I am so pleased with the personnel in this store. I had two ladies who helped me choose just the right paint, additional supplies, I didn’t realize I needed (but did), and great painting tips. They’re the best!

During the Covid-19 pandemic, my husband and I have spent a lot of time updating and working on our home. We bought Behr Cabinet and Trim paint from Home Depot after speaking with the paint specialist. We cleaned the cabinet, sanded, and primed before painting (white). After MANY coats the wood was still bleeding through. I called Sherwin-Williams and spoke with an associate, Charles, and explained my issue. He told me, since our store is closed, and I cant physically see the cabinets I will give you my best recommendation. He explained the products thoroughly and the steps needed in order to get the best results. After speaking with my husband we decided it was worth the money and a try. IT WORKED!! The white cabinets came out GREAT!! And I truly cant thank Charles enough for his patients, knowledge, and expertise. We will definitely be back. The quality of paint is like no other and the customer service was by far one of the best experiences Ive had.
