From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and left on my own versus pushy follow you around sales people.In my conversation with the owner another plus about this store, it was clear it was built by a cigar smoker for cigar smokers.Every time I am back in Niagara this will be a stop for me, an excellent selection from very good low end prices to whatever your smoking heart desires.Do yourself a favour and stop in!!

Great place to get a few good sticks, or bundles/boxes. The staff know their products and can work within your budget. Highly recommended for any cigar lovers trip to Niagara

Just started smoking cigars not too long ago. Started with gas station cigars. Then I had a friend recommend me this place. So I dropped a few hundred dollars on an assortment of cigars. Talking to the guy on the phone was easy. He threw in a few free things which is always nice it shows appreciation. However sometimes I think its easy when things are going smoothly to keep customers happy. Sometimes there has to be a problem for the true colors of a company to show. I bought a humidor there the next day and I wasnt too happy with the humidifier that it came with I was having problems with it. No big deal. I called them and without any question, were trying to make it look like its something I did wrong, they simply said bring it back and will give you an upgrade. Went back the next day purchased $100 more worth of cigars and a few other small things, they gave me the upgraded humidifier and didnt even charge me for it. What was even worse more than upgrading me for free is I didnt have to go through an interrogation where they are going to try to make it my fault somehow like I didnt know how to use it LOL. I now have zero reasons to shop around 👌

Professional service, great looking clean store, with a large selection of fine cigars.Many other shops in the area have terrible humidors that make great cigars unsmokeable. Cigar Experience has fesh smokes and a beautiful walk in humidor room.If you are in the Niagara area this is the place to grab a few stogies or gifts for the cigar enthusiast.

More like 3.5 star, primarily given for the quality of the cigars that I ended up deciding on my own. The gentleman working there was not the most helpful when asking about particular cigars I had never had the pleasure of having before. To my surprise, I especiallly after having read most to the google reviews, he seemed very uninterested in providing a recommendation. Then the icng on the cake, they had a Davidoff year of the ox cigar. Again, Ive hadnt had the pleasure of trying because of covid, and I get the following remark, its a pricey cigar my friend, its pricey. when I asked about the pricing he tells me its $120 a stick. Not much when ur accustomed smoking cigars. I was taken back from his response, not sure it is was because I wasnt dressed the part, was asking questions about certain cigars. Nevertheless, not what you want to ask a paying customer. Not impressed with the service and assistance of this establishment. Definitely not going back and will stick to getting my stuff at Havana Castle.

When you go to cigar experience, Evan, and Ryan take the time to get to know their customers so they can suit them with the best possible experience they can provide. Their customer service is above everything I’ve ever had I am thankful to have the chance to get product from them, and I recommend them highly to anybody who is starting out or well-versed in the cigar world.

This was my best experience in a cigar shop ever. I am not a well versed or knowledgeable cigar smoker, and have had some poor cigar shop experiences. The owner here was so nice and helpful, he made some great suggestions for me, worked within my price range and tastes and I loved each one of them. I only wish I lived closer to go more often, but I will 100% be going every time I am in the area and would recommend this store to anybody, beginner or aficionado.

I am very new to cigars and so I searched up some cigar shops near me, Cigar Experience was the shop with the best reviews. I went into the store expecting good service based on the reviews that Ive read and wow, I have never received customer service so great like this before. The owner, Evan, was friendly, generous and most of all, honest. I wasnt forced to buy expensive products and I felt that the buying experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend Cigar Experience to everyone. I will only keep my cigar related business with Cigar Experience.

Great Store. I bought a decent number of sticks there this past weekend. Definitely an authentic Cuban cigar merchant. It is a very nice looking store and they have a very good selection. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back.

The selection was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and get better with a full box discount. Joshs (the manager) expertise was exceptional and the customer service is unmatched. The cigars were perfectly maintained in the humidor. Cigar Experience is the only place you should shop for Cuban cigars in Niagara (and is the only place guaranteed to have authentic Cubans). Icing on the cake is this store is in a really neat part of town with plenty of shops, bars, and fun things to do.

Just visited Cigar Experience. Josh gave excellent recommendations and is very knowledgeable of their vast inventory. Prices are fair, the Cuban selections are plenty, and the store is well organized and clean. Many brick and mortar cigar shops in the States are great, but the selection at Cigar Experience tops them in premium selection. I cant wait to come back and share some Romas with Josh. Went to Niagara Falls for mine and my wife’s anniversary and looked up a few cigar shops in the area, ended up going to Cigar Experience. The store is very clean & organized. Been going to CE since the 1st year they opened. Ive become accustomed to the great service and they have never been disappointed.These guys know their stuff. Not only do they share thier knowledge they listen. Its a real conversation.

The only place in Niagara Falls to go for cigars, Cuban or other. Josh is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about anything that they have in stock. The walk-in humidor is amazing and all of the cigars are in top-notch condition. Already visited twice during this trip and am strongly considering stopping in for a third round before heading home. Don’t waste your time with any of the shops near the tourist attractions, take a few minutes to head a few blocks up to Queen st. and stop in here.

