I needed a huge TV repaired and Ben got it done very conveniently at a great price. One of his guys came to my house and helped me get the TV off the wall and into his truck. Ben stayed in touch with me as he diagnosed and repaired it, and his guys brought it back to my house and helped me mount it and hook it up. Everyone was super nice, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently. I highly recommend Ben’s!
His location is great for parking and drop off /pick up. Took our Panasonic 50 in plasma for repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly and asked if I wanted the repair. Ben and Cary were great. Cary(if Im spelling it correct) picked up my tvs and secured them in the van. Ben ran into a few issues with the parts suppliers but he communicated every step of the way with me. I appreciate how professional they are and will definitely be using them again. My 13 inch first generation LED flat screen TV which was mounted in a custom cabinet, became inoperable. The unit is no longer being made and no current replacement model would fit into the space. I contacted Ben who graciously agreed to see what magical repair he could perform to revive this little flat screen. Miraculously, he was able to achieve a complete success! The whole experience was so unusual in todays throw away society where electronic repairs are usually discouraged by high upfront charges before you can determine if the problem is repairable. Dealing with Ben and Arlene, who are some of the nicest persons I have ever met, was a true pleasure.

If I ever had a problem with a TV that is worth repairing, Bens TV is the only place I would consider. When my ZT60 Panasonic plasma TV (orphaned product) was damaged by a surge/outage/lightning, Ben helped me read Panasonic circuit board IDs and where to look for a replacement board. Because I did not not have to move the very heavy TV, I was able to replace the board myself. I thought Ben should have been paid for his advice and help, but he declined. That is the kind of person who deserves our business.

I have Vizio 50 TV covered by a Protection Plan through Direct TV. Bens call me to establish a picked up time at my house for repair. I was notified of a problem with parts having to be reordered. Bens kept me informed and called for delivery when repairs were complete. I am totally satisfied with their level of work, customer service, provided. I recommend Bens TV Audio Video, Inc when you are in need.
Ben was extremely helpful in solving my issue. I had a unique issue with a Vizio TV (worst purchase Ive made in a while) related to the function of the factory-provided remote. Ben understood my issue, and as it happens, he had a replacement remote in his shop. He didnt even have my information, but provided assistance and gave me the remote. Needless to say, I paid Ben for the remote, and for his service. Quite a display of customer service and trust. I will use Bens service for any future TV or audio needs.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE FOR TV REPAIR. We have been waiting for over 3 years to have a panel issue resolved in our LG TV. Lies after lies upon lies. So many excuses. This man is insanely corrupt. Years later we are given 300 dollars less than the tv was worth. Ben is finally out of our hair. Please for the love of God do not do business with him.

I noticed small image burns on my 65 LG OLED tv. I have a premium service plan through hhgregg so I contacted them about my issue. Fortunately this problem was covered by my plan & I was informed that someone from Bens Audio & Video would contact me within the next 3 days. To my surprise Ben himself contacted me within a half hour of my reporting the issue, explained to me what was necessary to complete the claim & advised me on my best options to get this problem corrected. He was very helpful & personable. Truly great customer service.

Ben is a super nice individual and very responsive. My LG TV needed the LEDs to be replaced and he ordered and replaced them in under a week and just in time for Sunday football. Would recommend and do business with again if necessary.

Great experience and saved me a lot of money. The tuner on my 10-year-old Vizio went bad. Ben searched for a part but said they are next to impossible to find anymore because the TV is a decade old. After I told him its too bad because the screen is still as sharp as when I bought it, he suggested buying a digital converter box to use as my tuner. I bought one for $40 and the box even includes a DVR! Ben saved me a lot of money! Great service! Went the extra mile for me with his suggestion, something he didnt have to do.
STAY AWAY! This is the most incompetent TV repair company that we have ever dealt with. They never return calls. Ben is always in a meeting. His one TV repairman misdiagnosed the problem with our TV that they are supposedly experts. They lie about ordering parts to fix our TV and then we never heard back. Ben, you definitely need to close up shop.

It was set up through My Protection Plan through Direct TV. I was notified of each step of the repair process with a phone call, everything from disassembly, to parts being ordered. Im 100% happy and totally satisfied with their level of work, customer service, and friendly nature. They are a great husband and wife Duo!! Will be back for all future repairs if my TVs stop working again. The whole process only took days. Now of course that will depend on what repairs are needed, but I cant say enough good things about this place!!!!Ben and Arlene keep up the good work, and thanks again for all your help!!

