Wayne is your guy! He has helped me get my dream truck and did all the thinking on how to make it possible and benefit me in the meantime. I found my truck on their website so I went in to drive it. It was still in “transit” so they didn’t have it on the lot. He walked around to make sure and found it being prepped in the back. Wayne drove it around front so my son and I could drive it. I drove it and told him that it was the truck I wanted and explained the awesome situation I was in. He calculated everything and got me approved in minutes. I go back Monday to finalize the paperwork and drive away with my dream truck! He even referred me to a transport company which was phenomenal service and got my other car here safely. I have been purchasing vehicles for nearly 50 years. I am quite familiar with undo pressure, sales tactics and double teaming. This purchase was the FIRST time I have never incurred any of those! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and open during the entire process. They not only allowed me to go at my own pace during the visit, they also gave me the time to conduct my own research, away from there, to insure this was the right vehicle for my family. Weve never had any trouble with purchasing a car here. Bought our last 4 and everything was great. Unfortunately since we bought our last van (2020 and brand new) weve had nothing but trouble with the service department. The first time we took it in for service they took forever and even left one of their tools in the van. The second time for an oil change I was left with oily handprints all over the outside. My final straw is calling to get my vehicle in for transmission issues. Sadly at barely a year of ownership it is not shifting cleanly. I was told it would be 16 days before they could even look at it. Called a different service department at another dealership, and the appointment was made for the following week. Because of this it is highly unlikely I will purchase my next car at Kahlo.

Went in to schedule maintenance on my jeep and test drive a newer model with intentions to purchase next year. I met and worked with Nathan Armstrong and felt like I was working with family. No deals. The price was the price. Never asked about down payment or length of loan. I was left alone several times while the salesperson sought information or answers. It seems most people buy their cars online and show rooms are passe. My post isnt a negative post about this sales person or dealer. It is more about me not expecting the world of car sales to have changed this much.

Went to Kahlo dealership to purchase my lease buyout vehicle. They didn’t charge me or sold extra stuff which is not needed. Great finance team n explained the transfer process n helped me with all the paper work. Everything was done in less than 30mins.

Worst dealership around. Took our van in with Transmission and radio issues. Was lied to and was told they drive our van several miles and could not find a transmission issue. Was told the computer was reset and everything was fine and we had plenty of time before work had to be done due to the 100,000 mile warranty. Well guess what, there’s only a 60,000 warranty and 4,000 over warranty the transmission has to be fixed. Both times we’ve taken the van we were lied to. PLEASE take you vehicles ANYWHERE else but this place. SIMPLY HORRIBLE.

We purchased a new Grand Cherokee. Our experience was outstanding! Keith was our salesman and was hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We were very happy with the service we received at Kahlo and will for sure be return customers!

I took my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country in for extended warranty work. 10 days Kahlo had my vehicle arguing about cost with the warranty company. The warranty had a $200 deductible. Ron, the service rep at Kahlo said he was struggling with the warranty company to get them to pay for the repairs. When I got involved I found the warranty company to be helpful and transparent and it was Ron who was vague giving no details and had to have information extracted. In a three way call that Ron denied happened, the warranty company agreed to pay all repairs and agreed to pay Kahlo’s asking price. The labor cost was different and the warranty company explained it to me as well they emailed me a break down of the cost but assured me that Kahlo agreed with the price. After 10 days the car was ready almost immediately. Went in to pick up my vehicle and was charged $415. Ron said I had to pay for the additional labor out of my pocket. So the warranty company paid more, I paid much more and Kahlo inflated my deductible get Max profit. Poor communication, shady service rep and no care for anything but their bottom line. No honor or respect for anyone but themselves.

TERRIBLE experience here. I took my car in for the first time for some small things wrong with it. I left with a completely scratched up touch screen that was PERFECTLY fine when I took it in since I only had my car for 3 weeks. They could of cared less that they messed up my touch screen and no one would own up to it. Don’t EVER take your car here. Awful customer service and awful service overall!

Buying my Jeep was not an issue. However every time I go in for service WITH an appointment I wait for a very long time. I came in for my 9am appointment yesterday and no one even looked at my vehicle until late afternoon. Today I was on hold for ten minutes before hanging up, just trying to find out if it’s ready for me to pick up yet.

Nice dealership with great inventory. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I rated 3 stars because often trade-in is a big part of the car buying process. I had offers from 3 other dealerships that ranged from $4-6k higher than what they offered for my trade. I did buy from here, but sold my trade-in elsewhere.

The industry has a shortage of trucks available for purchase and after a long search, I found the perfect vehicle with Kahlo. The internet sales manager was able to quickly confirm the availability and set up a test drive same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by freindly staff and directed to speak with Wayne Phipps to review the vehicle. It was ready to test drive and a quick discussion followed. I am a busy person and this was a no-nonsense negotiation involving a trade in and financing options. After a discussion with my spouse that evening we decided to move forward with the purchase and utilized a combination of online credit application, email and text to start the process before heading out of town for work. Wayne set up everything and gave some options for coatings that were agreed and applied before our scheduled pick up and signing that weekend. The process was smooth, complete and painless. We will definitely consider Kahlo for our next vehicles and refer family and freinds to Wayne.

The most horrible service experience Ive ever had, and Ive been getting vehicles serviced for 25 years. Deplorable communication from service staff. Vehicle was kept 2 days beyond promised completion date with no attempts to contact me with an update, then some of the requested work wasnt completed. Service advisor didnt even bother to contact me to explain why, I had to ask the cashier as I paid my bill if the requested work had been done and get routed back to the advisor for an explanation. He said he was hoping I would call. My phone is working and it DOES accept phone calls...This was my first, and last, Kahlo experience. I will find another place to get my recently-purchased Jeep serviced, which is unfortunate since this dealership is in a very convenient location.

