WOW, visiting family in Ohio and absolutely loved this place. Huge selection of beers and great selection of cigars. Had a few of my favorites but was out of Ghurka cigars today but still loved it. Great atmosphere and not all smokie like some cigar bars I have been in.

To many people in there with out masks on, and no, not all were actively smoking or drinking no social distancing either. The bartender/employee was rude. Ive been in there many of times to get coffee and the bartender has been rude.

Pretty nice cigar lounge / coffee shop / bar. Stopped in back in July of 2019 to kill a few hours while I was waiting for my realtor to get back to me. Ended up smoking a few cigars drinking a few beers and enjoying a Indians Astros game. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cigars were a decent price, Ive seen better and Ive seen worse. But the selection was pretty impressive. I was on a big Arturo Fuente kick at the time so thats what I was going after. I was there early on a Wednesday and there was hardly another customer in the whole place. Made my time there even that much more enjoyable. Although Im not sure what it would look like on a Friday night.

I go to this Havana House because of the bar inside. Its an awesome place. You cant lose because the selection is huge and the staff is knowledgeable. Theres a wall of wine and a wall of beer (cooled). I drink more beer than wine but the selection of each is big enough that I find something new every time I go.They also have coffee and its pretty good. I dont know much about coffee but I drink more black and Im happy with it.The cigar selection is awesome. You cant lose unless youre looking for something extra obscure. Im not sure if they can order up stuff or not. The staff is very helpful and arent too pushy about things in my experience. I just recently bought some pipe tobacco there but I havent had a chance to smoke it. Im confident itll be good.Overall, this place can take care or your tobacco and beverage needs. I recommend it to everyone!

Patrons are permitted to smoke inside so if you do not want to experience a smoke filled environment please avoid. However if you enjoy smoking a cigar, pipe or other tobacco product while enjoying an adult beverage, this is the place for you.Their beer selection is broad. They also have some wine and liquor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cigar selection is broad. I especially enjoy the house brand La Barba Cigars.

Just came in there today to buy a couple of cigars. The staff is always friendly and very eager to explain the different types of cigars that are available. This is the only place I get my cigars from and one day I have to take the time to stay and smoke one there!

They look like they have a big selection. In reality they dont have much of anything good. What they do have is expensive. The staff is friendly I guess but thats about as far as that goes. Theyre not very helpful, its almost like they read from a generic universal cigar script. I asked what kind of filler is used in a cigar brand I have never heard of (some generic retail brand like brick and mortar). He had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if they had problems with the draw from other customers he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if it had a solid stack and he had no idea what I was talking about.Visit my google maps profile and rate another cigar shop in the area.

This is a review from a beer drinker point of view. That being said this business used to have a decent selection when it came to beer now not so much. One of my more recent visits to this location was a notice on the fridges for beer saying that the selection would be slimmed for there other location to have a better selection. Which I can understand to a degree but if your going or in Boardman you already know the best place to go for beer in that area. One of the other problems with this location is the fact when it comes to the beer at least nothing/very little is priced so you either have to ask or look it up online to see what the price could be. I dont understand why this is such a hard thing for this business to do both other businesses in the area that sell more craft beers have everything priced. Lastly the service at least for me has been more miss then hit. With my most recent visit leaving me standing waiting to check out since it takes two cashier to take care of a coffee for an another customer one to stand talking to the customer while the other makes then washes out the cups all while I stand there and wait to check out. In short if unless your looking to have a smoke with your drink I would suggest going to one of the another craft beer seller in the area.

Always love visiting the Havanna House, its like a Mans candy shop of delights, prices are a bit on the steep side, ( $20 a beer is a bit much), but other than that I really enjoy the atmosphere and variety, I dont get out much because of work, but when I can, I make sure to stop by here on special occasions. Like for my Birthday, the week of July 15th, this month, Always a great birthday gift to myself !

Uneducated manager did not accept an out of state Wisconsin ID. He came across as very rude after looking at both mine and my girlfriends ID for 5 min. Then when his cell phone rang he answered it. Very rude staff don’t waste your time. My only regret was not calling him out for not knowing what he was doing. Oh well

Stopped in 1rst time on 2 23 18 had a gift card i got 2 aging room and a rocky Patel the 2 aging rooms fell apart as i lit them they were so dry the had no flavor and were crunchy. For your cigars stay away from this place
