I originally went to the boardman location. I had already went 4 different places and had never been here before. I somewhat knew what I wanted walking in and he worked with me the best he could until telling me I had more options at their bigger store in Niles. It was a 28 minute drive and the man there was also super nice and worked with me. I got an amazing bed and amazing deal. Will definitely be returning in the future!!

While in town visiting, we purchased my mother a mattress and adjustable frame, delivery scheduled and mom is excited. I am back home out of state and only the frame is delivered. Not only did they mess up the delivery. They removed her old bed and left her the frame. I do not know what mattress firm expects my 89 year old mother to sleep on!!! When my wife called the store to find out what is the deal. Turns out the mattress is not available for another 6 days. This is totally unexceptionable and Definitely not worth the time aggravation to deal with.

Great no pressure place to look at all major brands. Robert was super helpful. Did not push us to buy anything but what we liked. Answered all our questions and was super patient. This is the only mattress place I would recommend.

It was quick and painless. Our salesman knew his product and answered all our questions. No high pressure sales, no forcing me to look at any particular style or brand of mattress. We wanted to look at a PURPLE mattress and all four models were available for us to try out. Great experience!

We went to get a queen size mattress for the guest bedroom. We found what we wanted/liked right away, got a good deal and we were in and out in 45 minutes It was the easiest and quickest shopping experience Ive ever had. Very satisfied definatly will go back next time we need a new mattress.

We will definitely do business with Mattress Firm again. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right bed for us. The bed we ordered was supposed to be available on September 7th however the manufacturer pushed back our order until October. The store staff and District manager upgraded us at no additional cost to us so we could get a bed on original deliver date. The upgrade has been amazing. This store definitely takes care of its customers. I highly recommend them

Dan the manager is one of the most helpful and kind salesperson you could ever meet. On more than one occasion he as gone above and beyond to help an elderly customer. He pushed my mom in a wheelchair from bed to bed till she found what she was looking for. I would have pushed her myself but had just had surgery and couldnt. and when the shopping experience was over took my mom out to car so she wouldnt have to walk to car.He saw she was struggling to walk People like him are few and far between. The store and salesman were very nice, their website is a complete sham. They promise sales that are not available and delivery times that are not possible. Also offer perks for purchases over a certain amount of $$ that are not true.

Excellent sales person. However pricing is high. “Outlet” is totally misleading. Also there is no inventory. No clear “ideas” lmao as to when products will be available.

Knowledgeable staff that made the mattress purchasing process easy. We worked with Robert and Derek at the Niles Ohio location. They did not pressure my husband and myself to make a purchase, just answered our questions. Derrick was the best! He helped me get a queen size matress and frame for my daughters room. He also took the time to help me load it in my car and was very knowledgeable. The frame took me a few minutes to put together by myself and we are very happy with the matress!

I ordered a mattress from Mattress Firm from out of state. They helped me through the process with the payment, shipping to FL, and alerted me when to expect the delivery. It was definitely delivered between the time frame they said it would be by a 3rd party. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication about part of the purchase so I had to call them and let them know the frame was missing.They fixed the problem and I should expect the frame soon. I have not been able to set the bed up myself yet to test the mattress out but it looks very comfortable!

Rob Lias was pleasant, informative & personable. The store had a huge selection in all shapes, sizes & price ranges. We were the only customers in the store at 10:15am. We chose our pillow top bed, completed our 1 year same as cash purchase with a cover for our box springs and were out the door by 11:00am. Not sure $60 delivery was such a deal though. Just saying.

Purchased a mattress and box springs here that was supposed to give many years of comfort. Poor quality!!! Had maybe 3-4 month and it has sunken in spots and causes more pain than to be expected. Not what you expect from paying 1000 for a set. Will never buy from here again!!!

The in store credit check is a scam to sign you up for a credit card. The Mattress Firm employee NEVER mentioned anything about a credit card. Big lots carries Serta for way less than mattress Firm. Our Serta Stay king size with double box spring from Big Lots is amazing!

In all honesty I was skeptical about coming into here for the first time. Normally shop at goldsteins down the road, but they were not very polite when we went in so we thought wed give Mattress Firm a try. Definitely well worth it! Steve was immediately friendly and greeted us. Also helped us find the mattress weve always wanted! You get great customer service without being pushed into something you dont want. Very upfront about costs as well. Explained warranties and what all came with our stuff we purchased. Would recommend Steve and staff to anyone looking for a new mattress!

They offer quality matresses and thats why I purchased a matress with reclining base,however the customer service was horrible at the niles store.

I bought a mattress 2 years ago, we were promised 10 years of wonderful sleep or they would replace the mattress for free. Now the mattress is terrible, has large sunken in areas, causing back pain, shoulder pain, etc. They will warranty but are charging us $49 to deliver. We paid $1800 for this mattress this is ridiculous.

Store was clean, only one sales person who was already helping another couple. Waited for 10 minutes, but the prices were not great so I left.

Mr.Richard gave me and my girlfriend a great experience at the mattress firm. He showed us around with great customer service I love it and very good deals. Thanks again
