This has got to be one the best oil change experiences Ive had. My oil change took under 30mins when calling ahead. They did not try to sale or push anything extra, and on top of that they provided a few extras - comfy chairs, free wifi and coffee. All nice and I will go back.

Custom Works is a block away. Wanted to try somewhere new since I had a rough experience with Honda Dealerships in the area. And... Im glad I did. The experience was fantastic. Everyone in the shop was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Was in and out less then the quoted time. Moving forward I will be bringing my car here for future services.

I rarely take the time to provide reviews either good or bad. Having said that when I experience something remarkable it deserves the time. I recently had work done on my sons truck at Custom Works. My technician’s name was Jake. I felt that he did a great job and made me feel my job was infinitely important and my satisfaction was paramount. The entire crew there from Kyle in the front to Jake in the back bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy and that the job was done right. I really appreciate the experience and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change earlier this year that was redeemed in June. After finding that the information center on my vehicle hadn’t been updated and that no sticker was placed on my windshield letting me know when my next oil change would be due, I began to worry. I contacted Custom Works to see if they would update the information and spoke with someone who told me that they had forgotten to update my information center and to bring the car back. Due to a medical emergency I was unable to get my car back there for a couple of months and by this time my car was screaming at me that my oil life was at 0%. I was finally able to get my car back to Custom Works where I had the pleasure of meeting Jake and Austin. Jake is the manager and after explaining the issue he didn’t blink or bat an eye, he just went to work. While Jake was apologizing profusely for the oversight, Austin was looking up the information about my car. They told me how many more miles I had left before I would need an oil change, but Jake knew that I needed peace of mind. He asked Austin if they had the parts in stock to do another oil change. Before Austin could get the word, “yes,” out of his mouth, Jake was asking me if I had time right then for a new oil change. I was just floored. I told him that I did and before I knew it, they were waiting for me to hand over my keys. I explained to Jake that I wasn’t quite sure how to check my oil and some other things and he told me that he loved educating the consumer about proper car maintenance. When it was all said and done, I felt like family. I was shown patience, respect, kindness, and above all, integrity. I left with a smile on my face, a full synthetic oil change, my car’s information center updated, a sticker on my windshield, and a relationship with Custom Works that will last for the life of my car.

All in all, a very good place with good value and service but MAKE SURE YOU CALL IN ADVANCE TO MAKE RESERVATION! THE EMAIL MAY NOT WORK!The people are great, the service is great with good value, but... For some reason they just didnt open this Saturday, when I sent them an email the evening before. The manager told me that they didnt get it because it belongs to another system or whatever so they have nothing on their schedule and they just closed... A wonderful shop but DO CONFIRM SCHEDULE and dont take it for granted that they open on Saturdays!

Custom works is the BEST AUTO SHOP IN THE AREA! The guys here are very nice to me & also the prices are very reasonable. It’s hard to find a mechanic that won’t lie and break stuff on your car on purpose ( especially if your a female). They always get my car done on time and have always done a good job! Great service! I got a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $35 when I used a Groupon they were offering. Very professional staff. The waiting room had complimentary drinks and plenty of comfortable seating. The wait was very reasonable.

I brought my jeep (which is the love of my life) in for an alignment after replacing my tie rod and drag link. I tried out a new parts store and had a lot of trouble getting all of the parts I needed. I actually missed a part unknowingly. Thankfully these guys are awesome and caught my mistake. They called around had the part delivered and installed for me. In addition to saving me from a potentially horrible accident they fixed my radio that has never worked correctly, and they installed headlights which I severely needed.I am so grateful to have found Custom Works. These guys go above and beyond. Their customer service is outstanding and their work is impeccable. This is the only shop I will ever entrust my jeep to.

I called them at 3 and asked if there was any chance I could come in and get it done before they closed and they squeezed me in and treated me just as well as the customers there buying much more expensive services. I am usually not one to leave a negative comment to companies. However when I had my car towed to custom works after they told me they had availability to get it in and fix it, which we were pretty sure it was a seized engine.. it took me calling them everyday for over a week to find out the issue. They called me approximately 2 weeks later and gave me an estimate, I agreed to it and paid almost 75% down for them to order the part, the part that was supposed to be in TWO weeks ago today.. so I called them to ask if it was in, and they told me another week!! Also let me point out the fact that I HAVE HAD to call them!! I find this to be horrible business practice and a month later and I still have no car..please also note that on Friday I called the shop to further discuss our repairs, only to find out that the motor had never been ordered, your company would provide me with no shipping information on the motor, my vehicle had been in your shop for 6 weeks, I paid on January 12th only to find out 2/2/18 that the motor had never been ordered, they also told me the timing chains had been looked at and never were.. when I called the shop on Friday i asked to speak with dale, the owner and I was told he was unavailable and Kyle got on the phone and was very unprofessional, they ended up refunding my money and I had to find another shop to have my car towed too.. another $100 out of our already expensive car problems.. they also told me my engine was coming from Florida and then someone else told me California??

