The staff is amazing! They went out of their way to ease my mind on the color choice for our new garage doors. They were very professional, courteous, kind. They offered a better quality product for the same price as a competitor’s inferior product. The install was quick, clean, and they even left me a scrap of material so I can color match some touch-up paint.

The tech came out in about an hour and adjusted the backstop by the light because it had been pushed back too far. They also adjusted how hard the door was coming down and lubricated everything. They also cleaned out the cover, added screws to hold it nicely, and replaced the light bulbs. Their charges are awesome, will call them again.

The cable broke on my 70 year old garage door. E-mailed Tom through this site. He e-mailed back. Set up a time, confirmed the address and approximate cost of repair. On the day he called if he could come early which was great! He and his helper fixed the door easily. Obvious they know what they are doing. Replaced the needed parts, lubricated everything. Didnt try to talk me into unwanted services. So much grateful for the help!

I was very pleased with the service and promptness of Garage Doors Niles. I called them late in the evening and they had someone come out the next morning. Their technician came to re-anchor the spring rod. He was very thorough and checked to make sure everything else was bolted correctly and worked properly. Garage Doors Niles was able to extend the life of my old garage door. A roller broke, and other garage door companies I sourced out refused or were unable to repair it. I called to explain my dilemma, and they were able to make a service call the very same day. They have some used parts in their inventory, and were able to replace the roller in short order. The service was excellent. Staff were knowledgeable and polite.

Tom was such a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt, personable, and went above and beyond to help me install a garage door opener. He is very knowledgeable and works quickly, but not because he is in a rush. You can tell he is very good at what he does and I was left feeling confident in his work. He ran into a small obstacle in installing the sensors, but he went out of his way to make another trip and finish the job the right way. After it was determined that the remote control would no longer work, I went to their office and picked up a new remote control. The technician showed me how to pair the remote control and gave me a spare battery. This company has been very helpful and prompt when we have needed service.
