A-American has become my “go-to” place for counters, flooring and tile. They have a nice selection of tile that you don’t see everywhere else and huge selections of flooring and stone. Fast and friendly service is provided by a very knowledgeable staff. Their prices are competitive. A great experience!

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Ryan and Ovi at A-American. They supplied tile flooring, countertops, and sinks for two bathrooms and a kitchen all done at the same time. The materials were beautiful, prices were good, and the process was efficient and precise. Everything was on time and the quality of the materials and installation was excellent. Tile was installed by Tiles of Niles, Inc. and countertops were installed by A-American. Would use again and again.

This place deserves no stars at all. As a former employee of this place who came everyday and worked hard, but was terminated unfairly for simply pointing out flaws in the companys disciplinary rules, I cant help but find satisfaction in how this place has probably suffered big time loses this last year and a half. What goes around comes around. To everyone who gets a response from the owner, its not the owner responding. The owners English is not great. Its his daughter and unpleasant son-in-law who are responding to any questions, complaints, etc. My advice to any potential future customers or employees, dont bother with this place. Its not worth it at all!

I was advised to buy engineered hardwood flooring for my place and was referred to A-American. They have endless choices and a knowledgeable staff. Ovi and Brian answered all of my questions. I chose the Brazilian Cherry and am very happy. I had to wait a bit longer for it to come in but well worth it. 👍👍

This review is long overdue. About 3 years ago, A-American installed our Tranquility quartz countertops and our Mohawk carpeting in our home. Adrian I (countertops) and Johnny C (carpeting) were fantastic to work with and they were very accommodating for our schedule. The quality of the products themselves have held up very well over the past three years and we still get compliments regularly on both. We could not have been more pleased with the service and pricing from A-American!

In the chaos of a renovation project, A American has been one of the only things going right.To start, the vanity we ordered 6 months ago arrived with a cracked countertop. We were told West Elm could send another....in January 2022! We contact A American and they provided a very reasonable estimate for a double vanity replacement and shower shelf (carrerra marble), came out next day to measure and installed in less than a week.Same amazing experience when it came time for our kitchen countertops. Great pricing for pure white quartz, quick estimate and installed in less than a week. We had some measurement issues with our cabinets/sink, which Alex talked our contractor through and helped remedy.The communication was excellent and we really could not be happier with the experience end 5o end.

This is an unethical company that is doing a very poor business with their customers. Weve ordered kitchen from them that ended up a disaster. Firstly, they made wrong final measurements based on which all cabinets had to be pulled out from the wall. Secondly, they have delivered to us a piece which couldnt be cut to fit the right size of a kitchen because material was chipping (see image below). Thirdly, they charged us $204 for an under sink garbage pull out and instead they have delivered to us a storage pull out. To our requests to exchange it or return they said they we have to fit a smaller bucket. (See picture below). Awful customer service with Alin Mihaescu & Vasi Roza.

You should not shop here if you are Black. Never have I been this discriminated against while shopping. While shopping my family and I were not assisted or greeted. When we asked for help the sales person clearly wanted nothing to do with us, he told us the flooring was out of our price range without even asking our budget. This same individual had a Political mask on, Back the Blue. Apparently 90 percent of the people standing behind the desk don’t work there either, but when engaged with non black customers they were free. Masks were not worn over the nose and some flat out did not wear masks while working. Horrible experience.

Great service and selection. Avram (Abe) Pop was our salesman and he was great. Very responsive, transparent, and went out of his way to make sure we had the type and size samples that we wanted to be comfortable with our selection. I have been in the flooring business my whole life, but have been on the commercial side for so long, I don’t have connections in the retail world any more so I was sort of irked that I had to buy “retail” “off the street”. The deal and service we got from Avram was as good as I could have expected from an “inside or professional courtesy” type deal. We are very pleased.

Purchased prefinished hardwood flooring from A-American. My customer experience was great in every way. They had exactly what I needed in stock which was not the case with their competitors. This was the first place I went to for cabinets and I was very happy with the choice, Diana was the sales person that took care of me and made sure I got everything I needed was always updating me on my order since it was special order and took 3 weeks to come in, she made sure to inspect the cabinets before scheduling with me for delivery and followed up to make sure everything was fitting good and no issues. For sure would go back for future projects.

