Yes I am here to look at refrigerators Okay, well have someone right over to help you . 14 minutes later... ( I know because I looked at the time) The sales person that was standing there looking on his phone finally walked over. Asked, is there anything we can help you with ? Yes, I am interested in this refrigerator. Okay, well have someone over here shortly. After standing there 19 MORE minutes. I left. Yes there were sales people. They apparently were involved in their conversations with each other .No, not all of them appeared busy. Went elsewhere. Love my new fridge.

Its always awesome when the Best Buy employees care more then Geek Squad employee does in the same store does. The Geek Squad guy acted bothered to hear one question, like your ruining his day to speak to him. My bad, spent almost $4,000 on one of their I buy power gaming computers AT THIS SAME LOCATION, and it wont even turn on anymore. Curtis and the skinny blonde guy as well as 2 to 3 other employees all brainstormed with us and actually cared and helped us find the problem and best solution.

While not my favorite local Best Buy (mainly because it is set up so different from my main store) 9 times out of 10 if the Boardman store dont have it Niles does at the cost of a 25 minute drive. At the end of the day its Best Buy and who doesnt love electronics?

The store is hit or miss as far as merchandising goes. Some areas are spot on, while others are, eh, in need of work. Pretty good supply of sale items on hand - even if theyre not on display, so if you dont see what you want, be sure to ask a sales associate, if you can find one when you need one.

We had to get a new hard drive, so we went to the one place you should be able to get assistance at. We walked in, asked an employee and he pointed to some vague area of the store and said they are over there and walked away.This is just one glowing example of how Best Buy stores are run. I dont think we have ever had a positive experience at any location.

They are no longer accepting phone calls at a store level. Which requires me to waste my gas money to drive to the store to answer a question about my computer which is out for repair. The computer isnt even in the store yet, but I still have to drive there just to say yes or no. With the price of gas this is absolutely ridiculous to expect of your customers!

Almost always a good experience here. I did not appreciate that when they were out of the all in one I wanted, they offered me the versions that were 2 times higher. I get that it may not be available but budget wise and sales wise, that is just dumb. Maybe the guy we worked with needed more training on how to close the deal and offer solutions.

Walked into the store and guy informed us that if we found anything we wanted, we would have to come back to the front for a ticket. Then and only then would an employee be assigned to come over and help. What a weird way of doing business. Looked at the laptops and selection was really weak so we left. Sadly, it doesnt seem like theres much of a reason to go to Best Buy anymore.

Knowledgeable staff that answered questions and made recommendations. Was buying an external hard drive to back up photos. One salesperson pushed for the more expensive cloud edition ($200), the other associate was more realistic with our needs and suggested the $60 version that was on sale. Glad we talked to more than one person!

I purchased an item online and the item said pickup in one hour today, when I arrived to the store the app said it would be available for pick up on Thursday. The store employee wanted me to cancel the order and make the purchase In store. This was not possible using QuadPay as the money would not be refunded immediately. The general manager Larry blamed the system and said there was nothing he could do despite the fact this item was in stock at the store. Larry’s best advice was to get a Best Buy credit card with a 29% interest rate... no thanks I will just purchase this item on Amazon and get it by Tuesday instead of making a half hour drive out to the store again on Thursday.

If you need something electronic, theres no better place and the prices are competitive. I was looking for ink and they didnt have tbe combo pack in stock, i brought up the individual ink cartridges which were more expensive individually. The staff member at the counter dis some quick looking in the system, ordered the combo pack for me and provided same day shipping and saved me money and time.

ITS OFFICIAL. BEST BUY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CANT CALL THE STORE ANYMORE. ITS ALL AUTOMATED AND WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEONE ON THE 800 NUMBER AFTER THE 15 MINUTES OF LISTENING TO OPTION NUMBERS. THEY CANT UNDERSTAND YOU OR YOU UNDERSTANDING THEM .

Employee was very helpful but we were not so happy as to how the store is run now. We were greeted at the door only because they want to direct you to what you are there to find. We needed help with an iPhone and said it would be 15-20 minutes because they cut the staff so much that we would have to wait for an associate. Jobs are supposed to be being created, not having people losing their jobs. “Credit”, I guess for the lost jobs, is going to their new CEO.

Customer service is non existent. There was a $400 product that Best Buy said they had in stock, so instead of driving to a nearby town for the same product that was available same day but further away I decided I would place an order for curbside pickup. Website said product would be ready same day and after I ordered I received and email confirming that it would be ready same day. Hours later, no email regarding order status. So I called to check that status. Was on hold for over 40 minutes, no one answered. Store closed, order not ready. Look, I understand it’s the holidays. If you’re not able to fill orders, just let people know in advance. Oh and answer your damn phone. I will not return to Best Buy.

