I have purchased about four or five glass pieces from this establishment and all of them are great. They also have an amazing selection of rolling papers!

Just purchased a couple bongs and pipes at a great price compared to the smoke shops in the United States. Was a good experience very laid back, I even got a free grinder for my purchase! I would highly recommend checking out this smoke shop.

Very helpful staff helped with everything is asked for. They have a huge selection and prices were very very reasonable! Even though prices were fare they had a 420 sale plus they helped me out by taking a few bucks off my bong purchase. Im very happy with this store. Being from Toronto I see alot of bongs shops, these guys are doing it right!

The guys in here are truly good guys, they are honest about their pieces and fair about their prices. Has been my go to headshop for years, any time I am in Niagara Falls! Always a great selection and fair prices.

I dont want to even give them one star. Clearly these people are only in it for some quick cash. They sound like they know what theyre talking about, but then you get home to find out your product doesnt work and theres no info about it online. I dont even know where their stock comes from when theres no paperwork to go with their expensive gadgets. Very disappointed. Will NOT go back

Today, March 4th, 2019 at 7:19pm I came to this location. I drove by and they were open and the second i turned around to park, which was in less than a minute, they were closed. It wasn’t even 8pm yet. This is the second time i’ve had a bad experience with this business, although the first wasn’t their fault. It’s very annoying driving from cities away to go to a specific bong shop just for them to close early almost right in your face.

Lots of nice quality glass. Staff could know a little more about what they sell but all in all nice clean shop

Not a dispensary despite the name and the giant weed leaf decorations. Maybe change the name to only smoking accessories like the other four places on the same block instead of just a tiny sign on the door. Didnt stay, but it did appear that they had a very large and diverse selection of glassware.

Very unprofessional and Poor Customer Service.They dont need to be in this business, because they dont know the rats ass about their own business. Shame on them. I am surprised how they even got their license to operate this kind of business.I would not be surprised if they get in trouble with Law, you know what i mean?

Staff was very friendly and helpful, I broke a brand new stem on my water pipe and they helped me replace it with ease, I would definitely recommend going here local or out of town as the prices are more than reasonable and they have a selection for every budget!

Im not sure why people are saying this place has good customer service...Its literally the worst ive ever seen. The store owner/cashier just sits behind the cash register watching Youtube videos. Glass is relatively cheap but for the higher end stuff its just as much as anywhere else.

They have a massive selection of glass and carry lots of high quality pieces. All the people leaving one star reviews obviously want to be hand held their way through selection. The employees sit back and wait for you to come to them instead of following you around trying to get you to buy s**t you dont want. If your too nervous to ask to see a piece off the shelf, dont come here. These guys wont try to upsell you and genuinely have the lowest prices for Cheech and Juicy J glass. Best store in the province if you know your way around a head shop.

You are not going to buy legal weed here. Google maps showed me dispensaries but that is not the story............... st. Catharines town 30 miles away was the closest..