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS SHOP AT ANY COST.If you get assigned to this shop for warranty repair, ask the manufacturer to reassign. I had the misfortune to get assigned to Bens TV for warranty repair of my TV. All started OK with Ben evaluating the problem and promising to order repair parts. In 2 weeks the parts allegedly have not arrived. I went on a business trip for 10 days, and, upon my return, Ben promised to come perform the repair in another 3 days. That day he never called, and when I called he informed me that allegedly his truck broke down. Promised to come on Monday. On Monday he never called, when I called he promised to come in the afternoon. Never showed up and stopped answering my calls. When I called LG to complain, it turned out that Ben has NEVER ORDERED the replacement part. Ben lied to me for 4 weeks !!! I surprised that his business exists. STAY AWAY !

The level of deceit and lack of transparency is the reason anyone who thinks about using this company should go somewhere else. Even for a warranty issue authorized from someone like LG you need to ask for someone else. They seemed to have forgotten the basic tenants of customer service. I have been waiting 2+ months for my LG TV to be repaired. First it was awaiting the part. Then it took so long they had to reissue the repair authorization. Lastly, the serviceman he uses got sick and couldnt come to repair. Twice!!! Finally I had had enough. I called LG and let them know my issues and lack response. Hopefully I can get my TV finally repaired.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER- All time terrible customer service, didnt follow thru on obligation, took a month to get any answers, said theyd call back and didnt, the list goes on. They were supposed to repair my TV in my home, but went against LG policy and removed it for nearly a month. I had to call them and LG weekly to see if I could GET MY TV back. If you cant do your job, just be honest. Return the customers items in a timely fashion. Do not over-promise and under-deliver. It is bad business.
We got assigned to Bens TV through LG. After 2 months, we got assigned to another company that fixed our TV in less than a week. A lot of excuses from Ben and waste of time.
Quality folks great value and they stand behind what they sell. I have been shopping with them for several generations. I still travel several miles for great service.

Made replacing my tv a simple process
They said they would order a part for my TV (under warranty from LG) but then after a month I called LG to check status and LG told me that Bens TV notified them that I no longer needed service. Odd because my TV is still broken. Joke of a company.

They dont give you specific times for home repair and expect you to conform to their schedule. They dont adhere to customers concerns and like to argue. Read below some of these other reviews. Ive had them fix two Plasma tvs for me over the years one Fujitsu and one Panasonic ( after a comcast box blew up a HDMI input ) Ive always found Ben, his wife & son Evan to be courteous and professional.perhaps more importantly they fixed my tvs promptly & they still work today !
We wont address the fact that Ben raised his voice to my wife, my blood pressure wont be able to take that. What I will talk about is the abysmal customer service and outright lies from him and his employees. I sent in a 60 Samsung as part of an insurance deal because I had an extended warranty, so unfortunately the company sent out someone from this slime pit of a store. After being told initially that the lines across my tv were an indication of the panel going out, and verified by the tech that came out and would have in back in four days. Well on the third day I called for an update and was told by the tech that is was in fact a fried panel and that we were just waiting on the insurance company to respond. Two day later they told me the same thing and it would be another couple days. So 8 days later I call and this time I talk to Ben, who tells me that nothing is wrong and that they couldnt get a good picture of it so they kept it for a couple days (in fact 5) to see if it happens again but it didnt so hell call me tomorrow when he decides to bring it back.This dullard actually tried to tell me that the maybe the rattling in the back of the truck on the way over to his shop mightve fixed it........I am not the most intelligent person out there, but Im very sure that rattling in the back of a delivery van is not the prescribed or even possible cure for a bad LCD panel.Not sure why he has a different story from his techs, not sure why he kept if for so long if according to him and ONLY him that there was nothing wrong with it. What I do know and found out through HHGREGG is that he gets paid per day and since his shop is an hour and a half from my house that he gets paid extra for the distance.I despise this man and called and blackballed his shop with HHGREGG and advise anyone reading this to stay away from this joke of a businessman.
Sent in tv about 2 years ago, the said that they couldnt fix it and were going to send it back...well took them about a year and 1/2 and about 20 phone calls till we got an answer back on it and a tracking number now that is not the worst part when we got the tv back over 1/2 the screws holding it together were not in the tv and the wrong video bored was put in. i would not recommend going to Bens TV for anything!
