They made the best cupcake cake for my babies birthday! They have a new binder in the bakery that is a must see, there is so much more stuff now!!

I love Walmart I shop twice a week here sometimes more.But I stand in line longer than I shop .They could improve by opening up the other lines instead of making everybody go through one or two lines.

I found everything I wanted to buy, except 400 mg magnesium tablets. They only had the 250 mg. Since I take 3 grams of magnesium daily, Id have to take 12 tablets a day. No deal. With the 400, I take 2.5 tablets 3 times a day= 7.5 tablets a day

Always backed up at check out. Need to give 10 percent discount for self check out, like employees get.

Everyone is always so helpful most of the time but there are some very hateful women that also work there in the Nicholasville Kentucky Walmart. Walmart needs to have at least 8 cash register open besides just the self-checkouts because the wait lines are 30 minutes or more a lot of the times. If I wanted to be a cashier I would have applied for that job if Im going to have to do self checkout then I should get paid for doing it.!!! Also I would like to see some smaller buggies for people who do not need a giant buggy when theyre only getting a few things like the small buggies Krogers have.!!! Have a blessed day!!!

Walmart Automotive Department stripped the drain plug to my oil pan. I went back and spoke to two main managers. They wouldn’t fix their mistake and LIED to me saying the drain plug was fine. Now my car leaks oil so terribly I can’t even park in my driveway. Then to make matters worse. Since my oil leaks very bad, I went to check the oil level and apparently they knew it would leak, so they over filled my oil. It’s filled about 2 quarts past where it should be. I will recommend EVERYONE takes their car somewhere else. It will cost me over $250 to replace the entire pan.

Needed something from the auto department. Went to the counter and ask the person there for help. He was dressed as someone who I thought might be a manager or customer service. To my surprise he acted as if I was bothering him. Unfortunately I could not find what I needed. I saw him on the floor with another employee. Told him I could not find the item. So he went down the aisle counting until he got to the fourth aisle. I did not appreciate his manner of assistance. My thoughts.

I have been here many times, as a customer as well as a merchant, and it is always a delight. From the front line to the back end, they are staffed with some great people that care about their customers/merchants!

I dont typically visit Wal Mart but needed to while visiting family. Pretty typical layout and selection. Visited in early evening around 9 pm. What was interesting there was stuff everywhere. In aisles and just piled up. I understand restocking but it seemed very chaotic. Shelves that were stocked seemed to be chaotic as well.

Never enough cashiers. I dont like to scan my own groceries.

Huge variety! Bigger and better WalMart than others Ive been in in the area. There was a young man named Travis at their deli that was excellent! Loved it.

Horrible. Nothing was stocked . shelves all empty. Only two lines open period !!! Noone working really . Had stockers doing cashier stuff. Asked another worker if they needed help she said no were good and the other gentleman said yes ! Unfortunately they didnt schedule enough people ...... Had an issue at customer service . He couldnt help or fix what the stocker/cashier person messed up told me he didnt know how long it would take a supervisor to get to me to fix things ...... Whole Im standing Thier employee s are really upset they arent getting Thier breaks when they are supposed to . No lunches . And no one to cover them so they can leave and be done for the night ... It was ridiculous. Workers walking away from the cashier lines with full lines bc they havent had a break. I dont know whats going on but the CEO or store manager needs to make something happen . This is crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and the end result was I couldnt get a refund bc the system allow it bc the stocker cashier person had to hand type something on and the system wouldnt allow it bc she messed it up .... Not a happy camper !!!

Shelves are always empty and customer service suxks. Employees dont seem to care about there jobs nor do they care about helping the customers. I literally waited for 30 mins for someone to help me at hardware then i went to ask other areas to help me find help and they acted like i was asking them to jump over the moon. Just flat out ridiculous behaviors from ppl that work with the public..

Very low stock on most every thing. People were not buying like they were trying to stock for the rest of the year.

