David at the front was very rude. I ordered a drink and he had an awful attitude, was treating me rude because he stated “well you are a women and your mask is fake”. He then rolled his eyes at me. I’m paying for a coffee, I don’t need this extra drama fromA staff person for his own issues he’s going through. I stopped at this location on my way back from a Freud a house and will never come here again. Please get front employees who maintain a work environment.

Small but mighty… no drive thru

Staff is cool. The biggest drawback is that the place is small and if there’s a line… you’re waiting a bit. But overall… I dig this Starbucks.

Rude staff and slow service. I will never come to this starbucks again. My drink was terrible and its a regular drink I get from other starbucks that tastes good.

I noticed that a lot of privilege people (KARENS) go here and treat the staff horrible. These types of people are always in a hurry Idk if the store is short staff but all I see are hard working people.

Its good ambience but I think its congested space. We have dine tables there. They should have parking space.

The star bucks we always visit in this area. It is of decent size, but sometimes the wait time is way too long. How good our coffee turns out seems to vary each visit. Service can be better.

Although this Starbucks doesnt have a drive through, I enjoy how friendly everyone is. The good customer service makes the walk from the car to the store worth it.Update: The cashier freaked out because he accidentally was using my card to pay for someone elses order and then cancelled my order. Resulting in me waiting for 10-15 minutes watching everyone else get their drinks only for the barista to ask what I ordered. The cashier only then realized he cancelled my order.. would have been nice if my drink was comped for the inconvenience

Busy for a Tuesday afternoon. Device was slow, only 2 baristas serving.

A bit slow, but understaffed. Did not enforce the mask rule. 2 people did not have masks on and they were not eating nor drinking.

The service is always great, but David at the register especially. He is super warm, welcoming, and funny. Every time he is in, it makes the experience fantastic.

I don’t normally write reviews. Visit this Starbucks this morning to get my favorite drink, I was in the line when I saw the cashier accept cash from the customer, and after that without washing his hands grab a cup, open a bag of tea, literally holding the bag, not the string, I felt disgust. I’m sorry but in our difficult times right now we need to be weary.

I thought the coffee would be scolding hot instead of the temperature was just right for me to drink it right away while it was brewed fresh

I asked the girl to dump some of the ice out of my drink because I literally couldn’t put my straw in it, and she dumps some out and hands it back with half of the drink gone.

Finally opened, great idea to stop people coming inside by having a table at the door. I just wonder what to do when it rains. Maybe have a local tent company come and setup a marquee.

The old person in the counter is very annoying and creepy.

Overall this Starbucks is great. Its a small location but they keep it nice. They are pretty quick with orders. They are usually busy and parking is usually packed with people annoyingly idling their car outside. I am sure thats out of their control but again these guys are great.

I really enjoy this location. It is not large by any stretch of the imagination but it is run very efficiently. Even when the place is packed I never have to wait more than five minutes for my order. They have a well oiled machine here that can really crank out the drinks

Amazing location. The location is relatively busy but the baristas are very good. Some Starbucks locations dont make drinks properly or cheap out on the espresso but I havent encountered those problems often here.

The one thing I can always say about starbucks that continually brings me back to there stores, is there consistency. The consistency in the coffee, consistency in cleanliness. No matter what locations across the United States or another country that I might be visiting.

Some of the workers here do not know what “light ice” means. I did not pay $5 for a full cup of ice, especially in 30 degree weather.

My regular Starbucks. They can get crowded and, therefore, backed up but ordering thru the app helps. Seems to have a lot of turnover in people but there longer-term employees are friendly and efficient.

The staff worked quickly and efficiently. During the weekend it was quite busy but the tables were plentiful.

I go here often because its close to home. I like that it has multiple entrance ways into the shopping plaza so that I dont HAVE to use the entrance that is closest to the Starbucks store front. Service, as always, has been nice. And recently renovated a little. I kinda liked the old decor and setup.

This location has a team that remembers my name from my first visit. What a great way to personalize my buying experience. All of the food and drink is good as its what weve grown to love from Starbucks.

I have stopped at this location a few times since I do a lot of driving for work, and everytime I stop in it takes more than 20 min to get my order. I understand things happen, a rush of customers, etc. so I use the app. But never have I gone in after preordering and been given the ingredients to finish making MY OWN drink until now. Last time I checked i dont have a job at Starbucks. Some training definitely needs to take place here.

Stopped by to get my mocha and a hot chocolate. The order was done right and drinks were done properly. Plenty of parking in the area. The place is a bit small but works.

Its Starbucks but no drive thru and parking is limited. Dont park in the adjacent north lot.

This Starbucks is consistently staffed by the kindest people in the business. I dont know what their secret to hiring is, but never change!

Customer service sucked. 5 people before me got their coffee in order. Two people that ordered after me got their order before i did. When i asked the lady who was making coffee about my order she said she doesnt see my order. Had i not asked i would have kept waiting. Wonder if its my skin color or my name huh?

The mgr David is always smiling, joking and interacting with the customers. Overall the entire staff at this location are wonderful.

Place is fast and full of nice people. Its right by the mall so its perfect for that mid day craving after shopping

Good but slower service. Awkward counter setup. Tends to build up crowds near the drink pickup area that end up blocking the milk and sugar bar.

Every time I have been there they are out of lemon pound cake.

I dont mind lines and I expect them at this starbucks. But I realized I order then 10 other people order after me, all of them well get their drinks before me. This happens often to me. I will never go back to starbucks after this discrimination, lost a customer for life. ...

This place horrible. One of the employees there is bringing his personal issues with my sister to work the few times shes been there.

Went in there ordered 3 drinks. Waited over 10 min for the first 2 of of 3 drinks. Then waited more than another 10 min for the 3rd drink. I ask them. They give an attitude and said. Don’t have it. Like r u kidding me. Worst Starbucks. Been there more than once. And every time gets worse. Plus they see you standing. But they don’t care to ask what ur waiting for.
