I visited this MN Studio from 90 miles away, hoping to find my favorite product (which they dont carry). While the sales clerk tried to be helpful-- the owner was so unkind that I will NEVER come here again.

I drove from Panama City to Niceville to come to Merle Norman. The Merle Norman in Destin Commons had unfortunately closed. The sales person was very helpful! Things went downhill when she called the owner. She (the owner) got on the phone with my wife and proceeded to berate her about the behavior of our 7 yr. old. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS! And to boot, they didnt have the product my wife was looking for....Ebay, here I come!