Not sure if I just cought them at a good time or what, but unlike most other walmarts they had enough check outs, enough people working and I didnt have to wait in line for more than a few minutes. Had no problem getting help from associates and overall a good walmart. This isnt my home walmart however, while they have a good labeling system with letters and numbers on the aisles, they didnt seem to be in order the greatest, aisles a then b and c then skipped to aisle K. It was slightly confusing and the associates know the departments but not the aisle numbering seemingly. Overall a good walmart however. Had decent clearance as well, spread throughout the store.

To long to get checked out and never keep there food stocked the Chicken I bought was bad my wife had to return it this was the second time the Chicken was bad dont buy chicken here. also Steaks are never stocked steak prices are high.

I hate that walmart has store hours now. And that i get followed like im stealing.

I live in Lexington and drive miles further to shop at Nicholasville Kentucky Walmart (Not Nicholasville Road/Man o War) because of the personal feel you get from the workers there.

I rather go to Lexington store when l need alot of things, Nicholasville store is more interested in shopping for internet customers than fill the shelves and check out people for the regular customers that are at the store . Lexington store can why not Nicholasville?

Its a standard WalMart Supercenter experience that is usually fast to pick up whatever you need. The garden center often has a nice selection of plants during the growing season.

The Walmart Supercenter in Nicholasville is one of the Cleanest and best maintained Walmarts in central Kentucky! The staff is very friendly and curtious. Always an open lane for check-out other then self checkout and they always have what your looking for in stock! If not? You can order it online and have it sent to there location for in-store or curbside pickup at no charge! Always a pleasure going to this store! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

If you can wait and go to another Walmart I would highly recommend waiting. This is absolutely the worse Walmart I have ever been to. The staff is rude and they all look like they are on drugs. I dont know if its because its nicholasville or what. Just drive a few more miles to the man o war location. The man o war location is the best.

Not sure if this Wal Mart is needing to hire more people or if the employees just do not come in. It seems like there isnt enough cashiers or stickers. There are a lot of shelves empty and not enough people to check customers out.

The walmart in Nicholasville was the cleanest most organized, they had stock not empty holes.THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WORK THERE. EMPLOYEES SAW US LOST and asked if they could help.

As an out-of-town visitor, I went on April 7 to try to get a last minute oil change for my college daughters car. Asked politely, the response was Only if you have an appointment in a rough Im sick of you tone from the man behind the counter. I asked him when the next appointment would be, he said April 16. Maybe it is a COVID thing to do appointments, but when I went back out to move my car, there were 5 places of the 6 within the 3 bays not being used and 4 techs were on their phones doing nothing! I asked one Tech why no one was doing anything for customers as there was a line at the counter in the store and some were being rejected for not having an appointment (me and another young couple before me)...Then he bragged about being one of the Top 200 of the 4300+ Walmart stores in the nation...What?! Talking about mismanagement!

They have self check out but never enough cashier to keep the wait time low an they have been lacking in the stow or stocking shelves department

Terrible workers. Not friendly towards the customers, get annoyed when you ask for help! Waited 30 minutes to get help in the department I was in. Then when the worker came she had an attitude from hell. Don’t work in retail of you don’t like people asking questions!! The “secret shopper” is terrible. I spotted him the second I walked in lol. Do better who move on 🤣

I went to the store in Nicholasville Ky today and was pleasantly surprised by how clean this store was. I usually go to the store on Nicholas Park in Lexington because its closer. The Lexington store is always very messy and the floors are always very dirty looking. Keep up the good work Nicholasville Ky employees.

Walmart is great except for the door attendants / greeters always make you feel some type of way checking receipts if an item isnt bagged and being rude if you refuse because you were already watched by the cashier attendant.

I was in and out found everything I need quickly and was real pleased with service.

I generally find what I need as I have reduced my trips. But there is no enforcement of wearing mask nor distancing. This tells me as a healthcare provider, money is the bottom line. There is someone at the doors counting compliant citizens. Im wondering what the company is doing with that data.

I felt like I was in an episode of the walking dead when I walked in the door. The staff was nice though.

The store looked very low on stock, It left me wondering if their is a supply shortage or something. I was unable to find what I was looking for.

