Very rude owners who pay there staff below average wages. The owners will attack you if you dont agree with them. If they treat the public in such a way I can only imagine how they treat workers. I prefer to spend my money on establishments that treat their people good and that are not like tyrants. The owner even found my girlfriend on Facebook and sent her a nasty message. Who does that??? Crazy.....

OK: There is this other, huge chain: Among other things, they claim if we dont carry it...its not worth drinking I call BS.There is a popular LIQUEUR called Kahlua (forgive me if I spelled it wrong). Its pricey: The other chain carried at least two low-end copycats (KAMORA and SABROSA) a lot of people cant tell the difference.There is a high end LIQUEUR known as Drambuie. Its $40 for a fifth. The other chain does not carry the low end copycat.Liquor Barn does. It is called GranTully. Less than 1/2 the price of DRAMBUIE.I usually shop at that big chain. I think I may be giving more of my business to Liquor Barn

Went there for 3 bottles that were on the website on sale. Employee told me that they were discontinued and that they were out. Website said that they were in stock and nothing about being dropped. He was very rude when I showed him the website. Dont know what they were trying to pull but I will never go there again.

Good place, they are very well priced and have a wide selection. I usually know exactly what I need so I do not have a problem with staff. The one time I needed help the person had to get someone else who knew more but I did not mind and appreciated them being honest that they did not know themselves

Huge variety of liquors, including a lot of rare, obscure tipples, and a knowledgeable helpful staff. Ive been coming here for years during annual family visits. Lots of domestic, foreign, and craft beers. Seems like Im always forced to buy a box of Russian chocolates, which are hard to find back home in the rural wilds of Ohio. This is a big store with an excellent inventory.

Pricing was better before and the quality of stuff has gone down too now.

Good service, though I dont feel the employees know a lot about the products beyond the very basics. The selection is okay.. Not nearly as good as Binnys... But the prices are way better as they have stuff on sale all the time. Not to shabby. Wish I could rate it 3.5 stars as its a perfect 7/10. 🤗

Serious price gouging here. Really pushing the limits of capitalism. Weller 12 prices at 3-4x retail and Old Fitzgerald 15 year at 4x retail. The sad thing is someone is going to pay up and reward bad behavior. Outside of gouging on rare items it seems most of their pricing is 10-20% higher than other large stores.

Need to improve customer service and be more proactive in filling orders and working with customers.

Great selection and well priced. They have a good selection of beer, wine and liquor. Not the neatest or well organized place (youre not going there for the appearance anyways), hence the Barn. My new liquor store.

Liquor Barn is my go to place for liquor. I just wish they had more diet beverages to mix with my liquor.

Well they have lots of booze here, thats for sure. The selection isnt terrible but I cant help but feel it could be better. For some reason I can never find the wine I like here despite the fact that they have thousands of wines. It just feels like a poor mans Binnys and thats not the worst thing.

Very big selection of alcohol here. Lots of off the wall European beers are offered here. Some of which have turned out to be not so great. Prices are fair but some can be more than average. Good store for quick stops as its its own free standing building/parking lot.

Pretty good selection, they have a specific brand of brandy that very few places heard of it. I always stop by when I cruse along Golf Rd. Just bring better selection of polish beers, its somewhat poor now..

Had ordered liquor online but when I got to the store it was not even ready so had to wait there about 10 mins or so. But besides that seems like a nice store with a nice variety of Liquors. The customer service there is so so.

Stay away. I bought some nama sake online, which is unpasteurized, meaning its even more perishable than regular Sake (Which should be consumed within a year of the date stamped)... It was 4 years old!!! I tried to contact them 3 times within the past 2 weeks, no answer

They sent me me already opened bottles of liquor. When I very politely asked for an exchange or refund they had me emailing and calling back and forth for about two months. In the end they told me that bottles come with broken seals and open corks all the time and this was nothing unusual and unworthy of any refund (after I had already sent the tampered product back to them!!)Finally I had to have a law firm write them to get a refund.STAY AWAY. unless you want already opened and tampered bottles of liquor

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY! I bought two 5 liter bottles of Big Hills red wine on sale on Sunday, Feb 26th. Did not expect a great wine at that price, but it should have at least been decent. The wine almost tasted like vinegar...2 types, both bad, could not even drink them. Brought them back and the 2 managesr both told me the same thing, oh I just drank some last night and it was fine.... Sounded like a pre-planned line of BS. Then they said since they were open I could not bring them back???? How would I know that the wine was no good if I did not open them??? Going to Binnys from now on.

Great local Liquor Store with a good selection of local, domestic and international beers and wines.

I bought beer there in October 2016 that expired in January 2016. It was stocked in the fridge and also many boxes of it just outsioutside. A sale price was slapped on It, so Im sure management knew it was expired. I called them on the phone that same night to let them know about it, and when I went back to return it almost two weeks later (The store is far from where I live), the beer was still stacked and for sale, and it looked like they sold bunch of it. When I confronted the manager, he dismissed me again saying that its not up to him, and that the beer is still drinkable. He said that they give refunds, and acted rudely like I have nothing to complain about (my time and gas spend to return the beer, or the fact that I had no beer for my guests on the evening of my purchase seemed irrelevant to this manager). I was not smart like you, and I did not check the reviews before I went there. My advice is; Just look at all the one star ratings, and stay away from this shady place!
