This is by far the best furniture store that you can shop from! Sammy and her daughter are beyond amazing! I moved recently into a new home and had to buy furniture for the entire house! From bedrooms, to dining rooms to kitchen to living and family rooms, they listened and help me pick our furniture that matched the theme in my house I was going for. They were not only helpful but so friendly and really went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and convenient! Price was more affordable than any competitor I checked out, and the quality was top notch. I would give over 5 stars if possible. You truly won’t go wrong here!!!

I was looking for a sectional for my family room. I had gone into many stores and could not find what I wanted. Simple sectional with a chaise. I live near the store and pass it constantly. I figured I had terrible luck everywhere else - why not try this place. Immediately was asked what I was looking for. I was shown a couple options. I love that I was able to customize what I wanted at this store. I did not have to settle for a sectional that is made in one configuration and only a few colors. I believe Sammy was the original person to help me. Amal ask me questions about the room to make sure the sectional was appropriate for the space. There were so many color options and I did not feel rushed at all while deciding. The sectional was delivered today and It’s better than I remember. The color is perfect. Additionally, the delivery men were wonderful. They covered their feet when entering my house, put the sectional in place, and even asked if I had pads for under the feet to not scratch the floor. I will definitely go to furniture avenue again if I need anything. Plus it’s family owned! I love to support small businesses!

I move around a lot and have had a lot of experience with furniture buying/selling. The selection and service at Furniture Ave is undoubtedly one of the best I have had. I needed to furnish an entire apartment after living in a furnished rental, and the owner took the time to walk me through EVERYTHING from matching the lamps to the couch color, rugs, an entire bedroom set and even knowing what was available in the catalog that might work better that they could order for me. Not only this, the pricing was extremely competitive and the delivery drivers showed up ON TIME (5 minutes early) and put together everything!! My apartment went from zero to nothing in about an hour. All purchases in the photo are from Furniture Ave. I have never gotten more compliments on a rug, which I believe was the cheapest rug I have ever bought but the most beautiful. Shopping for furniture with my sister and her husband about 200 blocks from my house we found a store called Furniture Avenue II in Niles that had everything that they were looking for and I found that totally amazing. After being in three other stores that they didnt like. The selection, the prices, and the way we were treated was first class all the way! Great experience.

So I stopped by the new Furniture Avenue store in Niles on Friday to pick up an item and as I was waiting I couldnt help but overhear the customer ahead of me saying how happy she was that she found this store .Then she asked for some flyers to let people in her building know that this store just opened. She was just so very happy to see the woman that she was talking with and it certainly seemed to me that they knew each from before. I cant remember the last time I saw such a happy customer and I know I got a great deal myself!

Furniture Avenue II is a small business run by an honest and experienced family; they are AMAZING! If you can describe the style you like and let them know your budget, they will find you a match that fits both. If they dont have something in store, they will order it for you and their delivery guys are super professional. I have purchased multiple rooms of furniture from Furniture Avenue II and the quality is fantastic. Service surpassed my expectations as well - they kept me updated on my order status and were timely with delivery. I couldnt ask for a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Finally a stress-free experience shopping for furniture. We took our time looking around and we had all our questions answered and we never felt like we were being sold something. We found a sofa, two end tables,and a coffee table that we really liked and the prices were excellent. Weve been to the other Furniture Avenue store on Harlem Ave. and its much more convenient for us now thats there is another store on Milwaukee Ave. in Niles. We recently bought a house about 2 miles away and were in the process of furnishing it with mostly Coaster furniture and Ashley furniture. The prices and customer service at both stores are exceptional and we recommend without hesitation!

They were very accommodating when the couch I ordered wouldn’t fit into the stairway of my building. They managed to offer alternative products and helped me through the process. Thumbs up for both quality of product and customer service!
