No complaints about customer service. However, the service is terrible. My 4G is faster than my 5G. When I use my 5G,my phone actually gets slower. Im about to switch carriers when I pay my phone off!

I really enjoyed my time in the AT&T store in Niceville, FL. Jordan and Christian were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me all set up with my new iPhone and gave me good advice on what would be the most beneficial products to purchase for their buy 2 get 1 free deal. While my phone was transferring all my data, Jordan showed me lots of tips and tricks with her phone. I will definitely visit your store for all my cell phone needs.

I needed a new phone since my old I-4 is being phased out. I went to see Christian at the Niceville location who advised me to contact the ATT Loyalty Dept and long story short, ended up getting a free upgrade to an I ES with no additional charge to my current plan. That simple act not only saved me the $400 for the new phone but also the $300 activation fee. Thanks and I expect to see Christian on TV in the next ATT commercial. Great Service!

I don’t give much 5-star reviews but when it came down to Christian, He showed out big time‼️ He was able to help me switch over from Cricket Wireless to AT&T within less than 20 mins. Not only that, he also gave me lots of knowledge about the products and deals I qualified for. I really hope the best for Christian and hope he gets through any challenge that comes his way.

This is the best AT &T store ever. From now on we will drive an hour to the Niceville store because these people are so good, thorough, nice and dont try to sell you before they solve your problem. Our local store people are rude and dont seem to care about you if youre not buying.

I signed up for service and ordered a phone was told it would be in by noon the next day and here it is 6 pm no phone! No call no consideration for me what so ever. I called twice and was hung up on both times. I do understand delivery delays I don’t understand being straight up inconsiderate. And then send me a review recommendation. Did you actually expect a good review??????????

I am an elderly disabled veteran who is dependent on hearing aids. I have an app on my i phone that allows me to adjust my hearing aids to facilitate improved hearing. The app ceased to function. Leah, the store manager, quickly diagnosed the problem and in a very professional manner, resolved the issue. Once again, I can control the functions on my hearing aids. Thank you Leah.

The manager Charlie is patient and was very attentive to my needs. JESS his assistant manager also helped, since I came in really close to their closing time and they had awesome teamwork. I had been having issues with unlocking my cell phone. I spent 4 days, countless phone calls to Customer Service and Tech support and extreme aggravation. Tonight I stopped at the Niceville store, honestly expecting the same. I was immediately greeted by John, the rep at this store. Within a minute he knew exactly what the problem was. Within another few minutes, the problem with my phone was fixed! John was outstanding!! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He reassured me that he coulld fix my phone and he did. It was a pleasure doing business with John.

UPDATE, Jan 30, 2018. The store has a new manager and mostly new staff since my experience a year ago. The first employee I spoke with yesterday was not very helpful, but the manager and a second employee quickly stepped in to ensure everything was handled to my satisfaction. I will go back to this location again.March, 2017: The sales rep claimed the plan I wanted was not available & signed me up for a more expensive plan. I was then somehow enrolled in an even larger plan that cost 50% more than that. He also failed to move all three phones, leaving a dumb flip phone alone on the old plan at an additional $60 per month. I was enrolled in a $12/month protection plan without my knowledge. I called multiple times over five days to request help, but the reps always claimed to be busy and never returned calls as promised. I returned to the store in person on day six. There were no apologies about ignoring me; they just shrugged and said they had been really busy. Apparently, once you pay, you have no value as a customer. A manager was allegedly never on duty -- for six days? I was promised everything would be fixed at 9:00 am on day seven when the AT&T back office opened, AND that the manager would call me. Its now after 8 pm on day eight; nobody has called. Corporate AT&T finally straightened out most of the mess and got me on the plan I wanted, which IS available.

This place is the worst. Waited about 20min and they were able to help me. I only had 2 simple things i needed done and they passed me on to the app and a number instead of helping in store. I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me? I’m already here and waited, only to be passed off to an app and number? I only needed to cancel insurance and ask about different data plans. Might really change phone providers.

