The folks at Westside tire were absolutely amazing to me. Got a screw in my tire at work and panicked! My boyfriend got some fix-a-flat and got it filled enough to get to Westside. They didn’t have time then to fix it but added air to it and made me an appointment. Went in to my appointment and was told about 2 hours. I was out in an hour and Mike was so thorough in his explanations that I understood everything!! Set me up with the rewards program and also had a great side conversation with me. Very personable staff!!! They have got a customer for life with me now! Car is 100% fixed and I feel so grateful!!

Had a large bolt in rear tire of my service van. Got me in quickly and made the repair. Very happy with the service.

I called them in the morning while I was at work and informed them I had something stuck in my tire and needed it looked at. They said bring it by when I got done and they took the time to get the job done towards closing time. The guys were real cool and helpful and it didn’t break my bank account. I walked away with 2 new tires and they got a new customer for sure.

Took my vehicle in to see what te issue was. The technician isolated the issue to the catalytic convertors. I had them replace them and they also replaced the worn tires in the back. Service was fast and very accurate they did a amzing job amd i would recommend there service to everyone in need of repairs.

Needed 4 tires called around and they were the least expensive comparing apples to apples. They also aligned the front end. Told me two hours and were done in less than 2 hours. Friendly and courteous service. Would highly recommend.

I unfortunately found a nail in my tire (turned out they found two). I called in the morning and they got me in within a few hours. The customer service at the counter was fantastic and even the tech that was showing me the nails/holes she found. I was in and out within an hour, and I couldn’t be more appreciated of there services. Very nice facility that’s well maintained as well! Thank you for the great experience!

Very friendly, but installed the wrong tires and charged me $110 more than what they quoted me. When I went to leave two of my tires were almost flat they forgot to put air in all 4 and forgot 2 valve stem caps. Nice guys but missed the mark a bit on this visit.

As always since Ive been dealing with Westside tire when they were located in di dis beverage liquor store they always know whats exactly wrong with my car and they always try to fix my problem and anything else it needs within my budget and they cover all the major points and I leave with a very nice riding /driving/running car/ SUV so I always come there for my auto service and the tire prices are unbeatable plus now with tire protection plan for life of tire its cheap per tire only pay once and theyre covered even if its your fault as long as there is still tread life on the tire u can destroy it and theyll replace it as long as it is still tread worthy on life. I will always hands down recommend Westside Tire to all my friends and family u even tell strangers about them and the cool special plans they have for your tires n stuff its so worth it they can show you 10,000 reason why u should have a tire protection plan. Took my Equinox in for oil change, have been here several times with different vehicles, have always dealt with the manager, he is always friendly, knowledgable and very polite and professional, today he must have been busy in the back, my appt. was at 2 went in the building at 4 minutes till, a female associate came in and out of the front twice and never even acknowledged I was standing there, I stood there for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. It took an hour to get my oil changed, I will go back in the future but will make sure I ask to deal with the mgr.

Wouldnt trust anyone else with my cars. Great job, great experience every time

Beware of this place.In cold weather, the cold well draw the air pressure out of your tire. All they had to do wheres take the tire off the Jeep, then break it down and reseal around the rim. Then reinstall the tire back on the Jeep. I dont know what the prices are in this area but $30 a tire seems rather extreme. I called and made an appointment, and I believe they saw me coming, because I feel that they screwed me good. No valve stem replacement no patches no plugs just reseal the rim. I will never go to them ever again. And I will never tell anyone to go there.

Westside beat everyone elses prices including Sams Club. Bought a set of Kendra touring tires. tires are awesome, quiet running and smooth. Landon even gave us their loaner vehicle to go and have dinner while they put new tires on car. I highly recommend Westside Tire for your tire and mechanical needs!

I have used Westside Tire before. I have found them to have competitive prices and really care about my needs. I went in for a simple oil change and thankfully they found i needed brakes and struts and a few other small things. By my choice to wait from 9am to 2pm till they finished they were very concerned about me. When they ordered lunch for themselves they asked if I wanted to order also. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. That is truly caring about your customers. I would definately recommend them. My car drives like brand new.

Got a flat tire on my way into work today call to get in to get a new tire and once I was there I was told that they could probably patch my tire and save me the money of buying a new tire! Saved my like $80. Super friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend.

Needed several, fairly major service items to be performed on my Jeep Liberty. Work was priced reasonably and completed on the same day, as promised. Although I was given the garage’s loaner vehicle, the techs stayed late to complete the job and made sure it was done that day. I’m very satisfied with Westside Tire & Service’s Niles location and will not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future.

Very nice knowledgeable guys who I saw bring out a new exhaust well manifold to an older lady to explain what it was and how it worked so she knew what she was paying for that is impressive to me. Decent prices on tires not to long of a wait I would definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best Tire & Service company in the area all the workers are extremely nice. And knowledgeable. They go above and beyond I took my truck there to have the tires balanced and I run 22in rims with 33x10 tires and their also a R/T type tire. Which isn’t the easiest tire to balance by any means. But they tackled the challenge and I couldn’t be happier. And while they had the tires off they checked my upper and lower ball joint which they are not obligated to do by any means. But they went out of their way to do so. And that shows the difference between a company who’s out there to satisfy their customer as opposed to screw their customer. This was my first time at Westside Tire & Service. I was on a tight schedule due to having to be at work for a 12 hour shift. I tried 2 other places prior to Westside and they were unable to get me in. Mike at Westside was very accommodating and assisted in taking care of my tire issue so I could make it to work on time with no stress. I have gone to Westside Tire & Service in Niles, Ohio for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Staff doesnt talk down to you but does explain all of the work needed and options clearly. I always take my vehicles to them because they are fairly priced, reliable and trustworthy. As a female, it can be difficult to find a shop that doesnt try to take advantage of you and there were times they could have done so and didnt. I highly recommend them to be your go to mechanic if you want the job done right and to be safe on the road. They do so much more than tires and are very thorough and knowledgeable.

2011 explorer Duratec V6Sent my explorer in after the water pump went out at 138000 miles. They took care of the issue and replace the timing chain. Great place and fast service. Cheaper than the dealer.

Had great experience with employees at Niles location. Printout of everything needed and things that were neglected on my older car. All the work was finished in one day and so far I’m very satisfied. Actually runs and handles like it was when new. Spent some $$$ for repairs but way cheaper than getting a new vehicle. Very satisfied with the work performed on my truck. Work was done in a timely manor and the employees were polite and pleasant to deal with. Only issue I had was that other customers in the waiting room had no masks on even though the company had signs posted in plain view everywhere and all the employees wore masks.

I maintained a Sam’s Club membership for 20 years, primarily for tires on all our vehicles. I found I was either doing repairs or sending my vehicles to be repaired after Sam’s Club replaced a battery or tires. I called as soon as they opened for a quote on tire replacement for my truck. Great price. I explained that I only had that day available as my job requires long term travel throughout the US and my flight was the next day. They ordered the tires for same day delivery. That afternoon I was called as promised that the tires had arrived. Installation occurred while I waited. The staff were friendly. A day or two later the manager called me to see if if I was happy with their service and if the tires gave a smooth ride. The answer was a definite yes and yes. I was surprised to receive that type of service. When my truck needs other service I will certainly call upon Westside Tire & Service.

West Side Tire found and repaired my faulty passenger side window trouble. I was pleased with the results and the price. Prior to West Side I had taken my car to a another shop. The other shop thought it was my wiring and could not fix it. West Side investigated enough to see it was my main motor on my drivers side, and replaced that. Thanks to them, my window is fixed.
