I bought a nonstick pan, its been used for two years, now the layer is nolonger nonstick, I called le creuset for three times for repairing, they always said I need to email them the details, but never get emailed back. Now its been three months since first time I called their customer service number, nothing has been dealt with sofar I am so disappointed. And I would never buy anything from lecreuset again.

I know the Brand and I love it, its a luxury brand but They dont offer any discounts.
