This is the best place for Cricut supplies!!! Especially the machines and the cricut brand vinyl. I love that they offer virtual classes to help teach you how to make different projects on it as well. They have other in person and virtual classes also but i have not taken advantage of them yet but i do notice that many people do. Its awesome that they offer that and gives people the opportunity to meet others who do similar or the same type of hobbies that they do!

The store is okay they have a good supply of stuff but the last three times I was there and they never seem to have what I was looking for

Well-stocked and organized. Staff was extremely helpful. When we asked if they carried an item an associate walked us right to the item and reviewed options. They were knowledgeable and courteous.

One of my favorite stores! The Black Friday and clearance sales were amazing! Got most of my tree decorations for a fraction of the cost!!

The First Joann on Niagara Falls Blvd in Town of Amherst was pack. So I went to your store in Niagara Falls. Less crowded. But I didnt get what I want in both stores

Very organized place, lots of crafty crafts but pretty pricy. Im more a tools and technology guy so my own personal biases are holding back that 5th star. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They only smiled and giggled at my almost 2 year old and I as we unpacked half the beanie babies from the rack. We cleaned up after our playtime.

Joanns is a great place to get crafting supplies. Dont go in on a budget.

They always have what I need, and I get in and out pretty quickly (if I dont get caught up looking at everything!). The coupons are a help, too.

Staff is wonderful and helpful. I cant help but to feel like the store itself is a bit outdated but it serves its purpose. Great selection of fabrics; new and discounted; squares to bolts. Good selection also for sewing, knitting, quilting and needlepoint. Large variety of threads.

Still the go to place for arts and crafts I liked the online ordering feature but some items online are deceiving because they look bigger online than when you get the actual item and they do have good sales time to time and I dont like how they down sized the stores some where I feel like more so for online ordering but overall great experience

Great Store!! The store clerks are friendly and helpful! The store clerks have gone above and beyond to assist me on several occasions, so they truly deserve a shout out!! Would have given five stars but disappointed in Joanns limiting what fabrics are now available at this store. Before the store renovation, there were a lot more options of types of fabrics. Now, if this store doesnt have it, most likely it is at the bigger Joanns near the Boulevard Mall, which is 13 miles away. The store has ample white light to see the true color of your chosen craft. And crafts are expertly organized. Overall, you should find most of what you are looking for to start or complete your craft and kudos to the store clerks!

I love this store especially the sales items. You can find some real bargains. There is always something there that catches my eye. It is far more than fabrics! You must go in to see.

Although I couldnt find what I really wanted, they had Close substitute. It could also be that what I want is not available anymore. Bummer. They had a good variety of yarn, needles & hooks. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I needed buttons for a leather jacket that was missing 2, and I was never able to find the proper size. I decided to search again and I visited the Joann store on Millitary Road in Niagara Falls. As I was pressed for time, I asked the girls where to find the buttons. They directed me to the proper aisle, where I found numerous button replacements. I chose to replace all including a smaller size for the chest pocket closures, and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. They were on sale, and with great customer service and a tidy store, I will definitely return to Joann.

Not happy today. Used to be able to show coupon on smart phone. Now you have to down load app. Tried to get it all going in line. But no that didnt happen. Guess I will be back to paper coupons. Probably wont shop as often

Pretty small store, missing a lot of stuff youd find at bigger stores. Id recommend just going to a bigger location, unless you are looking for just basic solids.

Everything you need for sewing and crafts. The prices are great and if you join the free smile club, you will get additional discounts and bargains.

Wifey found the knitting book she couldnt find in .ca. Staff were friendly, interesting inventory. No body minded me sitting in the empty craft table while I waited.

Nice little store. They usually have everything I need- I mostly buy paint and they have a good selection and decent prices. I do wish that they would re-stock the paint brushes more often though. They dont always have a ton of staff working and sometimes I have to call someone to come up to the register but there usually arent many people in the store so I can see why. I usally dont have to wait hardly at all. I work nearby so I come here very often.

Joann always has beautiful decorative items and all the supplies to make your own if youd like to.

Never seen a store which takes so long to restock. Been waiting for a item to be restocked for almost a month. Even the people who work there dont even know when theyll recieve a shipment or what will even be on the shipment. Guess Ill have to go elsewhere from now on.

The service here is really really terrible!! Theres hardly ever anyone working the floor. And the people that do work cant help you when you need it because they cant even answer your questions. If you dont know anything about crafts and such, than u shouldnt be working here. They have a poor selection of everything. Id rather spend the extra money in gas to drive somewhere else for good customer service and someone that knows what they are talking about.

Joannas is always a great place to go for amazing fabrics and great deals to uncover. This Joanns was a little bit smaller so the selection was smaller.

This Fabric store is alot better than Fabricland in St. Catharines on Welland Ave. More selection, people are nicer. Canada should really get one of these Joann Fabrics over there instead of Fabricland.

Dissapointing store. Messy isles, over priced crafting and sewing supplies. Found many of the same items for less than half the price right next door at Dollar Tree. Fabric is the only bargain.
