niagara Falls Nissan I was given the option of appointments that suited my schedule.Greetings were very pleasant (Sheri) when I arrived for my appointment and I was informed that short wait would be required. While asked if they could assist with other service needs at the time I did not feel pressured to commit to anything else at that time.True to their word the fix was taken care of in the time that they advised it would.I was thanked by the service consultant and advised that my car would be waiting for me outside. The service manager also thanked me on the way out (using my first name to boot)All the employees were courteous and professional. They even washed my car for me too. WOW! That has never happened to me anywhere else.I must also highlight something that I witnessed in the customer waiting area. The service consultant, (Sheri) was assisting another customer with options and suggestions on how to deal with her service needs. I was not eavesdropping but couldnt help but overhear in the small customer service area. I was impressed by her understanding and compassion when dealing with this customer.I would have no hesitation in recommending Niagara Falls Nissan (and their product) to any and everyone.
Nissan was offering a great deal and I needed a new car asap. The process was quick and painless. The staff were A+.