The service was quick, the waiting area was comfortable, the staff was awesome, and the price was very very affordable. Cheapest full synthetic oil change I’ve ever received for my SUV. I needed a remote starter installed and something they said should be very simple and should take a day to complete took over 12 days (dropped off on 1/2 and picked up on 1/12) with no result aside from having to take my vehicle to another place. I ALWAYS had to call them for the status of my car to always get different information. In the attempt to install the remote starter they did something and couldn’t turn my car back on, they had to have my car towed to a Chevy dealership to fix what they broke and get my car to start again. They were unable to install the remote starter and didn’t care that they wasted my time.****Do NOT waste your time with this place!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL and truly waste of your time!!!***

I originally had a 5 star review on Groupon but after 2 days of driving my car after my alignment and rotate, my car is SEVERELY swerving to the right. I am not happy at all. Before, my car had a swerve that was not too noticeable. Now, it is a pain to drive. I DO NOT recommend!

Not only did Custom Works have the tool needed they squeezed me in right away. Though my repair was just a quick and easy fix, they took the time to do so even though they were full. All other shops in Noblesville wouldnt get me in till the following week. I needed this fixed so I could drive an hour to work the next day. Thanks Custom Works!

I’m really unhappy. I went here to get my car “detailed” because I just had a baby and don’t have the time to do it myself. Now I’m at the store getting what I need to finish the job I paid for. Horrible attention to detail but not even that...there is still a ton of dirt and rocks even in my drivers flooboard and in the hatch back. Paid extra to have the seats and carpets shampooed and they look the same. Worse actually Bc the passenger seat has some soap residue or some white film on it. The door jams are dirty, my cup holders weren’t touched, the fabric around my shift is still dirty, and steering wheel is dirty, my middle vents are dirty, the e brake is dirty. It’s lile they went over it with a vacuum and called it a day. I could have done that myself for nothing. I paid for cleaning and detailing. And now I’m having u do it myself anyway. Will never be back and I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever written. Save your money or go somewhere else!

The guys at Custom Works Noblesville are awesome! The after market remote start in my daughters 2013 Chevy Cruz just quit working about a month ago. I called Custom Works and they said they could do a diagnostic check on it for $40. Now, keep in mind they dont even sell or install this particular make of remote start. They checked it out and discovered it had lost its programming. They contacted the manufacturer, figured out the problem, and reprogrammed it. Total cost: $20. And the remote start is now up and running. Thanks a million Kyle!

Giving a 1 because 0 not an option. Called for a remote starter in what I knew would be a difficult fit. Was assured job could be completed. 2nd trip on a 40 mile drive one way and again they need another part. Should have known what was needed the first trip. Waste of time and individual at the counter and who called both times telling me they needed another part acted like he couldnt care less for my business. He got his wish.

Great experience! First time ever having work done here. Bought Groupons for full synthetic oil changes for our Audi and Honda at a great price, and even sheduled the service for the next day. Staff was great, and extremely efficient in completing the work. Definitely a go to place if you have a speciality or foreign car that many places wont even work on.

Had a Groupon for interior detail with them($51) and when I called to make the appointment they said the detail does not include two items:1) they dont clean pet hair.2) they dont use liquids to clean the carpets or seats.So really the only thing you are getting is they vacuum out your car!!! What kind of detail is this?!?!? Why dont they call it A vacuum instead?!?!?After telling them i was suprised a detail didnt include a re-conditioning of the leather seats they said that it was listed on their website as a basic detail(i checked and it was not). I also looked at the fine print on the groupon and it also didnt have these exceptions. They told me conditioning the seats would be an extra $39. I grudgingly said fine.I drop the car off and when I pick it up I check it out before i go in to pay for the extra $39. The seats were not even touched. There were some milk splatters on the seats from the kids...they didnt even use a wet rag to wipe them down! I went inside and told them i would like to pick up my car and the dude says the total is $104 and i only owed $53 since i already paid $51 to groupon. I told him the seats werent conditioned and he said he knew they were because the guys were talking about my car all day as the one that gets the leather cleaned. We walked out to look at the car and he saw the milk stains and apologized. We went back in and he said my total now after taking off the $39 charge would be only $2. I asked him what that was for and he said cleaning supplies. So apparently the groupon doesnt cover cleaning supplies(again, this is not in the fine print).So i take my car home and there is a very strong chemical smell in my car. I could not put the windows down to air out the car because it was raining that day. They next day i had to drive a friend up to chicago and the fumes were just overwhelming. We adjusted the ventilation to move as much air thru the cabin as possible. The next day i woke up with asthma that i hadnt had hit me in over 10 years...and i blame the fumes on this. When im not in the car and its not gonna rain the windows are down to keep airing out the fumes(its been 3 days since the detail)...i hope the fumes go away soon.My normal shop which details the car charges $124, i get the car in such spotless condition it feels like a brand new car and there is no nasty smell at all...it smells like nothing which is what a good detail should be.So now im stuck with making an appointment with my normal shop and getting a detail and seeing if they can reduce the cost for me a bit if i tell them to skip the vacuum step.Just a terrible experience overall. :(

