This place is ridiculous! I have been overlooking all kinds of things from calling in to check on meds and need to ask a question and they never pick up the phone to driving over and waiting forever in line just to hear they did not have it ready after calling it in for days sometimes? And they blame it on insurance or the doctors only to find out it was their problem . Been here for yrs and they still dont even no my name or how to spell it? What good is calling ahead and waiting in line forever to have to come back later?? And, I definitely dont trust them to fix my meds anymore .Moving elsewhere for sure.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy this morning. I will never set foot back in this Walgreens location due to the ignorance of the staff I encountered this morning and their lack of knowledge on vaccines.
