Lee Valley makes shopping there easy. Find what they have online or call store and actually talk to someone immediately. Store is well laid out with no crowds so easy to maintain physical distancing. Shopping system they have had for years works very well for pandemic time. Thanks.

Super helpful and had just what I needed!

They didnt have any of the items I was looking for, and wouldnt be able to get them for months.Very disappointing.

As of today they are doing appointment only to go in the store. And curb side pick up is an option too. Very helpful staff and he mentioned they still are doing their awesome return policy!

This is a great hobby store, I love the garden accessories, the wood working tools are amazing and they have gadgets galore. I love browsing this store and usually walk out with something. Wheel chair accessible and tons of parking. Worth a look.

I have been shopping at Lee Valley for more than 15 years because they research their products well, so you only get the best, and because they have excellent customer service. I bought an outdoor rotary clothesline 3 years ago from them but some of the plastic components broke so that it will no longer open. This was a 270$ clothesline so I would expect it to last longer than three years. I took it back to the store today (different store than I purchased it from). Peter at the front desk said that it was only under warranty for 90 days but he would speak to the manager. He came back and said that he would replace it with the new type of rotary clothesline that they carry, but I would have to pay the difference in price. I thought that was a really fair deal considering that they no longer carry it and it was well past the warranty. No haggling, begging or pleading was required. Like I said they have great customer service. The clothesline does not have lots of little plastic pieces that break down in UV light so hopefully I wont be back in another three years. Thanks to Peter, and the manager, you made my day!! Ill be back soon for my next garden project.

Omg.. this place is epic. Never been inside this store before but they have litterally everything. Due to covid I ended up getting a personal tour from Thomas who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the store and company. I will be attending at least one of those seminars you told me about. 6 stars!!!

Stopped by at store hoping you could get in during covid restrictions. No. Sign outside stated curbside pickup with a phn nbr. Wondered if theyd do curbside with debit. But, no one answering the phn. I left.

This store is heaven on earth. Unmatched quality and craftsmanship. Its beauty, grit, grime, and clean polished lines. Unless you ask my wife... Then its just a place where money goes to die.

Fantastic place for all your gardening/ growing needs! There are tons of specialty items for growing and a lot of tools that are unavailable elsewhere; such as Japanese tools and bonsai equipment. Also tons of woodworking stuff, tools, home stuff, hobby stuff, etc. Classes, too. Super friendly staff!

Bought heavy duty shelving tracks and brackets a few years ago for my shop. Im expanding my shelving so I picked up more brackets. Great shelving system. Thanks Lee Valley.

They do carry the best of gear

Lee Valley Tools is a great place to shop for any kind of tool. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My daughter bought a tool called a Garden Bandit. She was amazed at how well it worked. I went there and bought myself one today.

Good selection of some things that can be hard to find....New wood working techniques and hard to find items. The largest selection of drawer pulls for any project.

Aweaome as usual. Things you wont find elawhere. Pricey, but..unique.

Staff will great you and ask if you need help, if you decline theyll leave you to browse, 9f you need help theyre there to help. And the work shops they have top notch.

Seems to be an ideal location for obtaining some specialty tools and kitchen gadgets. I was overwhelmed by the selection of cabinet and drawer handles and knobs they had.

Sorry folks. I just had a very negative experience at Lee Valley in Niagara Falls. I have just moved here and have had spent a ton of time and money at Lee Valley in B.C. The costumer sever was substandard for a Dollarstore much less for a Lee Valley. Very disappointed.
