The store has a great selection of makeup and has all my favorite brands. Whats a bummer though is I never feel comfortable interacting with the employees, they tend to have an attitude. I wish there was a self checkout.

They didnt have the Glamglow cleanser that ever other sephora carries. They were also out of stock of the nars foundation and didnt have any products out for my shade so I had to go to the counter for every little thing. I wont be back, horrible store..

One of the larger Sephora branches carrying a majority of the brands available online. The store is very nicely set out with wide aisles, and it is easy to find what you are looking for. There are lots of friendly and helpful assistants. I found what i wanted quickly and easily. Will definitely be coming back.

I set up an appointment to get a full face of makeup done for my graduation party and when I came in the day of (keep in mind they have been sending me emails for two weeks to not forget me appointment), the customer service person gave me all kinds of attitude. She also told me that they dont do full face makeup anymore. She also called her manager and asked but the manager also gave me attitude. AWFUL PLACE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Annabel at Sephora has such a great personality and is very helpful with answering all our questions. Even took the time to teach my mom how to do a Smokey eye !! Would definitely recommended my friends and family to shop here great service by far !

I wanted to start by saying that this was my very first time at any Sephora and my last as well. I walked in last week around noon and I was not acknowledged at all. I didnt get a hi, a hello, not even a smirk acknowledging my existence. I ignored that and started to look around and since no one asked if I needed help or not I decided to go up to someone and ask them for help. The sales girl helped for 2 minutes didnt bother asking if I needed anything else and just walked away. I was done shopping there at that point and got in line to pay for ONE item. When I decided to get in line there were THREE people in front of me. After 5 minutes a second line started forming on the other side. When it got to be my turn to pay I walked up to the register and handed her (same lady from before) my item to pay and she had the nerve to tell me that she was going to take the other person in the second line because she was waiting there even though she took the three people in front of me and saw me waiting in line. Then she had a second nerve to apologize to the other customer and asked the other customer if she was ok with having me go first. I didnt say anything, but my look said everything. I have never shopped here before and I will never shop here again. I always thought snobby @$$ people work here and I was right 🤷‍♀️ this is why Ulta is better.

Terrible service just terrible. I wanted to get my skin tone tested on the new fenty beauty foundation and I asked two women who worked there to help me and both of them just ignored me and instead helped the girl with the Louis Vuitton bag. I am honestly appalled. I always notice this happening at this store. They judge their customers based on how much money they have and I am disgusted. Never shopping at this dump of a store ever again.

This place on mothers day led me down, i was in line waiting as one girl is running the place and afterva while another girl shows up and cuts me w another customer instead of asking who is next, i said im next and she still continued w the customer...so i went to ulta instead...this is the second time they gave me the same treatment....

I love going to sephora. the makeup artists/sales associates are really helpful and friend. this is my go to makeup store.