What can you say its Walmart. If you need it they got it, if they dont got it they can order it, and if they cant order it you dont need it to begin with. Walmart pricing is Walmart pricing. Exactly what you would expect better on some things worse on others. If you need a computer I would highly recommend you go through Technology Repairs and have one built as opposed to buying one that was prefabricated and sold at Walmart. But my opinion is biased because I own and operate technology repairs. But for just about anything else, Walmart would probably be one of your Best Bets in Nicholasville. No matter what odd collection of stuff you were looking for you could most assuredly find it all in one place at Walmart.

For the last several months, I have been to the Nicholasville, Ky. WalMart on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays. The store is always busy!!!! My complaint is that there are only TWO checkers and the lines are long, so therefore there is a long wait. Why, on these busy days are there not more checkers????I REFUSE to use the self checkers for a couple of reasons:1 - I feel that I pay enough for my groceries, that I should NOT have to check myself out!!2- I will NOT take a job away from someone who needs a job !!

I will never shop here again. After waiting at curbside pick up for over a half an hour waiting on an omitted $30 item was told, oh they dont have it, well take it off your bill. 30 minutes! Why was it on my bill in the first place? They couldnt tell that it was missing out of my order, that I was charged for it, took them 30 minutes to find out they dont have said item?! After working a 12 hour shift as a nurse I dont appreciate this kind of service. I will never shop at Walmart again. Never.

They had a few empty shelves in some of the stuff that I was looking for was not there they have no help and have it for a long time

Every single time I come in here the customer service line is at LEAST 10 people long. I only come to this counter for money orders which is weird bc they have an entire money center. I just walked up to a lady over there asked for a money order and she told me I needed to wait in the customer service line. I don’t know what it is about this location but it is by far the worst around with customer service. Staff always has attitudes if you ask them for anything outside of them just standing. You guys need to do some major stepping up here.

My pick-up order was from 3–4pm. They didn’t bring out my groceries until 4:38pm. Ridiculous.

Terrible service woman at money service tried to embarrass me suggesting I didnt have 500 cash on my card when really she didnt want to hang up her phone call on her earpiece? So I walked straight to service desk where a wonderful young lady named Arabelle helped me and went above and beyond so i look for her when i need help otherwise good luck! She is only reason i will come back she needs the money the other woman gets paid.

I only went in for a few things omw home from work. The selection was good, the prices not so good & the checkouts were crowded as hell with only a couple lanes that had actual walmart employees working in them. Unfortunately i needed a human so i got stuck in a monster line to purchase only 5 or 6 things. ✌💜😁

This is one of my favorite Walmarts to shop because the staff is always so friendly.

Most workers there are rude and dont even know that they price match to their own website. Got told twice that they dont price match then when you go to customer service they have no problem doing it.

I have been a regular shopper at the local Wal-Mart in Nicholasville. I have no complaints with products and prices. Need more check out lane available!! Tired of standing in line. Even the self check out lines are backed up.. it takes longer to get checked out than it does to shop!! Open more check out lines!!

Shelfs not stocked in every department no one who could assist with purchases.

The worst experience ever in Walmart. Lines were half way down the isles. Four registers were open and the lines for self checkout were just as long. Left without checking out.

I just wished they would stay open longer. It would be nice if they were open 24 hours again but I would take til 1:00am.

No Covid Mask or distancing enforcement. Manager said they cant enforce. Bathroom filthy. Pharmacy with higher pricing and Rx discounts.Kroger on main St enforces masks. Very clean, with sanitation, better Rx prices plus bonus points for gasoline.

They are out of stock on a lot of things, and if you look on the app for this store for something you want to make sure they have it, itll say they do but when you get there they dont have it.

We bought 5 TVs from the TV department. Took forever to get someone to get there to help us buy them, but once they did, they went over and beyond!!!!

Have to go to Walmart because it the only store to get everything you need in the small town I live in if they was there was other stores were I live i wood go to the stores because know matter what time you go in Walmart where I live so I only have one lane open and thats every time Ive been in the store

Store is very clean and organized. All staff wear facial covering and stick to safety guidelines. Wouldn’t stay here long due to shoppers either not wearing a mask correctly or not wearing a mask at all.