Im giving them a 3 on customer service and price .Austin is great at communicating with me on my brake job, however my car is making worst scrapping sound and smells burnt, I had 4 pads 2 calipers and a rotor replaced, and the car feels worst, my wife was terrified on driving the car with my child . I had to have it towed to the house from her work . Austin text me and said the owner dale want to se the car tomorrow, thus would be the 3rd day my car is goin to be in there . I hope they resolve the issue and aint gotta get back in here and leave a shirty review cus i like them and been looking for a place to service my company trucks .

I have to admit that Im actually decently disappointed with my interior detailing. Let me start with saying Im a professional cleaner, so its easy for me to see the details. I have taken before/after pics to show the results. Now, let me say they did give me a free ozone (~ $100) when I came in because I am due with a baby within the next 4 weeks. Thats the whole reason I was there getting my car detailed. That brings my review up one star. The guy who took my order down for the day was fantastic. I will also mention, I got an SUV Groupon deal, I paid $80 for a $175 servicing. Then, I had an additional $40 charge for dog hair, and $40 for the shampooing. I paid $160 total including my Groupon, it would have been $250 without my Groupon. Here are the bad parts... I spent 3 hours cleaning my car the night before, getting into everything that I could, wiping down all surfaces, removing as much dog hair as I could. There was nothing left in my car but some wipes, and my insurance and registration. First thing upon getting my car back, I lift up my back seats to see that all the dog hair and ground in candy/ whatever (that I vacuumed the hell out of already) are still there, completely untouched. Im not sure they did anything to my trunk (so why did I pay for an SUV price instead of a car price). I have carpet covers still on my car, which I went around and lifted up and vacuumed under, those were all taken off and put in my trunk, uncleaned (AND ONE OF THEM IS MISSING). That left my underneath carpet, which was actually pretty pristinely cleaned to begin with... The edges were all that needed detailed there, and Id have to call that part a crappy job too. I wiped out all my cubbies and those were left as I had done them. The windows werent cleaned very well whatsoever. There was still drool from my mastiff on our head rests, and hair gobs in my seat belt clicker holes. However, they did a really good job getting around my center console and under it, it was the worst part of my car (aside from under my other childs seat), and they did get under my front seats as well. But, in the end, I still feel like I will have to clean my car more for my baby to come home in it. I dont believe that was worth what would have been $250 without my coupon. Dont get me wrong, the customer service was fantastic, the place smelled SO GOOD, and I appreciate the free ozone so, SO much, but I dont believe I would do that again. I should have just did it myself, maybe Im too picky especially when it comes to my newborns first environment outside of the hospital.

I took my Jeep in with no issues other than my back brakes showing signs of grinding. I found a good deal on ceramic brake pads and took it in to have it done. They squeezed me in for a Saturday appointment. They had a contracted employee come in to do my brake job. They broke several lugs, and then couldnt replace them because they said they were custom. I thought they were a custom shop? They also forgot to put a pad in my front brakes. Then they lost a screw to hold my center cap on. What should have been a standard brake job took 7 hours. I left knowing that they had ordered and would have to replace a few lugs. They didnt screen the other lugs on tight and I almost lost my wheel on my way to work. My Jeep was shimmying so bad that i was scared to drive it. I called them and they towed it to the shop to find stems were breaking on the wheel. They replaced all of the lugs and the bad stems. I took the Jeep back, however then there was a squeak coming from the wheel every time the tire rotated. I took it back again and they told me that there was mud and debris causing the issue. Whenever I would brake, it would go away. When I drove between 20 and 40 mph, it is really noticeable. They pressure washed the wheel and said it was the best they could do. Kyle never drove my Jeep and he was going thr final repair. Before he even had my wheel off, he speculated that the brake pad needed to be replaced under warranty. Then when he got my wheel off, he speculated that it was from debris, even though it was doing it ever since the tire issue. At no point did he drive the Jeep to hear the issue, They didnt even drive it after the brakes were done. He said they drove it around the building 3 times. I was in the lobby and never saw my Jeep go around the building once, except to park it. He wanted to throw his credentials in my face, rather than fix the issue. I told him I was going to take it to another place to have a second opinion done. After I left, he told one of his guys to call me and tell mr to make sure the other business calls him first before they look at my Jeep. Sounds like he wants to be in their ear with his lies. I would think twice, regardless how great of a deal you think youre getting.
