First time at this place and it was a great experience. I Had flex pipe issues on my exhaust and they fixed it the same day with a great price. Definitely going back if I have any other issues with my car.

Just had my vehicle inspected there and they sent me a link via text with videos and pictures like I was right there with them while they did the inspection. Great service, amazing prices, and a very friendly staff made for an all around great experience. I highly recommend them and will see them in the near future for service.

Meineke installed a leveling kit on my truck. It took 5 hours longer than they estimated. They did honor the price quoted. Started having issues shortly after, took it back and they assured me everything was fine. Took the truck to a dealer for warranty work and they told me all my issues were from Meineke’s installation. They said they’d charge me to repair what they didn’t do correctly. Now I’m pay twice as much for a dealer to do it correctly. Inexcusable. Never again.

First and Last time at Meineke.I took my car in for break work but then decided not to proceed because it costs too much to replace everything that was needed. They charged me inspection fee $59.99 plus tax which was the first time any auto repair shop had ever charged if you decide not to use them for service.Toyota dealership charging me $600 for the same service they quoted me for $1300 plus. No doubt why this shop is below 3.6 star rating.

They are very knowledgeable about car function. I don’t trust many people under the hood of my car. Especially being a woman, they will try to get over on you. However at this Meineke, I truly believe it’s about what my car needs, bottom line, no gimmicks. Prices sometimes seem high but after looking around they are compatible or better considering their knowledge seems to surpass even the dealerships.

I thought I was getting a great deal on an oil change but 4k miles after my oil change my light came on telling me I need to add oil. My vehicle is not leaking oil and the manufacturer recommends an oil change every 10k miles (which is historically what I have always done without issue) so I feel confident the oil that was used was not great quality.

I had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment and worked with Mike. They were on time, and Mike did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. He was actually 100% honest and shared I could get my repair done through a dealership for free (My car warranty would cover the repair.)! I’m very appreciative and will go back to work with Mike again.

Just needed my problem diagnosed, which the guys were thorough about. Wish they wouldnt have used it as an opportunity to sell me more services. I shouldve been more clear that Im plan on doing the actual repair myself. Still learning that part. Would be a good value if I did have them do the work, though.

I took my car in to get the brakes fixed. It was leaking brake fluid from rear wheel and had lost nearly all braking ability. I know a little about cars, and I assumed it was a bad wheel cylinder. I left my car with them overnight and called the next day for the repair estimate. They had included some completely unrelated repairs that I didn’t really need. (See photos) The estimate was for over $1,600.00! (Verbally) I informed them to just give me the brake repair estimate…$1,048.00! I respectfully declined the suggested repairs, and took it to a repair shop on N 9th St. in Noblesville. They looked at it, fixed it in an hour and only charged me $179.07. (Thanks Jamie) And they were just as perplexed as I was about what Meineke wanted to do and charge.My experience=DO NOT GO TO MEINEKE IN NOBLESVILLE. But if you do, get a second opinion! It might save you $1000.00.

I had an appointment for 10:30, but they didn’t take my car until 11:00. Not that bad, but hadn’t warned me it might be a few minutes before they could start working on it. Did a standard oil change and tire rotation (I used a Groupon). When it was finished and I asked what they found after checking over the car, he simply said that he sent the report to my phone, and apparently couldn’t be bothered to go over it with me. Two observations here: one, he didn’t try to pressure me for additional work, but (two), he could’ve taken the time to let me know I needed a new air filter and cabin filter.

I had an appointment for an oil change mid-morning. They were running behind and I ended up waiting close to 1.5 hours for the service to be completed. During the inspection process, it was found that I needed work done on my front axle shaft. What was estimated to be a 1-2 hour fix/process turned into 6 hours. A lot of problems with getting the correct parts in a timely manner from the hub. If you are under time constraints, I don’t recommend this location for any services. Definitely plan on dropping off your vehicle and returning for pick-up if you do visit.

I’ve been going to the same location for oil changes for bout a year and a half. I think they do a good job. They are affordable. I appreciate that I’m on the reward program and was able to receive/earn this enough points to get a free oils change. Definitely a blessing.

I have never been so impressed with a Meineke location. They were super friendly, gave a detailed run down of any potential services my car looked like it needed or recommended for a future visit, and weren’t pushy if I declined any of them. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back for future services on my car.

Fixed my AC system on a holiday weekend with short notice. The prices were fair and actually less than I expected.

I left my truck with them for two day, ac was diagnosed as a bad shader valve and a day later i have no more cold air. I’m going on trip and I need AC ( my kids are riding with me) I get to the store at the time they open, to see if they can help me. All I’m told is im sorry and we’re booked. I’m very upset, what did I pay for? Never coming back.

They did a great job with my car. Jake was very kind and professional; when he called to recommended a solution to the issue my car was having he gave me a few options so I didn’t feel pressured into only one option which I greatly appreciate.

