I needed to get a computer for my daughter because one of her teachers has decided not to accept any more work on paper (computer only) to be honest that sounds a little shady to me Im not even sure if shes allowed to do that. I called the phone number on the door, but to no avail.Edit: they called me back so I changed my review. Although I really do think the should change their hours to appointment only.

Fast repairs. They upgraded my RAM and removed virus the same day. Tech stayed over 6pm so I can pick my computer up after I got of work.

Absolutely terrible experience, have been waiting for days for a shipment of ram to come in. When it finally came in I drove to the store from Georgetown, a nearly 45 minute, and they decided to close an hour early. The employee knew we were coming and they still decided to close early without telling us when we called them right before we left. Completely unprofessional and lazy.

Got an i7 laptop for almost half of the price what other stores are selling and on top of that they gave me free laptop bag. It was the deal of the month. I will always do business with these guys..

They were helpful when my son had trouble installing some stuff on his gaming computer. They got his computer back in working order, and since we had just paid for that they discounted the installation when our new parts came in.

The business might as well not have hours at all, after numeorus calls they choose to close early despite knowing that we were coming.

Their posted store hours are fake...Been trying for last 4 days to contact them. I have gone by during posted hours and they have not been there. I have tried calling and they dont answer. Guess they dont want to pay minimum wage for someone to greet folks and answer calls...really? Not sure how they have stayed in business...they should save money by not paying for a storefront if theyre not going to staff it and just work out of your home...you probably lose a lot of business by not being there most of the time
