I called in ahead of time to see if they had a part I needed. They were very polite and stayed on the phone until we figured out which part it was. When I headed over they informed me they could not order the part but printed a schematic and the locations of places that did have the part. Even though I didnt buy the part there, they still treated me as a customer.
