Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve every encountered in my life. It has never been so difficult to get prescriptions refilled, especially when a doctor calls them in multiple times. They say they will call to get prescriptions transferred or if they need approval which has already been sent into them by the doctor, with no follow up. Literally have to call them multiple times a day to get anything done. I’ve been trying to get my insulin refilled for almost a week now and am now out. Anyone who knows anything about diabetes knows not having this is very life threatening. Although there are a few very nice technicians,I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any reason.

Went to get my mother’s prescription, she can’t take generic and it is noted on her file. Once again they tried to give her generic. Why can’t they read the file????? She fills this prescription every 90 days!!!!

My best friend went into this store a bought several sale items for some poor people. At the register she was kindly greeted by the manager Austin. After the sale she noticed he over charged her and put items on her charge and in her bag she made sure he knew she didnt want. (probably didnt want to have to put it back on the shelf). She came in to return them and get a price change. As it was done the manager Austin had to explain to her that a dollar was not given to her on her discount any longer due to the return. She asked why. He told her 3 times the same thing when she said she didnt understand. Not once did he tell her why. He just kept telling her what he did not why he had to do what he did. Then he began to belittle her in front of several customers that were starting to line up. He said to her, Look if you dont understand, I cant help you. I have other customers to help now and your going to have to go. She asked for a manager, thinking that a manager could better explain it to her. He then told her he was a manager. She couldnt believe they would hire such an incompetent person to manage a store. She called him out on his behavior to her and he just got angry with her and blamed her for not understanding his explanation. Later, She called another store and the manager there explained to her that the system recalculated things and forced a change in the transaction. Thats all the guy had to say but he never once said why. She was humiliated by Austin who has no understanding of conflict resolution what so ever. If this guy graduated college, he went to the wrong school. Noblesville you have got to do a better job in selecting employees to manage and work in your stores and businesses. They need better training. This is what cheap labor gets you. So me and my family and my friends will not be returning to your store.

Pharmacy lady was very rude during our whole visit. We called in a transfer for a prescription from cvs for insurance reasons. Walgreens said they would take care of the transfer and we would be able to pick up our prescription in 2 days. We return to the location and our prescription is no where to be found. They were out of the medicine and didn’t bother to call us or order anymore. They just said the hell with it. When we confronted them about the situation they referred us to a pharmacy 40 mins away! Very ridiculous.

Kind of a run down location. The sign was partially out. The staff wasnt very kind to a small family with a grumpy child. I got out as soon as I could out of frustration.

The manager of this store is horrible. Openly talks down and belittles customers and is extremely rude. This used to be my primary walgreens, but I guess I will have to go to CVS or drive a few extra miles to avoid this one.

This location is terrible. I’ve been tested for Covid at multiple different locations CVS and Walgreens and state testing sites. This is the first time I’ve been turned away because I didn’t have a drivers license with me. I always use my student ID or Marion City County Employee badge, but at this ONE location it’s suddenly an issue. I guess screw all the people who don’t have those forms of ID for numerous different reasons. We don’t deserve to know if we’re sick according to this pharmacy! Way to care about safety and keeping numbers down. 🖕🖕🖕Update: spoke to the Indianapolis location and they said I should have been tested here and they don’t understand why I was turned away.

I just spoke with Karen on the phone. She checked to see if they had an item in stock for me. Karen was very patient and helpful with me, going the extra steps to prevent an unnecessary trip during the pandemic. Another example of essential workers helping the public!

The new pharmacist is the nicest and best one next to Julia who left . She has been replaced by the queen of nice 😂

Very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered pictures and when I went to pick them up they couldn’t find them right away. They immediately started reprinting my order and found the original order maybe 2 minutes later. They gave me half off my order and included the pictures they started to reprint, apologizing the whole time. It wasn’t even an inconvenience to me at all but, they went above and beyond. Overall great experience!

This is strictly a review on the pharmacy. Never have my medicine and have to order it. I receive text my script is ready but when I go to pick it up they cant find it. The wait just to have someone come to the window is often 10 minutes or more and none of the techs seem to know what they are doing. We have used this pharmacy because of the location in proximity to our home. Unfortunately I am willing to drive further and pay a bit more for better service. This use to be a great pharmacy its sad it has deteriorated so badly.

We were in area on vacation, and needed a prescription filled. My wife was prepared with a list of my medications . We were treating with nothing but respect and the 20 minute wait was astonishing because at our local pharmacy in northern Indiana its usually at least an hour wait.. thank you again.

Went here to pick up my prescription and grab a couple snacks my daughter loves. The pharmacy tech was great and I had no issues there or during the visit I thought. I bought some queso from there my daughter loves and once I get home I see it’s expired after my daughter eats some and tells me it tastes funny. I called the store and spoke with Diane and got no apology only a “ok bring it in and we will replace it for you” why would I want it replaced now? Seriously hire managers with some customer service.

Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Pharmacy was extremely rude. I only had a question bout giving my kids a certain medication. The blonde hair women behind desk made a few smart remarks followed by laughter.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT TO MY FAMILY BACK AT THE PHARMACY. THE OTHER PART OF THE STORE SURE DUE NEED A LOT OF WORK THO

Just arrived to get my flu shot as they stop at 6pm. When I walked up the counter it was 5:43pm. They would not let me get it because it takes too long to fill out paperwork, wait for 15 minutes post the shot, so the pharmacist would not be here. If thats the case, please do not advertise that you take walk ins until 6pm!

There are a few employees in particular that are always super friendly and helpful. Great service.

Have repeatedly come here and its always 30 minute wait, and have to constantly ask, which here means getting back in line. This time I have been waiting for 45 minutes, and I keep getting, just another 10 minutes.

I looked up pocky sticks near me and if this place doesnt have pocky stick imma finna be one grumpy weeaboo.

They have all the meds I was looking for.

I have always waited 15-30 minutes to get my medications thru the DRIVE THRU. I order refills thru the app, and they never have my prescriptions ready when I requested. For example: I ordered my prescriptions to be ready at 1:00, I drove here at 2:20 and they still are not ready. The lady had to get them filled.).

Overpriced! Went to fill a script there for a pet and they charged 5X more than the vet does. Not worth the extra cost just for a 5 minute savings in a drive.

Walgreens pharmacy brewlab and everything else is a lot cheaper than CVS the employees at Walgreens they help their people look for things

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! If I could, I’d give them ZERO stars. Their pharmacy staff is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The past 4 times I’ve needed to have my birth control filled, they don’t have it in stock and told me I needed to call around to other pharmacies to find out if they have it even though I called this location this morning, was on hold for over an hour, and spoke to Ryan who told me they had it. Horrible customer service and terrible pharmacy!!
