Just found this place well looking for new bedding. Great deals and amazing products. Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find everything I needed and at a good price.

Cheap and cheerful competition for Ikea products but the packaging of some of their items is less then intact.

It is a nice store to get your bathroom and bedroom stuff at good prices. They sell some furniture as well. They have good selection of towels and bed sheets. Lots of parking spots and friendly and helpful staff.

I have purchased many items from this store and it has always been a very positive experience. I have have purchased sideboards, bed frame, dining table, clocks, art prints etc. All are in great working order and sound quality at good prices. Im a regular.

Showed up today on the first day of re-opening. I must say despite all the other stores having crazy lines jysk had a very reasonable almost no wait time. I waited 5 minutes.once in the store I was helped by a very knowledgeable staff member and she helped me get my new patio table and chairs!

Friendly staff. Some good sales going on. And clean and well kept store. Definitely see me again soon.

Thoughtfully designed and has a lot of products. I have been in larger places which had more room but this location overall was nice. So glad to have a place like Ikea over in Niagara.

Love this store. They sell a large rubber mat for the bathtub, eith suction cups on bottom, white-ish rubber. Fits bathtub and is safe, it works.

Decent place. Some of their desks were hard to put together and even the 750$ one i bought still doesnt sit right 100%. Kind of an inconvenience sometimes with the drawers. But most places seem to have these problems with mass made home stuff. But they had nice plant pots and pillows for outdoor sets. Also curbside pickup was easy and convenient.

I love shopping here and today Thursday March 12 at 2:25 I bought several things. I was so happy til I hit the cash. I knew that I didnt get the proper change back but everytime I tried to tell the young girl with the dark pony tail, she didnt give me.the right change she was rude, short and treated me like I was bothering her. She finally figured it out. She was short $12 short. No apology though.

I ordered something for curbside pick up and with in minutes it was ready. All went super smooth. The staff at pick up was phenomenal. All around great experience

Great pillow selection & home decor

Purchased a mattress set on Monday. Was told it would come possibly that day or as late as Wednesday. I called back on Wednesday. Warehouse gentlemen told me I wasnt even on the list for that day. He said he would try to get hold of the driver and see if he could get it out that day. He called back advising still could not get hold of the delivery driver. Set me up for 10-2 on the Friday. 2:15 pm on Friday I called the store. Assistant manager told me the driver never showed up to the warehouse. Apparently I was not the only one that called that day looking for their deliveries. We have company coming Saturday that now have the option to sleep on the couch( or us sleep on the couch), or a hotel room in Niagara Falls. If their delivery guy doesnt show up and cant be reached, the very least, call the people sitting at home waiting for the damn truck to show up. If not here by Saturday we will be in Sunday morning to cancel the order. Forgot to mention, we took the mattress cover but they indicated on the receipt that we took the rails. My wife walked back into the store. The guy at the cash was very nice and remembered that and made the correction on our copy and said he would tell the the salesman( manager). When I called on Wednesday, the warehouse fellow said it still indicated we took the rails. He made the change, I hope!!! The kicker is, I have a full size pickup and was ready to take it then, but was advised of the $30 cash payment upon delivery and figured that was a better way to go........................Well its now 5:30 pm. No call back. So I called them, twice. it rings about 20 times then disconnects. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!Saturday, I get a call from assistant manager, asks me if its okay to deliver today between now and 12:00 pm. I agree and wait. Approximately 12:20 a gentlemen from the warehouse calls and says our stuff did not get on the truck because we didnt confirm the delivery???? Drove over and cancelled the entire order. Everyone was nice to deal with but terrible communication between sales staff, warehouse and delivery drivers. Too bad really, we were looking forward to a new bed for our company, instead, its going to be a couch and air mattress night as we threw out the other mattress and box spring on garbage day (Wednesday).

1. The labeling of certain categories is very disorganized with misplaced items above the price tag. I have been to JYSK every other day for a week, and a couple of visits in the past week, it was still disorganized. I have to ask the employee to check the price for every piece I was interested in because the price tag doesn’t match the products or multiple different products are placed together above the same price tag. 2. This location of JYSK seems To have mixed in store customer service.There was a gentleman who was very upbeat, greeting customers and frequently asking customers if they need help. Then there are some female employees do not greet customers, hide as much as possible avoiding interacting with customers and providing helps with products availability, pricing, and getting the products. I had been shopping at Niagara Falls JYSK for a while and wasn’t going to complain about the disorganization and lacking of enough good employees. However, those female employees really upset me with my current purchase experience. Hence the review is made.

Ive only bought a few things from here but everythings priced pretty fairly. The warehouse out back is a bit of a mess but its a warehouse so nothing unexpected.We had one piece of furniture that didnt assemble correctly. Im not sure if this was the manufacturers fault or JYSKs but customer service was pretty prompt in their response. I will definitely return to the store in the future as there are some excellent finds here!

Jysk rocks. Love this place for economically reasonably priced home furnishing, bedding, towels, pillows, mirrors, etc. Yes, the stuff is made in China, and some things are cheaper looking or quality than others, but it’s not bad. You definitely get what you pay for and it’s nearly impossible to beat especially their sale prices on things.

Usually like this store but experienced bad customer service .Called 2 days ahead of time to ask if they did wedding registries, they said yes.Great, so we come in 2 days later and asked the girl at the counter, and she didn’t even look up at us before saying “we don’t do that”Even after I told them someone told me 2 days prior that they do, they didn’t even apologize, waste of a drive there.

