This is specifically about the pharmacy staff: I had a question about covid testing, that their covid specific phone hotline couldnt help me with at all. A very friendly and helpful pharmacy employee, I wish I remembered her name, helped me and even gave me a call back after doing some research to help me get my answer.

I was stranded in town and ran out of medication. The pharmacist worked with me to get a 3 day supply of crucial medications. The pharmacy staff was pleasant, professional, and went out of their way to assist me.

I don’t think a place of business can get any worse than CVS at Oak Creek shopping center. Need to reach the pharmacy? Good luck. You’ll be on hold for several minutes and you’re lucky if they even come back to you. When you pull up to the window, it takes several minutes for them to acknowledge you because it appears they’re more interested in what their coworkers have to say than attending to customers. There should be absolutely no reason for a customer to sit at the window for more than a minute (certainly not 10+ minutes and yes, this happens frequently) without at least being spoken to, especially when we can clearly see there are no customers at the inside counter AND there are 3-4 employees working. It’s pure negligence on their part. Also, I’m constantly having to QC THEIR work because on more than one occasion they have given me the wrong quantity of my medication. Count your pills, y’all. I have been going to this location for a couple of years simply out of convenience since it is very close to my home, but there is nothing convenient about having to get in your car and either drive up to the window or go inside to the counter just to ask a question about your medication because they can’t answer the phone. I recently had a rather urgent medication I needed a status on and was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. I stayed on hold while I got in my car and drove to the window so I could show them just how long I had been on hold and all 3 (maybe 4) staff members were standing around, talking and laughing with each other. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP due to the negligent and lackadaisical behavior that has increasingly worsened over the last several months (even though the service has never been good). You can’t blame poor service on COVID. Not sure if this a management problem on either the store’s behalf or the pharmacy/pharmacist’s, but they need to clean house and hire some efficient individuals because the current staff is not cutting it. Definitely NOT the type of business to be negligent of customers.

Very unorganized department and pharmacy. These people literally never get the medication that is called in by doctors on time and I always have to do the calling all around to get their job done and make sure they get the messages from doctors. They have horrible customer service.DO NOT USE THIS CVS

Customer service is non existent at the niceville store. If u can get thru the automated system for refills ;it will surely fail to complete your order for the pharmacy. I waited on hold for 38 minutes in an attempt to talk to a real person concerning my prescription however no one ever picked up the line.

Bathroom is disgusting. Stuff all over the floor. Looks like it hasn’t been swept in a few days. No toilet paper or hand soap in sight. Fixtures are literally hanging off the walls.

Gave one star only because I had to. I’ve always used CVS in other areas and I have NEVER had the issues that I have with this particular store. Rude staff. REALLY hard to reach a human being in the pharmacy. Pharmacy has “never gotten” an electronically submitted prescription on at least three occasions. You’re going to wait A LONG TIME for the prescriptions they do “get”. I’ll definitely be switching pharmacies and I suggest this establishment to no one!

CVS in Niceville has completely changed. I used to avoid it because the Pharmacy staff had always been rude, but during the pandemic, CVS was the only place I could find the over the counter meds I wanted. They had a great selection. And the staff was very helpful. The cashier asked me to join the discount program and I love it. I now go there first for the discounts and deals. Please give CVS another chance if you havent had a good experience there in the past!

Disrespectful customer service. Cashier acts annoyed when asked a simple question then has a tiny hissy fit at the register. Pathetic.

I use CVS in Niceville to fill my prescriptions. They are always understaffed causing me to wait for 20+ minutes in the drive thru and inside for my prescriptions. Every time. Sometimes I’m the only one in the drive thru and it still takes at least 20 minutes. The staff can be rude at times and lacks good customer service. Very frustrating.

This is the 12th time that I have used the drive thru and noted that the drive through associate seems to always leave the previous persons signed Pharmacy acknowledgment of discussion in the bin tray. My wife has complained in the past about this problem and the issue does not appear to be a concern for the Niceville CVS pharmacy. I went into the store to talk with the manager and was assured that there is no personal info on the receipt other than a bar code and the persons signature. It seems they are not going to change their policy. Next time I go through the drive through, I may be tempted take the previous persons signature, and attempt to contact them using their signed receipts or else post a picture of it here in a future complaint.I feel that CSV does not take privacy serious, and that it will eventually burn them in the near future if they continue this policy.

I had a very rude interaction with what seemed to be like the acting manager. 1) I went to take passport photos and was told very rudely I could not smile, like I was supposed to know I was not supposed to. So I take the picture without a smile, then come to find out at home that I can smile. (A natural smile without a teeth is just fine according to government guidelines). 2) The acting manager was rude to the employee that was at the register. She corrected her for not offering a flu shot in front of the customer and then proceeded to tell her to not let it happen again. Overall, people need to be treated well, employees and customers a like.

I called to have an RX refilled. I was put on hold4 different times and 3 of the times 3 different people picked up. Then the original girl picked up the phone said we cant refill the RX because we no longer carry the gel any longer. I did not get the gel in the first place, the RX at my house states it is a cream. She said no it is not and basically hung up. The staff was very rude and I had the RX transferred to a different place. They will no longer get my business.

The employees here are very rude. Especially Kristine. I was given extracare bucks by another employee several weeks ago, today I went in to use them and for whatever reason they didnt match my card. I dont know why, perhaps a glitch in the system or the previous employee entered my number wrong, regardless i was not dishonest. I was treated with a condescending tone and rudeness by Kristine, as if I had done something wrong when in reality it was CVS that made the mistake.

The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. Its like they hire random people off the street with no training. The techs have no idea what theyre doing, the pharmacists are rude and ignorant. They dont fill your prescriptions unless you come in to pick them up, and then they say oh yeah we didnt get to that yet, itll be another half hour. They fill wrong prescriptions, give you 30 days worth instead of 90, fight with you when you point out their mistakes, try to give you name brand medicine instead of generic (even if your prescription is for generic) to get more money out of you. Everything about this place is disorganized and annoying, and the people that work there are the same.

Just left the store and i forgot to bring my CVS card. I asked Arron if I could borrow the stores card. He said no. He didnt have one. I pointed to one on counter and asked if i could use that one. He said no, cause its blank and then hed have to fill it out for us. I was shocked, and even commented about customer service (after he said it was corporates fault). Wow! Worst customer service ever!

Ive gotten my perscriptions filled through CVS since I could fill them myself, so I honestly have no other pharmacy to compare my experiences here to. This pharmacy is definitely up to my standards of what a pharmacy should entail, but it takes a really long time on occasion to actually get to the window. I know sometimes people have big orders or they have a problem with their perscriptions or something of the like, but I just wish that when problems like that occured, that they would be told to move forward or go inside to move the line more swiftly. The pharmacists are always very friendly, but they should make it easier for them to hear us outside cuz I have to repeat myself constantly, not anyones fault, just a pet peeve lol.

Their online hours DONT match their hours online. What was even more frustrating was when I drove up they had TWO schedules on their window. Obviously, they were going by the blue schedule, but it was incredibly frustrating to have looked it up, driven to the store, only to have them closed when I really needed my meds.