Always great selection

The store is clean and the cigars are at a proper humidity. Unlike the Cuban cigar stores on every block at Clifton, it has a walk-in humidor and a great selection of non-Cubans. The prices are competitive with any Toronto shop. The owner did my favorite thing by recommending that I not buy the expensive Cubans. To top it all off, when I went with my usual cheap no name cigar, he insisted I try something better at a steep discount. I will absolutely go back.

If youre American and a cigar smoker man or woman you need to go to Cigar Experience on Queen Street in Ontario Canada. Theyre located less than 5min away from the Falls you will be treated like a celebrity. No crazy hustle or rushing or forced sales. I cant wait to get back to the store. Evan was exceptionally nice and suggested several cigars to me. The selection was quite extensive and the shop was laid out very well. I was looking specifically for Cuban cigars and his suggestion to me was quite exceptional- a hand rolled De Rafael Gonzalez Marquez. He had a new employee help with the check out process and it was the best $400 that I was glad to spend.

Staff was knowledgeable. Owner (I think) asked for my preferences and wanted an idea of my budget. He also made suggestions for a better cigar at a lower rate versus just trying to buy Cuban. I really felt that the stores name was aptly chosen as you truly will have a great experience here and they aim to please. Store was clean with a walk-in humidor that was well-organized.

The owner greeted me on my arrival and grabbed a tray head back into the humidor. Asked what I was looking for and if I needed any assistance. Made recommendations to fit my requests and made this a very nice visit. Great selection, and service.

Made it in on a Sunday - the last day of our weekend excursion to Niagara - and was warmly greeted by the manager Josh. I wanted a new pipe as a souvenir of our trip, and Josh answered all of my questions, and generally just talked us up. If I lived in town, this would easily become one of my haunts. I got a great pipe, a small box of filters, and a handy new pipe tool to replace the tamping nail I have a home. Avoid all the cheap tawdy places in the tourist area, and venture instead to downtown, just a few blocks off of the WEGO bus line. It is worth the trip.

When in the Falls area, dont waste your time with those Cuban Cigars stores! This is the place you want to be in!! A huge selection of cigars in the walk in humidor and others around the store. Awesome accessories, and pretty good coffee! The service has been great everytime Ive gone, which is hard to come by. I will be back soon!

Of all the cigar shops Ive visited in Ontario, Cigar Experience has the best overall selection of cigars Ive seen. The prices are very reasonable and they have good store promotions. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided a lot of good cigar recommendations. If you are in Niagara Falls dont waste your time buying cigars in the tourist (Clifton Hill) areas. Make the trip to Cigar Experience. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely return when Im back in Niagara.

I just went in to this place and was rudely asked by this man what I was looking for. He would not even let me in the humidor and made me feel so unwelcome in his store. I came in to purchase cigars and typically spend a good amount on my purchases when I do. I am still learning about cigars and he made me feel so intimidated by his aggressive behaviour. He lost a good sale today because of his arrogance and I will never recommend this place. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I will stick to places like Village Cigars for my purchases. It was because I was visiting the falls today and stumbled on this place, I thought to give it a try. Stay away!

Exceptional Cigar Shop. Purchased Cuban Cigars here while visiting Niagara Falls. Fantastic walk-in humidor with a great selection. Evan was a great help and very friendly! Definitely recommend making the short drive up to Queen Street from the falls to visit.

The positive reviews and comments are all true and accurate. I traveled from an hour and a half away in NY specifically to come here and I look forward to my next visit. Came for the Cubans and was not disappointed. For the US aficianado, be aware that prices are considerably higher in Canada. Just the way it is. But Evan has a beautiful shop and a great selection of Cuban cigars. Love it.

Made the mistake of going to a tourist trap cigar store, that only had sticks that may have been fake. Came to cigar experience the next day and was treated very well & given a lot of great suggestions on cigars. Was asked about budget, quantity and preference in flavors. If you are going to Niagara Falls, take the extra time and go here to buy your Cuban cigars

Good quality cigars with a knowledgeable owner. Whether youre brand new at smoking or an experienced cigar enthusiast this is the place to go. Also there was a good selection of Cubans varying in price. And theyre going to be expanding the walk in humidor to be able to have more Cubans.

I visited Niagara Falls and first thing I looked for was a place to buy authentic cuban cigars. I looked around and when I did research everyone gave this place 5 stars. Upon going there I seen why because I went for the typical Cohiba or Monte Cristo and the attendant was very knowledgeable and cued me on to the Bolivar and it was amazing. A nice spot if you like classy cigar lounges. The clerk pushed a Cuban cigar on me that was one of the worst Ive ever had. In addition, there were chlorophyll spots on it. I feel I was hustled for being from the States. Im glad I bought a Hoyo de Monterrey as well, which was good quality. The prices are good for Cubans per Canadian standards.

A great cigar shop, with great inventory. Most storess carry a lot of generic cigars being worried more about cost then variety and quality. They also carry premium brands as well, which is very rare for a cigar store in Niagara. There staff is personable, and they know there stuff. That also have a sizeable inventory of humidors and other cigar accessories. Highly recommend this store.
