For years I have been going through them for some of my beauty supply needs and the customer service has been HORRIBLE! there is a huge language barrier which makes it hard to process orders. When I first visited this company I was told to keep my purse closed so there will be no theft. I still stayed for 7 years not wanting to take offense to the comment but I wont spend another dime with this company again. My sales rep is anything but helpful. Over it!!

Wish I didnt have to give them 1 star. Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. They want a $300 membership fee before allowing us access to products they carry. After questioning the membership fee, the man on the phone hung up. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

My husband and I order all of the time for Gants Beauty Depot located at 230 Amy Avenue in Louisville Ky, but this weekend was our 1st trip inside. I like the idea of getting what I need myself over ordering. We will be back.

First time at this place and I had a very bad experience. The personal from registration service till some of the sales representatives were rude. To bad, they lost a good buyer.

Today, March 28, 2019, I spoke with someone named Ted who said he owned the company. He was extremely rude and interrupted me when I questioned him about a product that he wholesales to a beauty supply in my area. He told me he would not answer my questions because I didnt have an account. I explained that my dollars spent at the store that he supplies to, contributes to their account, therefore I have a right to ask him a question. I would NOT advise anyone to do ANY business with this supplier. Obviously Ted, is hiding something if hes not willing to answer a question and being obnoxious to avoid responding.

I was apprehensive about visiting because of the negative reviews. My visit was good, only reason not 5 stars because they were out of some things i needed. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Always perfect, fast checkout customer service is great if item is not on shelf they will check for availability and if in stock someone will go to warehouse.

Its tuff when trying to start a buisness and then having to find a wholesaler to stock with.I got recommended here but they are just rude and mean over the phone, they just try rushing me and wouldnt even let me explain my self. Just having this experience over the make me not want to become a memeber. There loss i will keep on looking.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service Ive ever accounted. I purchased a hair dryer from a store a few weeks ago and it no longer works. The store will not return without a receipt and the company will not even work with me for an exchange. I wouldnt buy anything from here!
