I am trying to cancel my care pass membership. The website puts me into a loop were I have to keep signing in. The verification process keeps sending the same invalid number to verify the account. The phone menu printed on the receipt takes you through an endless menu of options with no resolution and is not the correct number, not to mention the long, long wait time. It seems once you get this pass, you cannot ever cancel it. This used to be a quality pharmacy and was my main pharmacy for a decade. Now it is a disorganized mess.
Very clean location. Always fully stocked and cashier always helps me with my coupons!
Went in for a flu shot. My appointment was for 9:00, and I left the store at 9:06. Very nice people, and very efficient.
Its a clean place, well stocked I get all my prescriptions there. The staff is always friendly and helpful
I dropped off a prescription on a Tuesday with the understanding that I would be contacted by phone when it was ready for pickup. I was told that filling it would take 2-3 hrs. Well, after 5 days no phone call was made for me to pick it up. So, I returned to the pharmacy on the Saturday of the same week to inquire about my prescription. No answer was given as to when it would be filled, but there was plenty of excuses. They led to believe that no one is capable of doing the job. As a result, I still dont have my prescription for back pain. I glad that I dont need a heart medicine.
The Pharmacy employees have always been nice, friendly and helpful. I get a notification when I have refills available and yes, there is sometimes a wait but that has always been because they are busy. But they are really sweet and do the best they can. I appreciate their efforts and service but most of all their smiling faces.

Will not be back to CVS! Waited 2 days on my medication for pain and they still didnt have the right one in stock after being told it had been ordered! Very dissatisfied!
Worst CVS I have encountered by a landslide. Selection is horrible. Make up & beauty/hair/health products are old and beyond use. Layers of dust on top of packages suggest as much & also speaks for store cleaning.Staff is lazy & do not know how to execute proper returns, coupon transactions, etc. Customers seem like an inconvenience & staff will blame them rather than learn register procedures. Marsha, claiming to be the manager, has refused sale of items/deals as published in weekly flyer. When asked where THEIR (CVS) next closest store was so I could get the rest of the items I needed she told me Walmart!After staff taking over 30 minutes to complete my check out, past store close & lights being shut off, at the pharmacy register (where I went to avoid having to deal with Marsha), Marsha proceeded to the front of the store and LEFT ME AT THE PHARMACY IN TOTAL DARKNESS WITH AN OVERLY FULL CART I HAD JUST RUNG OUT! Glad I didnt trip, harm myself, or crash into a display while trying to fumble my way out of the store by myself! Pay attention CVS! THAT IS NEGLIGENCE & A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN... aside from hideous customer care. She had gotten one of the pharmacy staff to use his phone for light... Evidently just for HER because she took off & left me in the dark store with an overflowing cart & did not even look back.I routinely have to call customer service to have transactions and returns corrected after going to this store. I have taken some of the exact same returns to stores in Lex & had NO PROBLEM. Unfortunately, I live only 1/2 mile from this CVS, but now drive all the way into Lex for pleasant, professional transactions, and merchandise that is not old and cracked.I had not been to this store in about three months until last night... when an employee in training kept arguing rather than just finishing my transaction so I could just leave! He (Matthew) then gave a self-indulgent speech that he will gladly be fired & lose his job... and he has been in retail for six years & has never had a customer as *unruly* as me. 😂 He then tried to make some sort of dignified exit. I never even raised my voice & have much of the incident on voice record. I really hope their cameras have audio. Thanks for the show, Matthew. I do not see you making it to year seven.I sincerely hope CVS takes all of the complaints on this store and particular employees to heart. The reason for having the store here is so town residents may enjoy CONVENIENCE. This store is regularly anything but...
