I went here for an estimate for my vehicle due to a couple scratches and a small dent. When the guy came out to look at my vehicle he ignored me when I asked him a question. He spent about 30 seconds looking at my car and then went back inside without saying a word to us. We went in and we were quoted $1500 for a few scratches on the passenger side door. When I looked at the paperwork they wrote I needed a new bumper. Clearly they were trying to get more money out of me because my bumper wasnt touched and this was a new car. The guy didnt and wouldnt even take the time to answer any of my questions. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate. I found a mechanic to do it for less than half of what he wanted to charge me. Dont go here.

I had some extensive work needed on my Honda Civic. Body damage all around. I decided to have just the majors taken care of. This included front right fender replacement, rocker panel repair and right rear quarter panel rust correction. As well as fresh paint. Unfortunately the first run at paint did not match up and stuck out. However they committed to correcting the issue and they not only nailed it but did it in record time. I know from experience that this cost them money to do so, but they stood behind their work. Thanks so much for turning an ugly duckling into a presentable vehicle. Truly appreciate your efforts.

Gary and his team are awesome! I had a Saab Door that was damaged in shipment from a parts supplier. The team repaired and repainted my door, which required a unique Espresso Black paint. They did an outstanding job and the door looks great! They also did it at a very fair price. I was also VERY surprised at how quickly the job was done. It felt like I had just dropped the door off when I got the call that the door was ready. I recommend them wholeheartedly - great people that are a pleasure to work with, doing an outstanding job! I will definitely be coming back if I need future body work. Thank you!

Really good quality work.Ill try yo keep this review short!Someone ran into the driver side of my car leaving a dent on the fender that caused the driver side door not to open.On the day that I was there for JUST an estimate one of the guys that works there pulled the fender out of the way of the door. He hadnt been told to do it, and it wasnt still for sure that I would have them work on my car, but he did it, just being nice . Then, later on the week I dropped off my car for they to work on the dent. You cannot even tell that my car had been hit. Really good experience working with them. Very friendly and polite people. Also they have been in business for more than 40 years. They got all the experience to get the job done right!!!!

The repair work was so good its as if the bumper was made new

I called Friday to make a Saturday appointment (because theyre only available by apt on Saturdays and closed on Sundays), and I was assured someone would be there to give me an estimate between 10:00-2:00. So I arrived at 1:30 and spoke to a mechanic who said he was new and unable to give estimates and that the guy who was able to just left town. This customer is going to find a more dependable mechanic.

Very polite, professional and easy to deal with.They replaced the entire tailgate on our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Touring LS with genuine Chrysler factory parts. The work was flawless, the paint match perfect, and completed ahead of schedule.They charged almost $600.00 less than the insurance estimate. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would never go anywhere else!

I took my car into their shop today because my door wouldnt open properly and kept pushing into my quarter panel. Both workers that worked on my car were professional, efficient, and honest. It didnt take long (5-10 min.) I offered to pay them and they said it was no charge!

I called to get a quote for what I wanted done on my vehicle, they asked for my vin number and said they would give me a quick call back for a quote on what I was asking ... I waited for 2 hours before taking my business else where .. the one star is for the compassion that they had for me and the overall customer service I patiently waited for when I was in need

Great work. Fast yet high quality. I looked at one of the chain store body shops first. After going to Bill Kitchens was the eady choice. They found more but thats because they actually took the time to get it right. This is a big plus if you go through insurance.

These guys are ARTISTS. I still cannot believe how perfect of a job they did on my jeep which is my pride and joy.I cannot tell where the damage was and the paint matching is absolutely perfect.Wow!

Unbelievable customer service, some jackwagon backed up into the side of my wifes car while I was at work, I was driving her car because she was out of town.I told them my situation they told me to bring the car in right now.He was able to remove the scratches by sanding and buffing, only took him 20 minutes and they didnt even charge me.wow.
