EPWerkswebpage says “Temporarily Closed”. Anyone know status of shop? Been a loyal Fan forever 16 years. They’ve kept my 2004 A6 2.7tt running for nearly 2 decades. Always professional. But now I can’t contact them for months. No call back, text, or email response at all. Fingers crossed they still doing what they do.

Kevin and the rest of the team have been absolutely tremendous to work with. Recently purchased a Golf R that had a few quirks that needed to be fixed. The guys did a great job and I couldnt be happier with it. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their VW/Audi serviced.

These guys are genuine euro enthusiasts. Prices are super competitive to other shops in the area. I will definitely use them for jobs I cant tackle myself.

Kevin in the office is very friendly and easy to talk to. the mechanic is super helpful and takes care of your car, he put no fingerprints anywhere on my car while working on it which is important to me because Im picky about micro scratches and my ceramic coating... they installed new downpipes for me and apr stage 2 tune with single pulley. great place to take your german car.

Recently moved here from Chicagoland. New place has no room to work on the cars. Looking for a shop for my Audi/VWs. Found EP Werks on the forums. Called ahead and got a price for some minor work on the Audi. Took both vehicles in for minor issues. These guys are wonderful to deal with and the issues were addressed and remedied the same day. Price charged was price quoted. They also trouble shot some intermittent codes on the VW - no charge. No hassle. No bull. They are straight shooters which I appreciate. They will have my business from here on. Check them out.

Called around and this shop was the best priced by far ($500 cheaper) . Had a clutch replaced on my 04 Audi and they did a great job. Got my car in the shop and they were done the next morning. So far its working great, and since I bought my parts through them and got a free 12 month 12k mile warranty on the part. Even went with an upgraded clutch and I couldnt find the same clutch kit online for cheaper than they charged. 10/10 will go back and recommend.

Fantastic customer service very high quality work, and less expensive than a dealership or most other shops. Theyve been repairing and modifying my cars for 5+ years now, and they have yet to make any sort of error or do anything thats made me less than 100% satisfied.

Ive ONLY had great experiences at EP Werks. I am the most skeptical person I know, and honestly-this place has my trust. Have taken my car to this place many times. Anything from major engine work to some simple like an oil change. This place gets it done. Not only are the people there helpful, friendly, and know their stuff. The labor is very affordable as well.

Had these guys do a full stage 3+ APR upgrade on my wifes 2.0T.... Drove from Cincinnati to have it done at this shop.I was very impressed on the knowledge of the employees. The work was done quickly, and correct. Hope to get the opportunity to modify again and use them.

I cant recommend these guys enough! My husband and I both take our VWs here and have always been pleased with the quality of work and the price. I recently had them replace my oil pan due to a leak. The replacement pan we gave them turned out to be faulty, and the car was still leaking oil. They got the car right in after I called about the leak, and I was prepared to spend more on the additional repair. I got my car back the same day free of charge! I always feel comfortable with the work they do and their friendly and honest attitudes put me at ease when it comes to car repairs. Plus, they get the job done quickly!

Not very happy with my experience with these guys. I have never posted something negative about a company/business before, this is my first if that tells you anything. I brought my Jetta GLI here to have a loss in power/low boost problem diagnosed, as I was very tired of endless trial and error and throwing parts at it. They told me they couldnt verify my problem and that it was boosting up to 22psi just fine. Regardless, the car is still very low on power and wont build boost unless I mash on the gas and even then it falls off almost instantaneously. I was over it though and just chalked it up as another incompentant shop, but what really put me over the edge was what happened next. I go to the shop to pick up the car (which is 1 hr and 45 min round trip) and the shop was locked up with no one inside. This was WITHIN their normal business hrs too. Not only did I waste one day going to pick up the car, but had to waste the next day doing the same exact thing. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

As always, Ep Werks diagnosed the problem right away and correctly. They offered a choice of fixes (for the front lower control arm rear bushings) with the pros and cons of each choice. I am extremely happy with the choice I made and the work performed by Ep Werks.Lets put it this way: I drive 50 miles one way to have my oil changed at Ep Werks. Nuff said!

Honest guys, appropriate labor rates, good quality of work. If they cant do something in particular, they will point you towards someone who can.

The guys at EP Werks did a great job with my 2002 VW Passat. They were timely, honest and did good work. I would use them again for any future foreign auto work I have.
