What I found here was an amazing, professional Sleep Expert Michael C. In the 1st minute you can tell hes deeply knowledgeable, super funny, polite, easy, and understanding. Hes good with numbers and knows the latest promotions. He is what had me shell out the $ for a new mattress over mattress firm, and other places I scouted. Go American Mattress!

I do not recommend this store. I both Scott brothers one year ago, all ready began reaping, the store charged me $ 2300. I did not have experience to buy at that time and they know to take advantage. Go online, compare and shop. Do not go to American Mattress. One star.

I bought mattress on Jan 25 2015 .Paid over 2000$ .The matter as is sinking.It lasted about 5 years last 2 we just suffer to sleep one.I wound not recommended to any one this bisness .I have my old mattress for over 20 years paid 1000 is better then new one.Very disappointed .Serra Mattress.

Unfortunately, my experience with American Mattress was not so good.I am not going to blame anyone but myself for not doing my home work about American mattress no refund policy or their inventory. As a result I ended with the entry level mattress for the price of a decent mattress. Be aware that the Company does offer exchange but no refunds!

It was my second attempt to buy a mattress for our spare bedroom and I am so glad we stopped by at American Mattress in Niles. The store manager, Tom, is a very pleasant guy to work with, very warm and not into your face all the time. It was a very nice experience, and a very painless one. Tom offered us such a great deal we were happy with, so we left the store with a new mattress. Ahh... hate it say it, but ive had a pretty bad experience with my Serta mattress from this place. I spent too much money on it and it started sinking within 3 months. I then called them and they sold me a new mattress because the mattress I had bought from them they stopped selling, and THAT mattress has also started sinking. Ive had it for about 1.5 years now and Im going to be throwing it out shortly and purchasing a new mattress from a different store. Im writing this review now because my aunt just called me and after purchasing a mattress there 3 months ago HERS is now sinking too....Yikes. Id stay away unless you like a sinking mattress.

The manager is so accommodating. Tom helped us find the right mattress for several beds in our home over the last 8 years.

Very disappointed with the mattress purchase. We have exchanged it few times because each mattress started sagging within 2-3 weeks. After few exchanges we were told to go through the warranty process for which they charge $60 to come and evaluate the mattress.
