Went in to return a defective iPad, and tried to purchase a small laptop as a replacement. I returned the iPad without issue, but I have to order the laptop, which takes a few days to arrive at my house. This isn’t as convenient as it could be.Verizon needs to understand that their customers need their devices to work properly, and if not, be replaced by going to one of their corporate stores.I gave a 5 star review, because it wasn’t the rep, Lindsay’s fault that Verizon policies are shortsighted in this matter. She and her manager, whose name I did not catch, mentioned it had something to die with COVID-19, but I don’t understand how the pandemic affects whether you have a laptop in store. I get inventory levels, but they said they haven’t carried it at all. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Arrived and young lady took my name said it would be 5-10 minutes. During Covid I understand. Soon a gentleman was let in the door who I’ve never seen while I was waiting. Watched two customers leave the store a young tall employee standing by the front window for 15 minutes playing on his iPad then return to the back room came out 10 minutes later in the meantime three people walked in the store and two were taken ahead of me before I even got my notification. He came out and said do I have a problem after I knocked on the window he said he sent me a text which I got 10 minutes later after I left. Store had two total people working and none of them knew what they were doing
Verizon went from best wireless company to a poor quality service. I have been with Verizon over 20 years. Its time we part ways.

I have to say, Ive been a Verizon customer for quite some time now and they really do continue to impress me. Superior customer service (both in-store and on the phone), prices are unbeatable, and their phone service is absolutely outstanding. I never, ever have issues with data or slow service.Regarding the store, Ive always had good experiences in the few times Ive been here. Just yesterday my father and I visited so that we could get a smart phone for my mom (shes coming from the flip phone world). Natalie helped us and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the different phones and plans to my father and really helped us to find the best option for my parents. We ended up putting them on my plan and got a great price on the unlimited service!Verizon has shown me that they want to keep their customers, and they have offered me various loyalty perks - which is not something that I see with any other service nowadays. Typically, it seems that many other services stop caring once you become a customer. Verizon goes out of their way to keep customers happy.For example, a while back I got an email advising me to pick a Verizon reward. So I picked a month of HBO Now. Never used it, forgot that I even had it - I just didnt want my reward to go to waste. Month was up, and HBO charged me (early). I called HBO to complain and tell them that Ive never even used it, they pretty much said oh well (even the supervisor!). It was only $10, but we work hard for our money and it was a silly mistake. Id hoped that HBO would throw me a bone on that oversight. I called Verizon, mostly just to note my disappointment with HBO and the reward, and Verizon actually refunded me the $10!Another example - I live in Niagara Falls and hike the gorge quote often. Apparently my phone pinged onto one of Canadas towers, and I was charged for it. I called Verizon to tell them that I wasnt in Canada, that I live near the border. I was concerned that I would constantly be charged for this, living so close to Canada. Recognizing my situation they changed my service, free of charge, to include Canada.Also, their call center employees seem to be based in the USA. Ive never got transferred to another country with a representative that I cant understand (as I did with my previous phone carrier, Straight Talk... it was honestly such a hassle just to call their customer service).I cant say enough about Verizon. My phone is lightning fast in streaming music, videos, you name it. My husband and I travel a lot and the coverage is quite remarkable. I am definitely a happy customer and plan on staying with Verizon for years to come.
I went there to deal with a warranty on my screen protector. I had to stand outside in the cold for 10+ mins, to get into the store. Then I was rushed out with false information (told me to contact otter box for my screen protector, but I have a pure gear one)I felt talked down too, and they didn’t even understand the issue before trying to get me out of the store. Niagara Falls Verizon is by far the worst Verizon store I’ve ever worked with.

