My husband and I went to get a flu vaccine at Niles location. This pharmacy was terrible waiting time only one pharmacy and 2 assistance. They are busy and need more pharmacy to handle the workload. Waiting over half hour. Finally pharmacy gave my husband a flu vaccine. She did not squeeze the arm before injections. It’s hurt and we will never go back to this pharmacy again. CVS was better than Walgreens. I thought it was convenient not to far from my house.

This has been my neighborhood Walgreens for years. Having some issue with workers having masks under their noses. However, the rest of the staff is polite. The store is cleaned well and the shelves are well stocked. The makeup area seems to be taking over the store, but the selection of goods is well chosen.

Dont get your prescriptions sent here. Never in stock, youll have to call them 5 times over 3 days just to get them to order it, then when they get the meds in, they wont fill it until youre physically in store several days after the app says it should have been ready. If you call them, about half the time theyll just keep putting you on hold waiting for you to hang up. This has happened on multiple occasions now....

I was in here on a Sunday night at 10:30pm and one of the workers was not wearing a mask. She was unloading totes and walking around like she wasn’t obligated to wear one. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. Her coworkers should of said something. Ridiculous.

Short version: Do not use this pharmacy if you heavily rely on your medications.This pharmacy has been testing my patience for half a year now. I literally have not once refilled my prescriptions once without any issues. Ive informed my doctor on this issue and they have carefully sent the digital prescriptions right in front of me every appointment.My medications requires me to visit my physician every month before I can get a refill. Ive been reliant on them for the past seven years. Abruptly stopping without tapering down the dosages cause me much suffering. I often find myself waiting on the medication for three to five days until they figure out what is going on.I once checked on my prescription status and they couldnt find any requests even though I literally made one over the phone with the same person an hour ago. Other times Im arguing about how I have health insurance and they want to charge me $300 per refill when the history says Ive never paid anywhere near that amount before. Sometimes they find duplicates of my medication that I supposedly never requested. Sometimes theyre too busy to deal with the issues at hand and pretend the call is dropping even though the signal perfectly clear. Avoid this place as if your life depends on it.. because it probably does.

I dont know why people give this location negative reviews, ever time Im here the experience is good and I do frequent this location. People seem to have become a lot more bitter, uptight and capricious thats why they give this place negative reviews. Shove your egos up your and be considerate.

After 30 years of being a customer at Walgreens I bid adieu. Pharmacy staff is not trained! I have gotten the wrong medicine as well as being shorted insulin pens. The past year this location appears to hire transient pharmacists, young staff who are not professional and they make a lot of mistakes. So bye byeCeleste

I Bought formula yesterday. I was using it and noticed it was little clumpy. I checked the box it was expired by a month. They Really need to make sure they do their due diligence and check to see if the products are expired prior to selling.

Great location with great service. If you read the down votes you kinda notice that its from a bunch of drug addicts(legal prescribed ones) who need their Xanax fix because Susan cant handle being with Todd and her looks are fading faster than her prescription can be filled. Anywho, the dude at the register forget his name, hes gone gray in the hair but has enough energy to be a man of mid twenties. Top notch, will never stop coming to this location!

Worst pharmacy ever. Don’t waste your time here. Waited 20 min in the drive thru, rang the bell 3x, the fourth time someone answered and said “we’ll be with you shortly”. I left after 20 min of waiting and no response. Unacceptable!!

Went in to get a prescription filled for my brother who was in a lot of pain from an injury. I stood in the long line patiently with everyone else. Didn’t complain because I knew they were working hard. The line itself took 20-30 mins. When we got to the desk they told us they weren’t going to take any new prescriptions. I asked if the 10 people behind us knew that and why they didn’t make an announcement. No answer. Deplorable customer service. This pharmacy is consistently busy and always has long wait times.

This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been to. The pharmacy always has technical issues. They dont know how to run insurance, they operate as cash only occasionally and are rude. Ive yet to have a single refill go off without an issue. I have written confirmation from my doctor that they sent a refill, they provided the date, time, and RX confirmation number but yet Walgreens claims the doctor never sent the refill. This Walgreens pharmacy is incompetent. If this werent my only convenient option on my commute I would never go here again.

Was frustrated with trying to get a yellow fever vaccination from my doctor for an upcoming trip to South America. After multiple phone calls to compare prices and discovering my insurance did not cover the vaccination, I called a different Walgreens pharmacy and they referred me to this one and they could take me (no appointment necessary). Went in the same day and was taken care of quickly and courteously. The pharmacy staff was knowledgeable and helpful and this is by far the cheapest place to receive a yellow fever vaccination anywhere in San Diego (I called multiple travel clinics and private practices who usually charge $160 plus an additional office visit or consultation fee). The cost here was $149.99 and no consultation fee.

I don’t drive car. When I went to pick up my kids from daycare I decided to go this location. I have double stroller without kids with me. When I was there I didn’t find that what I looking for. But my complain is not about it. Store manager or assistant, I don’t remember exactly, ask me about kid which run near, but I said it is not my kid. Then when I was in other aisle she asked me why I have empty stroller and where my kids. I replied I am going to daycare to pick up them. But I think it doesn’t have to be your business. I went to restroom and when I leave it she stayed around door and said me I cannot go to restroom with empty stroller without kids. Seriously? Am I not human who need to use restroom? Where did I need to leave stroller? I’ve never heard this.

This location has the slowest pharmacy ever. You could place an order order online for pickup and even call in 5hours ahead of time and your prescription will still NOT be ready. It’s clear they do not work on any scripts until you arrive & then it’s a 20-30min wait. Go fill at another location. This will for sure be my last time!

I’ve given this Walgreens location too many chances. From the photo department to the pharmacy, nothing is ever ready and no one ever knows what’s going on. And it’s not just my stuff, I see them be rude and unhelpful to other customers every time I’m sitting around waiting to pick up a thing that should have been ready hours before. I don’t know how they stay in business. Can believe corporate doesn’t shut them down. Photo always has a backlog on online orders, and get this- runs out of PHOTO PAPER. On top of inconvenience, the pharmacy is bad at its job. They’ve made errors on my prescriptions that have resulted in insurance problems, and the pharmacists never offer counseling on new meds. Zero problem solving abilities (or desires).

Absolute worst service in their pharmacy department. I have been dealing with this location since April & every time I call or visit, its a hassle. They are so rude & act as if Im asking for too much just because I need my meds. They make an already difficult situation so much harder. If I could give zero stars, you bet I would.Thank God there are other local Walgreens because I will never return to this location.

Awful, horrendous service. I came to pick up a prescription and stood and waited for five minutes before one of the workers came to the kiosk to speak to me. No one was in line. Rude workers, lazy service, and lazy working. If you are looking to go to a Walgreens, go to a different one.
