The management here is a real piece of work. They force employees to work double shifts without a rest period or meal break. They also rig their gas pumps to short the quantity. Avoid. Theres a Sunoco right around the corner that I recommend.

Great crew of people they have sad to see some go but the few still there are awesome

The older lady i think is a manager working today 8/10 at 11:45am is the rudest nastiest most miserable person ive ever encountered. We stop there every morning but we wont be anymore. She always acts like everyone is a huge inconvenience. I cant believe enough people havent complained to get her fired yet. I manage people for a living and would NEVER let one of my employees treat people the way she does. Were going to sheetz now

I always have a good experience at this location

All I can say is this is the dirtiest store I have seen in a while. The floors were super filthy and the pop machine was so gross. The staff stood in the back talking and laughing. This was around 4:00 pm. Needless to say a drink was d definite NO.

I love this store. Been using it for 95% of my gas station/convenience store needs for over 3 years now. Great service good prices and friendly staff. The coffee is great the pizza and roller items are awesome.

Probably the best gas station in niles. Competitive gas prices, snacks and energy drinks are a little high but reasonable unlike other gas stations and convenient shops in the area. I have always had a pleasant experience going here. Very friendly staff as well.

I would give this place no stars if I could... The employees are so rude for no reason. The store manager was rude to an elderly man for taking to long paying for his items. Then seemed irritated with me because I wanted her to scan my speedway card. After she scanned it she then started talking under her breath to herself. Just horrible customer service!! Try smiling sometime and making your customers feel welcome in your store..
