General manager reached out immediately. Very nice, trying to make it right. Appointment next Saturday. Will update then.Told to be there 15 minutes early, 845am. Arrived on schedule, no one there. At 9am, appointment time, still locked up, lights off, no answer when we called. DROVE ONE HOUR EACH WAY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

This past weekend, my prescription Ray Ban sunglasses ended up at the bottom of Morse Reservoir. Given that we leave for Jamaica this coming weekend, I was in an absolute panic to ensure I have sunglasses for our vacation. I frantically called around to different retailers trying to find anyone who could help. When I called Eyeglass World in Noblesville, I was greeted by Andy and explained the whole situation. He was empathetic and absolutely wonderful to work with. Andy explained the process and that they could absolutely help me before we leave. He walked me through what I needed to do to get my current prescription, made sure they had availability to get the sunglasses done, and arranged for me to come in on Monday. When I got there, Andy immediately helped me even though his shift was nearly over when I walked in the door. He was so patient, thorough, and kind. Andy ended up helping me get a new pair of Ray Bans and a new pair of everyday glasses, too. Not only did Andy stay well over an hour past his shift, he did so with an incredible attitude and he simply couldn’t have been better to work with. Andy, you are a life saver! Thank you for coming to my rescue! And to the management team at this location: Congrats on making a fantastic hire with Andy! You definitely don’t want him to get away!

The building is near a nail salon, so sometimes there can be a smell from that. However, the friendly staff and wide selection easily make up for that. My eye exam was quick, and I found a pair I really liked. Also, the staff helped my mom come to a decision on which frame would be best for her.

This team is amazing! I ordered glasses back in the beginning of Covid and was never able to pick them up. A year and a half later I finally came in and Quinn was able to help me get everything squared away. I went in embarrassed because I had let so much time pass and the whole team put me at ease and made the process seamless. 100% would recommend for the service and the product.

I had a great experience with Eyeglass World in Noblesville. They have an awesome selection. Everyone was very friendly. What I appreciate the most was the attention to detail to get my prescription just right and then my glasses just right. I have worn glasses for 20 years and this was truly the most comprehensive exam and the best customer service I have ever had. I highly recommend them!

Went in for an exam and a new pair of glasses. The associates were friendly and quick with my visit. Cannot recall the name of the associate but they helped me with adding transition to my lenses as well as something to help with glare! Definitely coming back!

My daughter and I walked in to pick up her glasses. We did not have a mask and were asked if we had one. I said no assuming they would give us one. We were just there a few weeks ago and they gave us one. We were told to go to the desk to pick the glasses up. The very rude guy behind the counter asked if we had a mask I say no again. He then proceeded to ask very loudly if we were vaccinated. I could not believe he was asking this, especially because there was probably 8-10 people in the store. I told him that was a personal question and he told us he could not help us. I will NEVER come back to this store or recommend this store to anyone. This store deserves zero stars!

The is the first review I have ever left for a business and I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was unable to get complete my eye exam due to having an eye problem in one of my eyes. I was given a prescription and then had to wait over an hour just to check out for my office visit. By the time I was at the pharmacy, I was told they were unable to fill my prescription because the doctor wrote my birthday on the date line and did not write a date on the prescription. Now I am at home with an irritated eye and no medicine due to doctor error. Very unprofessional and this will be the last year I ever return to eyeglass world.

Generally, I dont write reviews. But, I went in there a month ago, and I already had 2 frames and just needed lenses for them. First, my insurance was out of network with them and its a common known insurance. Second, Im not blaming the eye doctor, the eye doctor is great, but I blaming the lab... when they sent my glasses out to the lab for 2 weeks, I got them back, but the left lens was completely out of focus in both frames. I couldnt read anything at close range anymore and everything in far distance was way too sharp. I had to put in my old lenses. I contacted them and they stated to bring it in and they will look at the lenses. I asked them to have the eye doctor look at it, they said no, to just come in and they will verify. I asked how they will verify? I asked if they will use the machine to detect how bad the lenses are? They said no. They will just look at them and if they determine it looks wrong just by looking at them, then they will schedule me for another eye test. Needless to say, I didnt go back. Lost $300 dollars for that.

Our experience was over all good,but 3 stars because I ordered contacts that were shipped to a town Ive never been to and here we are 9 days after return to sender and my contacts are nowhere to be found!! They were ordered and shipped on the 5th of the month here it is the 22nd!return to sender was processed the 13th.I do have my glasses however that is not the point.i ordered contacts because my glasses are to be back ups for days I do not wear my contacts. I called 2 days ago was told they should be in that day or yesterday....and now cant get an answer when I call.