Convenient locationNear a lot of other places so I could get a lot done in one trip. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with my new phone. Someone come up to me right away and asked how they could help. The lady at the desk was considerate and understanding. She resolved my problem quickly. She went out of her way to make sure I was not charged to get the problem fixed. I highly recommend this store

I had to port a number over to my wifes account .The first sales rep there was pretty rude, and actually had me call customer service in the store to work something out. The second sales rep was much nicer, but due to Verizons inability to provide a smooth transition I was still left in a poor position after the fact. I unfortunately live in a part of the state that only seems to have coverage by Verizon, but should that change I will be thrilled to switch over to a more competent service with more customer service focused sales reps.
I went in because all my text disappeared from my phone, I spoke with Jess, and she was very nice and helpful...(I thought). She used another app and showed me the list and asked is the names looked familiar and I said yes. After talking for a few minutes we left and on the way home I was looking at the list and it was not the entire list and it still did not restore all my missing texts...it is only showing texts since Sunday...So my problem was not resolved... I will have to go back to the store and talk to Jess again...
The store is very clean, employees are friendly but the prices are through the roof. Canada, Germany, France all have a packages at a fraction of the price. They use similar or better infrastructure and backbone technology and still can make the prices reasonable. A German 2 year contract cost $32 / month (that considers the Euro exchange) with unlimited talk, text and DATA! We can do better.

Don’t switch to Verizon I have 3 lines one iPhone XR which is payed off and a iPhone 8 Plus and a 6s I pay 260 per month and my data is so slow. And I was lied to by Verizon saying I can switch but I can’t, please do yourself a favor and go to T-Mobile or at&t way cheaper and faster.

I am disappointed that they will not give you the phone at the discount if you wish to pay cash for it. They make you add it to your phone plan big disappoint.
Always hit or miss whether you get a good associate to help you. The last visit I was wanting to buy a phone, went in with nothing in mind. The associate made no effort to actually sell me a phone. I ended up picking one due to a promotional offer I looked up on my phone, not at the advice of the sales person.

My son and I went into this Verizon store on Military Road this afternoon for the purpose of upgrading my phone. I wanted to re-up my contract which would have enabled me to buy an IPhone 6S for $199.99. I was on my Verizon account online before I went there and this deal was offered, even to the extent of picking up my phone at that store. When I explained what I wanted to do, I was told that they no longer offered contracts and my only option was to pay a monthly installment of $24.99 for 24 months. I told them that they did indeed offer contracts and for the price I quoted. Again I was told that this couldnt be done, additionally, I was told that all three IPhones on my account would go up $15.00 a month if I didnt increase my data package. Just to be sure I was understanding this I asked if I was going to end up paying $600.00 for this phone, I was told yes! I told them never mind, I was not paying $600.00 for the phone when I knew I could get it online for $199.99. We got into our vehicle in the parking lot and I signed into my Verizon account where I proceeded to order the IPhone 6S for $199.00. When I got home I called Verizon and I explained what had happened. I was told that this salesgirl out and out lied to me to increase her commission and that I should have been able to do this transaction at the store. The Verizon rep had me convey this incident to her supervisor and describe the woman who had waited on me. The supervisor sent the store manager an incident report about what had transpired and assured me that the matter would be taken care of. Additionally, she credited my account $30.00 as a goodwill gesture. I will never, ever step foot into this store again! Apparently the staff at this location is dishonest and not above lying to line their own pockets with our hard earned money.

Horrible is putting it nicely, there only trained to sell new phone. Dont know plan costs, cant fix problems, they forget to do things and you have to call on line support. Better of doing your business on line and stay out of store.

Stopped in because my phone was no longer charging when plugged in. Despite me trying to clean it out myself as I read online - they had special tweezers which were able to really clean it out. I also said I needed to get a new screen protector and the woman told me mine was still under warranty and not to pay the $50 for a new one - just go online to Zagg and fill out an exchange form. The fixed both problems and didnt charge me a dollar! Love it!
Horrible! I got the buy one get one free note 10 plus. And they are charging me for the other phone still. Now they just charged me a double payment. And are refusing to give me my money back. They have horrible customer service in the store. The guy lied to me. I put 787 down. For the phone, taxes, sure charges and more. My bill was still 320 . Next month my bill is 220. They are charging me for a free phone and add ons and taxes and other fees Ive never even hurd of. Month 3 they dont take my payment so I have to call . The lady told me ima have to make a manual payment. So I do. $440 later they took a double payment. I go into the store and there telling me that I was charged for the other phone for a couple months then it will be credited to me . They just wanna make sure Im not running off with the phone. My credit score should tell you Im not the one to run off. Thats also not what your deal said on the way. Thats also not what your representative said when I purchased the phone. I made a status on facebook .50 ppl said verizon is a scam . I agree. How many poor ppl are you gunna rip off? This is sad. My mom used to work for teletech for Verizon I used to think they were the best. Ive learned my lesson. Horrible. Scam artist.
Was in this store on February 15, Friday afternoon approaching evening. Nooone checked me in, nobody asked me if i needed anything, trolled around for 15 minutes. Finally a young man asked me if i needed help. Asked him about any deals on upgrading 3 phones on my plan. Didnt look up my info, was disinterested in helping me. Told him i was going to go to another carrier afer being with Verizon for over 15 years, he talked about the coverage and made no attempt to try and help me. Left unsatisfied. Was than prompted by notification on my phone how my experience was, echoed this exact thing, and no follow up. If this is customer service perhaps i should leave. Silly to lose 200 dollar a month customer but oh well.

