I am absolutely blown away by the service here. I was losing faith in any independent repair shops for my BMW, but then I found this gem of a shop. I have now taken it there on multiple occasions and it has been in and out of there in less than a day for moderately serious stuff, like radiators and changing belts. Marko and this shop is beyond fair in prices, they know their stuff and they treat you with respect. Could you really ask for more? A million thanks to the team at North Shore Motor Works, keep up the excellent work. I will be referring all my friends and family here, I suggest you do the same, you won’t regret it!

Marco is great. Patient, responsive, helpful and honest. Hes fixed brakes, inspected potential used car purchase, oil changes, etc. Quick estimates, reasonable prices and Ive never been unhappy or felt like he was doing work that didnt need to be done. Hes honest enough to say, the struts are going to need attention, but you dont have to do that work yet....

This is the only place to bring your car for mechanical work. they are great, reasonable pricing and very trustworthy. will go out of their way to help you. They dropped me off at home and picked me up when work was done. I live close but they didnt have to do that. extremely pleased.

Guys really know what theyre doing and how to run a shop. Very nice from the second you walk in, and extremely helpful. I knew what the problem was and asked that only that was fixed, and they did just that but checked anyways to make sure there werent other problems. Not needed but they went the extra mile to take care. Awesome group of people. 10/10

We were on a cross country trip from MD. Our car starting acting up as we came into Chicago. Marco got us right in and fixed the problem same day. The customer service was excellent. Marco even called us to check in a few days later. Highly recommended!

Excellent, transparent, prompt service. Marco was very matter of fact and thorough about what needed to be done. Walking in, I can tell his customers have a trusting relationship with him and his staff.

This is a great shop. I once brought in my own parts and they installed them and I was only charged for labor. Most recently I had a very costly heater core replaced on a VW Passat and was charged a ton but definitely less than I expected. All interactions with this place have been honest and friendly. I will only go here from now on!

Real personal service - the owner Marko called me back with an estimate for an electrical issue, got my van back up and running the next day, and called back a week later to follow up and make sure everything is ok. Worth every penny paid for a quick and professional job.
