Felt taken advantage of. A Miss diagnosis cost me $$ and then it didnt fix the problem. No refund of any kind. in fact a HUGE problem was the issue, bigger than they can even diagnose much less fix. Instead of being honest and letting me know that they may or may not know the actual issue, they took my money and hoped the small thing they could see with a simple open eye was the issue. And it wasnt. Broke down less than 5 miles from their shop after it was fixed and I paid, had to take it back to them, just to now hafta get it towed to another shop. If you dont know what the issue is, why try and fake a diagnosis. Or if the problem is more than you can even diagnose or fix, why lie....

Consider yourself fortunate if they are able to accommodate your business! Absolutely the best!