Tina took such good care of me today! She helped me find the perfect fit and I got my glasses same day! This struggling girl is happy happy happy!! I can see!! My experience was not stressful at all and the doctor was able to see me the same day I called! That was so unexpected. I love this place!! This will be my forever home ❤️For lenses! I got two name brand lenses with my insurance without paying $1,000 like I did another another well-known establishment. TheirCustomer service is the greatest!! Wear a mask! I love that! COVID safe!

Mom and Dad recently got glasses at Glasses World in Noblesville. The doctor was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the staff was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Dad went back to get his glasses adjusted so it would fit his face better and he was told they didnt have time. ☹️

Do not come here if you have anywhere else you need to be that day. They apparently do not believe in schedules or taking the initiative to ask questions/help you. I waited 10 min just to be checked in which involved taking my temp and asking me if I had Covid. Got shuffled to another waiting room and waited to be helped while the 2 appointments AFTER me were seen first because she was unaware that I was done with my paperwork even though I was clearly not writing and was not told what to do with it when I was done. Finally got put into the exam room to wait again because the doc was still with the people they saw before me. Pretty sure Ill be taking my prescription elsewhere to fill it as I cant afford to spend any more time waiting here. Ill also splurge and pay more out of pocket at another place for a more efficient process.

Welcome to eyeglass world where we will take phone calls in the middle of helping you and help everyone else and make sure your stuck here longer. I understand answering the phone. But Im a firm believer you help the people physically in the store first. Then if people are still on hold on the phone then help them. This place needs to go through a chick file drive thru to learn how to handle a busy day. They run an awful operation. Stunk just sitting there waiting for this dude to get off the phone. Added a good 10-15 min to the wait. Also whats the deal with insurance. I pay all this money per year then still end up paying 300 bucks with insurance.

Was very happy with my total experience. I was able to schedule an exam within days which was huge! The optometrist was super friendly, answered all my questions and helped determine best options for what I was needing. Randy was very polite, helpful and even gave a great tip Ive never heard before! Would definitely recommend this location!

It was my first time visiting Eyeglass World in Noblesville and I was really nervous, but Tina made me feel very comfortable. She allowed me to try on several pairs of glasses to make sure i got the ones that were perfect to fit my face. Tina was extremely nice to me and patient, she made sure that I got the best value. An awesome, fun, young woman named Kiera in theNoblesville store helped me. She was very honest about whether what I had chosen truly looked good on me and would work with my no line trifocal or not. (I appreciate honesty) she was fast getting things done but never rushed me. Both pairs of my glasses were in within one week even though they said it could be 2 weeks. I would definitely return to Eyeglass World, and if Kiera is still working there Ill definitely seek her out again, even though I know everyone who works there is awesome from past experiences.Keep up the great work Eyeglass World!

I went to go pickup glasses and gentleman at the door told me to leave and come back in fourth minutes but I couldn’t check in because I was leaving. So he told me to leave loose my spot and then when I told him what I was there for and mentioned I was okay not getting fitted. He was very snarky and said we have to fit them. Then he snapped and said “I’m just going to go and get them and give them to you so I don’t have to stand here and debate.”.....I was only there to pickup my glasses. That were already paid for and ready for pickup. The entire process took two minutes Of work for this gentleman. As he handed me my glasses I mentioned I didn’t appreciate his attitude toward me and he rolled his eyes and turned around and stormed away from me.Every other visit at this company has been very pleasurable but this time ruined it all. That gentleman didn’t know what I was going through. He could have been nice to me. He could have had good customer service. He chose not to. Instead he chose to be rude and snarky to a customer because he was having a bad day. I was very disappointed in this employee and this experience at eyeglass world.

I had broken my glasses and needed a replacement set quickly. It had been over 5 years since my last exam, so I definitely needed a new prescription. They were able to schedule an appoint for me in less than 2 hours. Through the process I had interactions with clerical staff, the Doctor, sales staff, and one of the lens crafters did the fitting. Each interaction was pleasant and professional. Since I just wanted an affordable pair of replacement glasses, the sales staff did try to up-sell me. However, they were not overly pushy. Being in business for myself, I would have been disappointed had they not tried sell some upgrades.