Inept Salespeople. I was there in January of 2018 to but a new phone for myself and my wife. They told me that a current promotion would allow me to get an iPhone X and my wife would get the iPhone8plus for free. Well here I am 10 months later, have yet to see any credit for my wifes phone and after 6 phone calls and ZERO HELP from AT&T!!!! The latest phone call (today) ended with some magical new information on how my promotion did not include the 8plus and I have to pay the difference. Unacceptable service and quality that began right there in that store. DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this location!

Excellent customer service by Taylor Greene. Got a new smart phone in California a couple months before a scheduled visit to Niceville. Sales person assured me at the time the SIM card was removed from old phone to new phone that I was good to go, that my unlimited data would work with the new phone. I did not have a reason to use it until my trip.Taylor ran dianostics trying to discover the problem. Turns out, my account was never updated and the SIM card from my old flip phone was not right for the new phone. She updated my account and helped me get it set up for data. She was amazing. Friendly, informative, and a life saver for this trip.I have never received customer service in California that even compares.

This place was awesome. The staff was great and not overly pushy. They got me switched over from Verizon, saving 80 bucks a month and set up with Direct Tv, saving me 65 bucks a month from switching. I also received a great BOGO deal with my phone and great accessory prices. Cant beat it!

Ryne was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! I was not impressed with my Samsung and he helped me transition back to Apple so smoothly. I went in planning to downgrade to a flip phone because I was burnt out from paying 200 bucks every month for a phone I didnt like, but Ryne went into my account and pointed out areas that I could save money and tweaked my plan to best fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and he genuinely cared about my phone experience. Plus hes a very patient man because my little toddler was running a muck and he didnt even flinch or complain.Keep up the great work! I recommend this man for any of your phone or plan needs!

My iPad had been stolen. After a couple of calls to AT&T trying to locate it and finally disabling it, I went to Niceville AT&T to purchase a new iPad and iPhone. I was warmly greeted by Alex and began my story about my iPad. Imagine my amazement and joy when he said, I remember. I talked with your husband last night. He was incredible as we worked through the process of purchasing new devices. His knowledge of products and technical expertise were above exceptional, and he made the entire experience a pleasure. While going through the purchase process, I watched numerous customers come in and all were greeted quickly and courteously. One very agitated man came in complaining that his new phone didnt work. He was greeted kindly, his problem resolved within 5 minutes, and he left a happy camper. This experience embodies All that customer service should be! When I have mobile app needs - Niceville AT&T is my plan and Alex is my man!

I just visited the AT&T store yesterday with username and password problems with DirecTV and DirecTV Now accounts. The Manager, Todd spent about an hour with me, online with AT&T and DirecTV to straighten out all of my password problems. In the process, he suggested a change to my plan that would save me $55 per month (without me asking). Outstanding folks at the Niceville AT&T store. I definitely recommend this store.(3 years ago): We had an outstanding experience at the AT&T store in Niceville. My wifes employer had issued her a new phone and she needed help setting it up. Keith was the salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING! He spent about an hour with us, working with my wifes employers help desk to setup the e-mail (a daunting task that he was able to accomplish after much hard work). We also switched a personal line to a newer phone. Keith had an outstanding, positive attitude as he worked with us and we really appreciated his help.

Even though we have a family plan with ATT, we are sorry we do. I went into the Bluewater Bay store personally to see about upgrading/changing plans and there was not a single customer in the store and 3 employees working. They couldnt even be bothered to get off their chairs or phones to help me. I asked them some questions and they were super UNHELPFUL!! Really made me mad that I am giving them our business and they cant stop playing their iPhones for 5 minutes to help me. I called back the next day to ask another question and Jon told me they were busy and he would call right back. Never did. So I called the Destin ATT store and talked with Chris. He was super rude too. I dont know what the deal is. We will definitely be switching carriers just because of the bad customer service you get with these guys. Shop around and you will find a better deal elsewhere!!!!

Horrible experience...after over 20 years as Verizon customer I bit on the A T & T Switcher program...that was over 3 months ago (I provided all documents from Verizon closing the account) and I still do not have my refund money as promised by the A T & T rules of the program...just terrible...tried and call the 611 help line and all they want to do is send you to the company contracted out by A T & T to run the program...no luck there either...