I love Jysk for everything but service. Asked for a certain patio couch that on the site was at the falls location and others nearby. Asked the staff where it was and was told that they are sold out and it isnt even in the warehouse. While he stated that I reserved it at the next closest store. Wasted my time and gas with his lies because he was too lazy to look.

I went to the Niagara Falls store to look at outdoor furniture for my backyard deck.The store manager Andrew was the first to assist after being directed by the checkout staff. Andrew was a great help with the application process for the Benefit Card.I purchased a dining set, a gazebo, an umbrella, planters, pillows and some outdoor rugs.I took the smaller items and came back wit a bigger vehicle to get the larger boxes.Pick was seamless and the staff was great. Dan and Cody with the loading and my returns as ther was a missing part and one damaged part. Both were replaced without hesitation. As I continued to build the furniture I found one more damaged piece. My call to the store both times was received by Haley who was fantastically friendly and courteous.Back to the store and the boys were waiting with part in hand again.Everything was completed tonite just as the rain hit and I could not be happier with the furniture and the staff. Andrew has to be managing wonderfully if he staff is so well trained and willing to go the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction!

The manager Kayla at the Niagara location was FANTASTIC!! I had many issues with the stores locally in Hamilton this day, being sent all over to pick up a viggo bunk bed. They all showed in stock but when i arrived at the rymal road, stoney creek AND Burlington stores, i was only to find out that in stock showing on inventory screen doesnt mean they have all the boxes for this product. one store had 2 boxes out of 5 required, one had 3 boxes out of the 5 required. it was SO frustrating, i was told to call customer care number by the one store, so i did and they were of ZERO HELP!!!. They had stated they couldnt ship to a store that already had one in stock, i explained that none of them had complete kits and i would like one delivered close to my house in stoney creek. after 14 minutes on hold the same reply came back sorry we cant over ride the system sir .... fast forward to Kayla... i had called Niagara falls jysk cause they showed one in stock. Kayla listened to my frustration and was very compassionate towards my situation. She assured me she had one, even went and checked all the boxes to ensure they were there and in good shape. when she called back i had mentioned i would be driving the 45 minutes to her location and was very pleased with her over all caring as well as attitude. She made things right! Thank you Kayla... John Brooksas for JYSK... get your stores on the same page, update your stores inventory often, you cant even imagine my frustration, what a waste of a day and gas, due to your managers incompetence of not updating stores inventory frequently and/or properly!!!

I love Jysk. I went when they had a large sale, but for the chaos going on in the store, shelves were very well stocked and organized. Things were very clean. The only downside would be the cashier who was very unfriendly and not pleasant.

JYSK in Niagara Falls is pretty good.It could be described as Ikeas cousin store.Products and prices are reasonable.The only complaint is that the ailes are narrow because the store is over packed with products.

Lazy and rude. good luck if you need the staffs help with measuring dimensions of a box for you or something simple in order to see if you can take it home. called Hamilton jysk and they did it for me no problem. weird. easy in and out items are no problem. poor customer service with this location and it looks like im not the only one who thinks this.

Good store for finding items at a good price. Ive gone to Jysk for items that werent at other stores or were too pricy elsewhere. Ive also made returns using receipt without issue.

One of the worse customer experiences Ive had in a very long time... I got there first thing in the morning.. when the doors opened I was never greeted... AT ALL!!! They had a new hire when i asked him a question about an item he was quick to say i dont know Im new fair. Enough however that should of been followed up with I will find someone to help you I saw all the other customers being asked if they needed help NOT ME.... Instead my every move was being watched I wonder why hummm I will leave that up to your imagination.... Then when I finally asked one female clerk for help she was restocking or labeling itmes or something she looked totally annoyed that I was interrupting her, AND by the way i ended up spending almost $160.00 so think how much more I would have spent if I was not made to feel so unwelcome... I then spoke with the manger and voiced my frustration she apologized but what good is it after the fact...To the Owner educate your staff this is the Niagara Falls location and they will have the world coming to visit your store so treat everyone equally..

Purchased some outdoor items today and applied for and used the Jysk Benefits card. We were helped by two sales associates, Dan and Mryiah, with the application and purchase. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Neither tried to push any sales on us and had good recommendations for what we were looking for. Thanks to you both!

I spoke to a customer service rep named kayla. The zipper on my mattress cover broke due to it being low quality. Since the mattress had gotten wet it was no longer under warranty. I am very disappointed because the mattress wet had no reason for the broken zipper but because of the poor quality. I’m really disappointed and was planning to buy the paradise 6” memory foam mattress but I changed my mine I will look at another product that is not JYSK anymore. I bought a total of $7,000 products on this store in the month of november 2017 and they wouldn’t give me a warranty for a broken zipper. I wont buy any products from JYSK anymore.

Very unimpressed with jysk. Ordered a console table on may 26th and they told us they didn’t have any in store so it had to come in from the warehouse and we said no worries as we weren’t moving until July 1st and they said they’d have the console in before then. Called about pickup for our moving day and they said they had none in and we won’t be able to get it until July 23rd. Almost two flipping months, that’s ridiculous

Horrible customer service the prices for furniture are cheap but due to the terrible customer service I received from a manager I wouldnt recommend. The website stated free shipping until today. the couch I wanted was not in stock I was told I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery and then pay for delivery. Waited for almost half an hour on the phone for the manager to tell me this.