Needed repairs done to steering. They worked on it and steering wasnt right. They said it was done. Brought it back and was sent to have it looked at another store 30 miles away. They ordered parts and I had to return to it the next day. They said good to go and still not right. Returned to Noblesville and had adjustments made and still not fixed all the way. They wanted me to return on Saturday for more repairs for more money. Returned on Saturday when they opened and sat there for 4 hours and left. Still not right and not happy with management and workmanship.

These guys are a live saver. They are always willing to work with you and are very straight forward with what is wrong with your vehicle. They make you feel very welcomed.

Had an appt at 11 want seen until 12 so that was a tad frustrating but mechanics were great. Had a pre-purchase inspection done. After I left the check engine light came on. They told me to come back. Ran the codes on the vehicle and found out no cat converter. Didnt buy car but found a trustworthy mechanic shop

Front desk guys were very professional and courteous. The service seems to have been done well. The only knock I have is when I went to pick up my car after they called and said it was done/ready, I still had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for them to actually pull it around for me. They werent really ready.

We have been coming to this Meineke for about five years now. We love that they have a small town feel and can be more personal than some larger establishments. I had a coupon mailed to me and when I brought in and asked about discounts for an oil change, the guy at the front desk said he would give me 30% off instead because it was a better deal. Wow! I also had my 3mo old with me and he allowed me to stay in their lobby (it was temporarily closed) instead of the alternate seating they had out front which was in the hot sun. That was very much appreciated!

The gentleman working the front office gave me a coupon that saved me $20 right off the top; I didnt even know there was a coupon. They were very fast, the office was clean and comfortable. They informed me that my car was in great condition and no need for additional maintenance at this time. They didnt attempt to sell me something I didnt need or trick me into buying additional services. As a single female that has had that happen many times in the past, I appreciate that so much. I am so glad I found a car repair shop in my new town; no need to look any further!

I went to Meineke because of a good price for an oil change. Their service seemed fine. However, I will not go back because the serviceman wouldnt wear a face mask. He said his health prevented him from doing soI was very worried and uncomfortable. If what he said was true, he should not be working the desk.

Great Experience! I took my car to the local dealer with an exhaust problem. The quote was $1100. I decided to get a second opinion. Scheduled an appointment online with Meineke on 10th Street for a Saturday. I was greeted warmly and treated professionally. The estimate for the repair came back at half the dealer price. Plus, they gave me another option for a universal part which lowered the price another $200. They sent status updates and an online inspection report, so I could see what was going on with other parts of my car. The work was completed the same day. They also had coupons on their website. I went in to get my car checked bc my front tire was wobbling. They said everything checked out fine & it must be my rim. I went somewhere else & was told the cv axle was bad. They showed me & it was very obvious it was bad. I called & they said they must have missed it. Something that obvious & important should not have been overlooked.

After checking that the cabin filter was changed I discovered it was installed incorrectly. They installed it with correct airflow direction, but the filter is a rectangle and the short sides were front and back instead of side to side. This crushed the filter but itll be okay because I caught this the next day.

To start with, they have 2 customer service agents to help at front desk. Bill normally works on Friday and Randy works on other days.Initially I went for a seat belt replacement on Friday when I saw Bill and he diagnosed the issue and let me know what needed to be done.He informed me that the seat belt will need replacement and they can do a new replacement in the range of $500.I agreed to the same and had scheduled an appointment for the job since they did not had the belt readily available.I was scheduled for the job to be done a week later on Saturday when Randy was the guy at the front desk.Initially I was informed by Bill that the job should not take more than an hour so I agreed to wait while the job was done.When I went there for my appointment, I was not communicated by Randy on how much time it will take and ended up waiting at the shop fpr almost 4 hours!Apart from that, when I got home, I realized that the seat belt they installed was old and of completely different color than what the original part was.When I called him again, he said they replaced with an old seat belt instead of new one and it will be $500 more to install a new one instead!Should not they tell me about this before? Randy ignored to answer me that and said he just did what he was told to and well atleast i have a working seat belt (which was old and dirty)!I requested him if he can remove the seat belt and refund me my money, and he said that will cost me $400 for the removal. How does it make sense to have it removed now by spending $400 and going to another shop!I was scammed by this shop and would suggest other customers to please be aware of what they say and what parts they install!This was something that was visible to me and hence I could say it was a used part, but if it is something in our engines where we can not see than definitely I am pretty sure they would be doing the same for other essential car parts as well!I hope the store owner (Randy never agreed to have me talk to him) takes a note of this and takes strict action against such behavior as well as service!Update 12/15/2020-I reached out to the owner of the shop, and he did not offer me much help since he said if I want to change the belt now then I need to pay $250 extra and by doing so, he would be experiencing some loses since he needs to take in the cost of the old seat belt which they installed.I never asked to install the used belt, and now to replace they are asking more money.Also i dont know about the warranty of the belt as they are saying it should work fine but as per their invoice, the belt is only warrantied for a year instead of 5 years warranty which the dealer covers on the original seat belt. Not sure, if i am safe with the belt they installed but well i have no other option now.Also not sure why but they were not able to resolve my srs light issue as well and simply stated it is not what they can resolve and will need dealer to look into it. Why were not they transparent about this before!Anyways to summarize, I dont think I was served well by the shop and contacting the shop owner did not help since he stopped replying to my email when I started asking specifics about the warratnies of the belt they installed.