Ive bought my last 6 vehicles from Kahlo, the sales staff have always been easy to work with.

Ron Spears and the guys in service are awesome. I took them my work truck after another shop had it for over 2 weeks and couldnt diagnose an electrical issue. They had it back to me within 4 days and that includes Saturday and Sunday.. the day after I got it the electrical issue returned. He immediately got me back in and within 48 hours, im back in my work truck. I do not blame them for having the issue return as it was a phantom type issue. Im just glad i found a service center that understood time was of the essence and did quality work. Thanks guys!

I felt welcomed when I drove on the lot looking for a vehicle. Everyone there treats you like family, it was the best experience I have ever had.

Car is currently in service here. It is hard to get ahold of anyone and the don’t return your phone calls. When they finally did answer he proceeded to tell me my vehicle was being worked on right along with two other vehicles by the same technician. I am upset because I was told my car would be ready on two separate occasions. And now I don’t have a way to class tomorrow because of this. Only reason they get a one star is because there is no zero. Communication is key.

Dropped off my Jeep for service last night to be serviced today. I called several times this afternoon and was hung up on twice, sent to voicemail 3 times, and when I finally got someone was told I should hear something tomorrow because he didn’t know what was going on. All I can say is this service department’s communication is garbage! If your keeping a vehicle for more than 1 day to even look at tell your customer so they can figure out what to do for a vehicle. Very disappointed.

Took my truck in today 5/18/21 to get my front passenger door adjusted for wind noise they did an update on my radio and told me my truck was done. What does a radio update have to do with wind noise? Dont think they know what they are doing.

I went into this dealer to trade in my leased Jeep and lease a new one. Me and my bf looked around outside, and then went in. We waited for over 20 mins and no one acknowledged us. I went to this dealer even though its an hour away bc Id heard good things. After we left I called to let them know what happened, that several employees walked right past us, and never asked if we needed help. The woman offered me to come back, and shed make sure we got assistance. I declined. Def not recommended.

Horrible Service! They will rob you. I took my Pacifica that I bought from them when I heard there was a clunking sound when I drove on the highway. I asked them if it could be the transmission oil change (that btw they never told me I needed at a 100,000 miles, even though I go in for oil change here all the time). The service advisor that pulled my car in said yes I think that’s it without doing any diagnostic. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes with full certainty.I made the appointment for 10am and they said it would be a couple of hours before I could take the car. I call at 12:30pm to find out they haven’t even taken my car in and are now saying 3pm!! Why did you make an appointment when you are going to take 5 hours to do the work of 1.5 hours??When I went to get my car at 3, Ron (HORRIBLE SERVICE ADVISOR) said there is a oil filter adapter housing that leaking oil and it would cost me another $700 to fix. Never has that gone wrong, I wasn’t told about it when I had an oil change before and all of a sudden I bring it to your shop and something else breaks down?? Classic robbing situation...On top of that Ron was answering my queries as if I had to beg for them to be answered like I was asking a busy celebrity. If you found a problem (which you caused), have the decency to show where it is and answer questions that I have about them.And I have tried to reach out to the service manager, no one seems to be returning any calls. NO ONE REALLY CARES HERE AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR TOO AT SERVICE!!!

As a recently retired military member with stage 4 cancer, I thought I got a good deal on a certified preowned Challenger. The dealership provided me a clean carfax and told me there were no prior accidents. I went to trade the vehicle and found out from two different places the vehicle had a prior accident claim. I called the dealership and got the run around. I hope they will make it right, but with todays customer service, I doubt it.As you can see with the canned response below, no care. Wont be going back to this dealership.

It was a rainy Saturday afternoon when I visited the dealership with my family looking to purchase a truck to replace a lease I had expiring. We drove through the lot looking at 2019 RAM 1500s and stopped to check a couple window stickers. Nick greeted us and asked if there was anything he could do. We filled him in on what were were looking at and he quickly pulled a truck up for us to test drive. After the drive we asked Nick a few more questions and he pulled around another truck for us to review. He was very quick and personable without any pushy comments to purchase anything. We discussed the pricing, some options, some add on accessories I was thinking of adding and Nick quickly mentioned I could get all those options in a different model that had deeper discounts. Again Nick pulled a truck up for us to review. We decided we liked the last truck the most and proceeded with the purchase. From the start of filling out the finance application to signing the papers it wasnt more than 45 minutes. Nick gave us a thorough overview of our new truck, paired my phone with it and setup the U Connect subscriptions quickly. The entire process and team at Kahlo did an amazing job and made it a very pleasant process. I would recommend visiting Kahlo and working with Nick.

Well let me start by saying totally unprofessional.I took my car in for a simple alternator recall.My appointment was set for 1pm, they didnt finish the car till mid morning on the next day.They did Uber me home when I brought the car in, but left me hanging high and dry to get to work the next day. But after voicing my issues with them, I finally got them to give me a loaner so I could get to work the next day. But I did have to pay for an Uber to the dealership the following morning . And when they called me mid morning to tell me the car was ready, I asked why it took so long to do a simple alternator swap. I was told that it was very difficult to do in that specific car.But I did a alternator on the same year and same model and it took me 30 minutes to take off and 30 minutes to put back on. Hence it took them several hours to do. When I picked up my car, not one person there talked to me nor apologized for the very horrible handling of the repair job. Needless to say I will never ever return to the dealership for anything in the future. And I will definitely let others know that they should not ever visit that particular dealership.My rant and review is over, hopefully this helps others from making a grave mistake.I have included a picture of how easy and accessible the alternator is to get to.