My phone has been unable to get to internet for google or my games. I got there at 10 a.m. and there were already 6 people waiting. It took about 30 minutes to get help. The problem with my phone was really simple, she said I needed to power it off every couple days. I really thought it was a memory problem. I was very happy.
I was the only one there and I still had to wait 20 minutes to be taken care of. I get it when the store is full, but come on. I had a simple question and non of the employees would answer me they just kept saying someone will be with you shortly. Then when I was taken care of, the person didnt even know what they were talking about. I asked if they could put a new screen protector on my phone and she said 1 sec as she went to ask another employee. Then when she came back she said that the company that makes the protector deals with that.Bad customer serviceUnknowledgeable employees

My husband and I went to this store last weekend to update our phones and our childrens phones. Lindsay was very helpful and patient with us. We just discovered that one of the phones did not receive the additional 2GB as planned. We tried to correct this by calling Verizon directly but they were not helpful at all, in fact they were a little rude. I called the store today and spoke with Jill, the Assistant Manager at this store about the issue. She was very professional and between her and Lindsay, the missing GB is now corrected. I highly recommend this store.

This store had no one greet me as I walked in. Their were 3 sales people all helping customers. All 3 saw me walk in and sit down. Others came in after me and one sales associate helped one of them and not me. As others came in, a sales person left their customer to sign them in. No one ever came up to me. I finally had to go up to them and ask if they normally ignore their customers. They said they will put me at the top of the list. Horrible service and super long wait time. I was their about an hour for a 5 minute fix of my phone.

Your customer service is terrible. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I need a screen saver replaced on a one month old Samsung S9 that was put on very poorly with bubbles which I was told go away after 3 days. Not the case. I was told this is the best screen saver when I purchased the phone and now my screen saver has scratches and Im told to go to a website. I will be thinking very strongly against going to this store when my upgrade for my other phone is due soon. I have been going to your store for years without a problem but your store has obviously changed. Not for the good, very unhelpful employees.

They were too busy to investigate my inquiry about WiFi calling for my LG G3 and made up some bogus story about tech support being able to remotely access my phone and unlock the feature. I took their advice and ended up being on the phone for three hours with Verizons prepaid and post paid departments trying to explain what WiFi calling was and ended up getting nowhere. I ultimately left Verizon after that.

I have never had a problem at this store Yes of course sometimes theyre very busy but theyre always considerate. But there is one bad thing I pay more for my verizon bill or did then I did for two car payments they are way too expensive and look over your bill each time you got one

Terrible customer service they only care about selling phones. The staff is rude and uneducated on their products as well plans and cost. They also tell you that no promotions are going on at that time, only to find out from verizon and or another store that there is. I left verizon and went to sprint mainly because of this store, I was a loyal customer for almost 5 yrs. Avoid this verizon store at all costs.

I would like to thank Kevin for the phenomenal assistance today. I walked into the store with a manufacturer malfunction that caused my Moto Z to to be unusable. Not only did they help me replace my Moto Z with next to no hassle, they updated my plan, and added insurance. The kicker? I walked out saving almost $40 a month with the new plan. Thank you very much.Edit: Would like to thank Jill. Customer service ended up having my phone replaced on the spot. Customer service done right right here.