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change the night before, without an appointment. They got me in within an hour of opening the next day! Im very satisfied and an added bonus was Randy is very easy on the eyes.

Overpriced for the service I had and low quality parts.They priced $500 for 2 hrs labor and parts, I took my time to perform the repairs myself, paid $115 for parts and no more than one hour for the installation, not bad for me that I’m not do this kind of work.

I took my car in to get new brakes after receiving a quote from my Honda dealership. I saved money by going to Meineke. The staff at this location was friendly and professional. They were honest about what my car needed and they went above and beyond.

Was a good experience. Receipt said that the type of oil change service I purchased should have included a refill of washer fluid. Washer fluid was not replaced, but other services were performed in a timely manner.

I had a bad experience. Ive changed my review from 1 star to 5 and deleted my original post. The owner followed up with me and was very Frank, honest, apologetic, and willing to make things right. Originally the replacement window motor that was replaced I had issues with along with communication problems between the staff and I. In all honesty it was a perfect storm of events that left me very disappointed. Again, the owner responded to this original post within 24 hours and asked if he could call me directly. After hearing my end of the story he corroborated my issues and stated he was ordering an OEM part directly from Ford and was going to have his most seasoned mechanic fix it once and for all. I am happy to report that this is exactly what happened. Scott the owner was very good to work with and he cares very much about doing the right thing, providing great customer service, and ensuring his customers are taken care of. I walked into this just wanting my window motor fixed nothing Imore. No amazing customer service just the job done. I walked out disappointed, disgruntled, and was never going to come back. I can in all honesty say that I will gladly return back to this shop if I ever am in need of service with any of my vehicles in the future. Any expectation I could have had Scott blew out of the water. His staff was also apologetic and sincerely wanted to make things right. I told them no harm no foul and that I appreciated them. If youre looking for a reputable auto shop I would say that you can trust this one and know that youll be taken care of .

Professionalism was very good but pricing seemed way too high. Over $500 for a 6’ tailpipe and a muffler seems outrageous.

I come here every time for an oil change because it tends to be the cheapest place I can find for oil changes when you use their coupons on the website. I usually do not have any issues but this time around when I came back out to my car after it was completed there was oil all over my center console. I found it careless and sloppy. I went back inside to ask them to clean it up. The guy at the desk apologized and I did not want to get mad at him as it wasn’t his fault. He told the guy who (I assume) was the one who was responsible and he went out and after about 10 minutes had it cleaned up. When he returned my keys there was not so much as an apology. I understand that mistakes happen and I appreciate them cleaning it up but there was nothing that they did to make it better otherwise. I do not think I would come here for anything other than their cheap oil changes but I guess you get what you pay for.

I got an oil change here and it was very easy working with these guys. Theyve got bottled water in the waiting room which is always nice. I feel like i get good service at a fair price when i take my car here.

I have been bringing both of our family cars to this Meineke for over a year. Scott (owner) is knowledgeable, personable, and cares about every client who walks through the door. Hes gone out of his way to help my wife and me. Zach (manager) is awesome, and approaches everything with the mentality of what would I do if I were you. Hes honest, doesnt try to up sell, and cares that we leave satisfied. Derek (new manager) has only been there a few weeks, but seems to be a great addition.I have lived in the Indy area for 10 years. I never found an auto repair shop that I could fully trust until I started coming to Meineke. Several dealership service teams Ive been to also provide good service, but those places are zoos and the service teams often forget your face/name. The guys at Meineke dont.My wife even (somewhat) enjoys bringing her car in - that once seemed impossible!!

Chuck is AMAZING!! My husband and I were traveling across country, and our check engine light came on when we were in Indiana. Chuck got us in the SAME day, figured out what was wrong, contacted us promptly with our options, talked with our warranty company (and fought for us when they were being timid about paying), and got the repairs done so that we could get back on the road. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Hands down BEST service Ive ever received at any car place. Go there!

I feel like I have bounced around vehicle repair shops for years and finally found a home with this Meineke location. I have been extremely happy with their service whether its a routine oil change or a repair. The owner and staff are very genuine and knowledgeable. They never try to sell something thatyou dont need and answer all of your questions while listening to your concerns about any repair or part that they do suggest. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.