The stone is beautiful. But there is a big gap-more than 1/4 inch-between the countertop and the wall! They say its within the standards, but I could fill pencils in that gap!

A-American Custom Flooring is a top of their game opporation. Came in a half hour before closing on a week night . We were met by Ovi . We told him what kind of job we wanted to do and he showed us what they had to offer . There was quit a bit to choose from and with Ovis input we came to a decision on are choice. We placed an order and had a delivery the very next day. Along with Ovis great customer service he went further in support by recomending us a contractor to install the hard wood floor at our request. The contractor named Chris once contacted schedualed us in imidiatly told us how long it would take to complet and how he would do it.All together we installed hardwood floors in 5 rooms one hallway and 12 stairs and landing.The job was done efficiently and on schedual very clean and the out come was beautiful. We recently purchased our tile for our bathroom remodeling. They have an excellent inventory with competitive pricing. We also ordered a customer quartz countertop with the help from Ryan. Ryan took his time showing us the different quartz slaps in their warehouse. He was very helpful and I especially liked the fact that Ryan came to our house to take the measurements for the countertop. Installation was good! I’d return in the future for any new remodeling jobs.

We worked with Johnny to design and install quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel. He was always just a phone call away and always responsive to our calls and texts. As a matter of fact, when he saw our faucet selection he made a separate trip out to remeasure, to make sure the installation was going to be problem free.The day of the install, his crew was in and out in about 90 minutes, despite having to navigate the electrical contractors crew and not having electricity.The counters look great and we are very happy we selected A-American and Johnny for our counter tops!

She is a very kind and gracious person, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her. A-American pricing is very competitive, especially on their in-stock ceramic and porcelain tile.

As an owner of a high end hospitality design firm located in Miami we deal with many of the best vendors in the business. My experience with Ryan was on the smoothest installs ive experienced. Not only professional in the admin phase but their technology in template and final fit and finish was a 10. I wish they had an facility in Miami we would use them on all of our high end applications.

Just had the best experience shopping at A-American. Have not been to a flooring store where the associates and sales staff was as helpful and as friendly as those at A-American custom flooring! One particular associate I worked with, I believe his name was Benny Capalnas, was extremely nice and very willing to help me out with everything I needed. The way he spoke with me and helped me out made me feel like I had known him for a very long time even though we had just met! I very highly recommend A-American to anyone looking for anything flooring/counter top related!

We just remodeled our Kitchen and bathrooms and worked with Alin for designing the entire kitchen and installing the counter top. I found Alin and all the staff from American custom flooring to be very friendly and accommodating. They were available anytime I needed them and were very professional. They guided me through the remodeling and helped make decision. I found the pricing of their products to be much better compare to their competitors as well. I would highly recommend this place to you.

Alex spent literally 2+ hours with us as we debated different quartz options for our countertops. Very patient, took us in the warehouse space at least 5 times to show us slabs, not pushy at all. We left before making a final decision feeling no pressure. I called with decision a few days later, was able to complete whole process by phone. We had to change the scheduled time for them to measure the cabinets, Alex came out personally in the early morning to accommodate the change. We love the countertops! Highly recommend A-American.

I was looking to get a countertop for my bathroom from a remnant. Prices were not competitive and the personnel was rude. They do have a nice showroom to get ideas, but I wouldnt make a purchase here. I went to ultimate stone in elk grove village and found the exact same products for literally half the cost. There are a lot of stone fabricators in the area. Shop around and find someone you like.

Excellent customer service and friendly oriented environment, staffs are very courteous and professional. The project professional idea and array of materials option provided by the staffs was top notch. The name of the establishment is definitely befitting A -grade for A-American....the very top echelon of custom flooring.

Ryan and his team at A-American did an excellent job with our granite work. They were responsive to our needs with a bathroom remodel and even rushed the job for us to meet our timeline. The installer did a great job onsite measuring and cutting the faucet holes and installing the sink. I would highly recommend A-American.

Before closing each purchase, every charge was completely transparent with no surprises.They come out to measure and delivery was always within the promised time (usually within 5-7 days). The workmanship is outstanding from factory fabrication to installation! And yes, you get to see and pick the granite slab that will become your counter.No issues no problems.
