I went to a shop prior to Rock auto and turns out they basically harmed my vehicle so I would take it back to them. Rock auto diagnosed everything that was going on with my Dodge Durango from least to most important repairs. And I was able to get fixed what should of been fixed before at the other shop and they fixed what the other shop did to my transmission to make it mess up and go out of overdrive. They are well worth the money but are cheaper than most mechanics at the same time. The work they do is incredible and then some and are 100 percent trustworthy and I would recommend anyone to them

I went to Rock Auto Service after buying a 4×4 Chevy that had been sitting for several months. The oil was the worst I had ever seen! After contacting Rock Auto, they were able to schedule my oil change at a time that worked for me.The staff at Rock Auto inspected my vehicles integrity, so now I can relax knowing my truck is safe for the winter!

We get our vehicles fixed here, because of the integrity of the business. We were recommended to go there by a previous employee, and havent regretted it a minute! One time I was waiting for my car to be finished, I overheard a conversation about saving a customer money. The person wasnt even there! The tech said the parts were the same, and (if I remember correctly) the less expensive one had a longer warranty.They dont try to sell us things out vehicle doesnt need. Ya know some vehicles nickle and dime you. And when we ask questions if its worth it, they let us know.I praise God, He directed us there. There are so many choices that can be stressful (especially when spending money), choosing Rock Auto is not one of them.If I wrote down all my positive encounters of their integrity, this would be pages long! My family recommends them. Need your vehicle fixed or maintenance done? Rock Auto is number one!

Honest mechanics are hard to find, Scott and crew are my go-to people when I dont know whats going on with my car. A bit more expensive than other places, but much more thorough in their diagnoses. My family has been going here for years and for good reason.

Always speedy service

I brought my car in in the morning around 9:30, and they had my leaking fuel line replaced by 1:30 the same afternoon. They also did a full inspection on my car and listed what is needed to be fixed. Because of this great shop I found out that I have a few other problems. I definitely will be returning to get those problems fixed and any other future work will be done there. This is an awesome repair shop and staff and service were exceptional!!!!

Fast friendly & way cheaper than Midas.

6 weeks of trying to fix and replace everything I could think of.Took it to a local gas station repair shop that has been in business for over 50 years or more . They had it for all most two weeks and did nothing except put two spark plugs in it witch I already replaced them all . He told me I would never get it started something internal was wrong. I took it back home pulled the tappit covers and found 4 rocker arms off. I got it running but had no power . A lot of codes came up . I tried ever sensor I could think of . Then I took it to Scott he cleared all the codes and we had our Jeep back the same day . He’s amazingIf you have vehicles problems save your self some time and moneyTake to rock auto first . Expedient service, had my vehicle diagnosed within the same day I brought it in. They were not able to fix the problem but I dont believe it was their fault as it was a transmission issue. Staff was very friendly.
