We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and replaced the drawers, plus added soft close door and drawer hardware. They also fabricated a new additional cabinet with a deep drawer feature we really love.John and Jenny did a fantastic job from initial scope of the work to completion. Johns attention to detail especially noteworthy. We love the result! I would strongly recommend this great, friendly and professional team to anyone looking to improve their kitchen! A rental property we manage was in need of new doors and drawer faces and the solution that Kitchen Tune Up provided was amazing. The installation was completed in a day and didnt interfere with the tenants living in the home. It was truly seamless versus having to tear out cabinets.

The team from Kitchen Tune-Up was/is, TOP-NOTCH.I leave many reviews and unfortunately, most of them are not positive. This one is!Although there were a couple of small hiccups along our journey to redooring our kitchen cabinetry (both of which were beyond the companies control) I was ALWAYS updated and kept in the loop. Communication is VERY important to me.The first surprise for me initially, was our first appointment. They were not only on time, they were actually a few minutes early! I love that. (Jenny & John) were both professional, pleasant and polite. They listened. I mean really listened. They offered suggestions about things we didnt even think about, but were ultimately very important.There was NO high pressure sales pitch to UP-sell us on additional services that we did not want or need.Additionally, our home was as clean when they left the job as it was when they arrived. This too, was very important to me. I trusted them totally with doing our upgrade.Our kitchen looks beautiful and I cant thank John & Jenny enough.For the record, we did not know John & Jenny before calling KitchenTune-Up for an estimate, so this review is as honest as a review can be.We couldnt be any happier. We had new doors and hardware put on our cabinets. The material he used to cover the existing cabinets made it all match and look professional. The Rep came to my home as scheduled, I explained what I wanted - to minimally update the kitchen because I was only going to be in the home for another 4 years. I wanted estimate for painting current cabinets or replacing doors, new counter & possibly backsplash and new floor. He took some measurements and said it would cost $5 to 7k.😮 My kitchen is maybe 10x10 with 55 sq ft counters. He said that I could save $1K if I demoed everything myself - Im a 64-year-old woman. He goes to his car, I wait for him to come back in with the estimate but I look out and hes gone! I emailed Kitchen Tune-Up asking if the estimate to be mailed or emailed to me - never got a response. Weeks go by, I called KTU and explained ... a lady said shed have the guy call me back that day - no one called over next 2 days.I emailed one more time explaining everything, and notifying them of their bad business practices and that Id be moving on!I get an apologetic email reply staying the owner would call me - that never happened to either!!
