They were great when they worked in their office. Now that it seems nearly their entire staff is working from home, nothing gets done, no one responds in a timely manner, cabinets arrive in the wrong color or mismatched, their staff doesnt communicate with one another. Were looking at alternative cabinet companies for the homes we build and have stopped recommending them to individual clients.

We are so grateful to Kevin Reeves and whole Legacy team. From start to finish he expertly guided us through the design and installation of our beautiful new custom kitchen, saving us money and helping us with conceptual drawings. He was a real pleasure to work with, we count him as a friend going forward. He was honest, reliable and helped with all aspects of design. He also gave us very good recommendations for installation, countertops and glass. These professionals treated us very well based on Kevins recommendations. He saved us time and money every step of the way. I cant recommend Kevin and the Legacy team highly enough.

Custom cabinets were installed throughout new construction home. All custom cabinets. After installation, I was GUARANTEED a 5 year warranty, GUARANTEED by the owner. (to include adjustments of self-close cabinets and drawers). Dont count on a Guaranteed warranty because when you call for adjustments on the soft-close cabinets they conveniently dont honor that warranty anymore. They supposedly changed systems, and lost my address. BEWARE!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

We recently remodeled our entire condo replacing all the cabinets in the kitchen and baths. After meeting with Kevin Reeves, we selected Legacy as our supplier. Kevin was an excellent resource in the design phase as well as throughout the entire process. As with any detailed remodel project, there is going to be hiccups. The hiccups were addressed immediately and communication throughout the process was top-notch, I never had to call - they always called me first providing updates and scheduling. This is by far an exception in today’s construction industry. The installer was thorough and stayed on task until the project was completed. I am very hands-on and OCD. I highly recommend Legacy Cabinets in Niceville! Definitely ask for Kevin! Its hard to find someone trying to sell you something who sincerely has your best interest in mind and values your satisfaction above how much profit they will make on the sale. Kevin never pressured me to buy from him and didnt trash talk his competitors. He did a great job helping me figure out what I wanted without feeding me what he wanted to sell me. I am remodeling a home that needed cabinets replaced. I researched cabinets at the major hardware stores and a couple of other local places as well. The quality of the cabinets from Legacy compared to the other places was the final selling point. I dont want to have to buy cabinets again for this house so I went with Legacy. I cant even begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Legacy Cabinets. This is the 2nd home they have done for me. I was very happy with the first one, but somehow they have outdone their own selves. From the initial contact with Kevin, to the install with Steve to the bubble glass from Glass Pro and the installation of our granite it has been a fabulous relationship. AMAZING! Jason Elwell and Legacy Cabinets are the best! The service Jason provided was nothing short of perfect. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond to my numerous inquiries, low-key and no pressure to hurry up and make decisions... I also have to commend the installers, Rick and Zach. They were fantastic and a pleasure to be around, and the installation was flawless. After what weve all been thru with regard to Hurricane Michael, Legacy Cabinets has been the best part!

We needed to add a couple of cabinets to our new home. I called Jason Elwell at Legacy because the cabinets in the home were Legacy Cabinets. When I spoke to him over the phone he knew exactly what I wanted. He even remembered the house and the color that they were. We recently had a major kitchen remodel and Legendary Cabinet was our choice for cabinets. We recently remodeled three bathrooms and the only easy part of the entire process was working with Kevin Reeves at Legacy Cabinets. His assistance in selecting the cabinets, hardware, and countertops was invaluable. His experience and knowledge is only surpassed by his willingness to work with us concerning delivery and installation (as the bathrooms were remodeled sequentially not simultaneously). His communication skills are superb and he was quick to respond to any issues that arose. We selected shaker style maple cabinets in espresso and had A-Team Kitchen and Bath install the beautiful cultured marble countertops. The cabinets are simply gorgeous. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the finished product or the services we received working with Kevin.

Absolutely horrible. While the quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets is what you would expect spending that much money, the customer service and professionalism is completely subpar. The delivery was set for the morning the day before install, the gentleman showed up at 9:00 PM. The installer was supposed to show up at 9:00 AM the next morning, he showed up at 10:30, and then was pissed when my appliance delivery happened while he was still there, which he was supposed to have been done hours prior to that. He left a mess in my garage, a STACK of empty boxes in my front yard and even forgot his own dolly. They installed the wrong hardware on one of my drawers. It has now been MONTHS and no one has returned my calls or come out to replace the hardware or the damaged cabinets. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEGACY.

This review is a revised version of a previous one. Initially, I was very frustrated because it took over 4 months to finally get my cabinets done. I wanted to have drawers installed instead of doors for my bottom cabinets. I had a very difficulult time getting anyone to return my calls, texts, and emails. I feel that it was just a series of miscommunications, however, at the time it felt like i was just being ignored! Legacy did a beautiful job with my cabinets once they finally did the work! Im not sure what caused all the delay and miscommunication but all said and done, I would still recommend Legacy Cabinets.

Went to get ideas. Designer spent 2 hours with us with no pressure or sales pitches.

My husband and I needed kitchen countertops, and decided to stop in Legacy Cabinets since it is local here in Niceville. Although we did not use Legacy directly, we had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Reeves and he arranged several meetings with us at Legacy. Our original plan was to just replace our formica to save money, but Kevin reassured us that granite was in our budget....and it was!! He set us up with all the information we needed to know and in a few weeks the countertops are in and we love them!!!! This was great organization on Kevins part and would recommend giving Legacy a call to meet with him if you need counters or use them for anything else!! Very pleased!!

Best cabinets

New home build - have had the worst experience with this company. I was given two door samples to show us the colors of the cabinets we would be receiving, an off white and a light grey. The cabinets arrived 6 weeks later and the off white cabinets I thought we were getting had become cream. The light grey cabinets had become dark grey. To make a long story short - lots of false promises had us paying them for the cabinets and of course I am now stuck with them. New house and the cabinets do not go with our grey and white color scheme. Everyone comes over to see our new home and we tell them our terrible experience with Legacy Cabinets, and to never use them. They had insinuated that they were going to paint the fronts white, but that never happened once they tricked me into paying for the cabinets in order to make some needed changes to the cabinet configuration.

My experience with Legacy has been horrific. I have been waiting for them to finish the job at my home for weeks on end. No communication, no dates. I just dont understand how a Company can operate this way. Dont use these people.

Pathetic follow up by designer. Will not respond to my email messages. Sent wrong color cabinets, which have been installed and she has done nothing to remedy situation.