Good choices in the sound bar area. I was pleased with what they had.But, I have never seen so many sales people in one place talking as in the phone section. Must have been ten at least talking.That did not affect the other sections at all. Each one I walked through a rep asked if I needed help.

Very slow and dont really care to assist the customer. I miss the old days of best buys when they had plenty of knowledge people waiting to help you. Also if you have a question and try to call your normally on the phone an hour if youre lucky enough for some to answer. During covid they should put more emphasis on phone assistance rather than not helping over the phone and forcing someone to come in during a global pandemic. Needless to say I only shop here if I absolutely have too..... Its definitely not what it used to be.

Gave them my laptop for repairs. I was told itll be 4 to 6 weeks and that theyll notify me on any updates. Here it is, 5/10/2021 and I walked in to check on my order since the store wont talk on the phone. Seems my laptop got junked and they gave me a gift card to buy a new one instead. The big problem is that its been 5 weeks since Ive left my laptop with them, and I was given not one single notification that my laptop couldnt be repaired and now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks for another one. Thanks for that, bestbuy. So professional.

Bought the new playstation 3 .1,400$.said it was better to get from them shipped to store because other shippers damage so many products when it came in it was so damaged. Box has a large hole plus the hole from forklift in it. Took it out to see if it worked.They got it working & when I took it home out of box it was not .Took it back to find out I have to contact manufacture no return at best buy .Games r backed up amonth so cant get a new one till then .Alot of money to find out u cant return there .They need to tell customers that !!!

The staff here is usually pretty knowledgeable and this visit was no exception. I was there picking up a new mouse and was a little surprised at how limited the selection was. There were a lot of empty shelves, but its the holiday shopping season so it was no surprise. I feel they did a good job spacing out the waiting line checkout area for social distancing and I was pleasantly surprised that the store wasnt packed full of shoppers.

I have been coming to Best Buy for my smart phones for 8 years, and while I have not always had a great experience, today I had an employee genuinely go out of his way to help me with my phone problem. Zach of the Niles location was extremely helpful and made sure that I got what I wanted out of a mix-up that genuinely otherwise would have left me less willing to continue being a Best Buy costumer. Because of his help, I will be taking my business to this location from now on. The rest of the staff also was very kind and helpful, though I did not interact with them as much.

Absolute worst management youll ever experience. Went in 20 minutes before closing to buy a specific phone. Made the mistake of trying to call here after my Aunt bought her TV here today. I was helping her set it up and realized we needed an AV adapter because new TVs dont have that option anymore. What a joke, and I left the same review about the Boardman store a few months back but forgot how poorly this company operates. I understand that nobody wants to actually speak to customers who spend $700 on a TV but there needs to be a law where somebody has to eventually answer the phone. This is not a call center and the entire county of Trumbull is not calling all at once. Somebody has to answer after 45 minutes. Dont blame Covid either. I told my Aunt I had an extra one so will bring it over rather than go there for her and give these ****s MY money...I am trying to convince her to return the TV but she wont... I stopped shopping here long ago because I dont need a blender or a crock pot, but jeez, dont EVER call them! They dont want to hear you!

Maybe its the Rona, maybe its just death by internet but this store has really gone downhill. Went in looking for a graphics card and options were really scarce. I wanted a cheaper card for my sons desktop but anything below $300 was cleared out. In fact it seemed most of the store was in need of a good restocking. There was only one employee working Electronics which was a far cry from back in the day getting asked if you needed help every two minutes. The Nintendo Switch game selection was good and ended up walking out with the new Paper Mario.

I had an appointment for 12.40 when I arrived there were 4 people in front of me waiting, 5 guys behind the counter standing around chatting with each other finally at 130 almost an hour I had to ask what the heck are you guys doing there are still 4 people in front of me and we were all still waiting for service ! I expressed my dissatisfaction in kind of a loud way and low and behold everyone got waited on, they never did get my phone issue fixed, I left unsatisfied. Not sure who the manager is but if he/she runs a business like this he/she would NOT be employed by me !!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

0 stars for the Niles Ohio Best Buy!!! I tried to call for a price on a car radio. 1st of all when you call you cant talk to a human. I spent over 30 mins on the phone trying to talk to any human in the store. It felt like because im not a best buy member. Because when i called they asked if i was a member and to enter my phone number. It was so disrespectful. I was on the phone for over 30 mins & they didnt ever answer or try to call back!!! THE WORST