This place was the worst!! Don’t let the site fool you into thinking you can get glasses the same day. After selecting glass frames, we had to wait 45 minutes to sit at a sales table. After that waited another 30 minutes until someone sat down to help and the was told the glasses would take a week. Apparently their lab on site doesn’t work on same day purchase glasses. Waste of 2.5 hours of my day and still left with nothing but a little girl who had destroyed glasses and unable to see.

Tina with Customer Service is the best! I went in to the store today to see if they could fix a broken nose piece and they had me fixed and out the door in 10 minutes or less no questions asked. Tina was also great the first time my son and I went in to get new glasses back in September. Super patient and helpful, she deserves recognition and a huge raise!! Thank you Tina. I went with my husband to his appointment this summer at Eyeglass World and it was such an awesome experience that I made a much needed appointment for myself and went there this fall. We both took advantage of the 2 pairs of glasses special and got a fantastic deal. Both my husband and I love our new glasses, they are great quality and look so good on both of us! We were helped by Tina and Ronnie and they both worked very hard for us, they did a super job and also the doctor there is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business- very, very satisfied!!!

First I had to reschedule my daughters appointment because they cancelled it without my knowledge. Then my daughter was having trouble with the glaucoma test, as she couldnt keep her eyes open. Instead of working to help her do this she was berated and told that if she couldnt do it the doctor would have to stick something in her eye instead. The woman had zero patience and made both my daughter and I feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

I bought 2 pair of glasses a year ago. Approximately 4 months later, one pair had a crack in them where the screw in the frame was. They said it was a stress fracture and it was so common with that frame that they stopped carrying that frame, so I picked out a different frame. It took 2.5 weeks to get my glasses back. Now these are doing the same thing, 6 months after getting them. I will not get glasses from them again. I have been wearing glasses for 41 years and have NEVER had lenses crack before these.

My son had to get glasses back in November. I have made 8 trips out this location and now going to have to make my 9th trip this weekend. One of his pair of glasses broke within 2 weeks of getting them so I exchanged them for another pair as I am exchanging them I find out his prescription was not inputted in the computer correctly so now both pairs of his glasses have to be changed. One pair got done and now the second pair came back but they dont have the transitional lenses so now we have to make the 8th trip picking up his glasses. My husband took him to get them and I dont believe anyway asked him if they were ok or blurry. So now I have to make another trip to the store to get them fixed which will probably result in another trip. The 7th trip someone was suppose to talk to the manager but nevr got a call apologizing for the inconvenience.

Customer service is terrible. The lady with short hair & the bigger lady were sitting gossiping about patients & other locations. Didnt even get up to help or looked interested in assisting. Was informed they carry specific frames I wanted. Didnt find 1 pair. When my prescription was faxed in the lady with short hair showed the fat lady my prescription & she made a rude remark & questioned whos that from?! & they both laughed. Clearly you only need the information on the paper. I felt discriminated against. I spent $ 600 in that store for something I wasnt fully in love with but only went because I really needed them I am considering returning & going to a location where they dont make you feel uncomfortable. I should of walked out & took my money to a diffrent company.

I know how important reviews are, so I try to give good ones when deserved. My experience at the Eyeglass world in Noblesville, has been extremely good. After a disappointing experience with Walmart Optical, I walked into Eyeglass World next door. They were kind, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. My prescription is not one that can be made on site, but they were more than happy to help me. They worked as a team, utilizing each others talents,. They double checked readings, just to be sure. They also gave me options using my insurance and the promotion they have in store. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses, and am very excited! I appreciate all they did for me so far.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an eye Dr. Janae was AWFUL. I was quoted one price, then at the time of payment the price was much higher than what was quoted. I argued it, and Janae argued back. Eventually I was told I would have the original price I was quoted. I returned a couple days later to pay.. and the price was back to the incorrect high price. Also, the day of the appt. Since I planned to pay a few days later, and not on that day, Janae tried to ask me to remove the sample contacts from my eyes! WTF?!

Not a pleasant experience at this particular eyeglass world. Prescription was incorrect on contact lenses. Wifes glasses were scratched during a routine cleaning in addition to not receiving a phone call when they arrived. Not recommended.

I hadnt had my eyes checked in probably 25 years so the time had come to get glasses. My depth perception and crispness of my eyes were becoming a problem. Had the vision test and got a prescription for glasses. Two pairs for 129$ (thought to good to be true) that was only the beginning. Picked up my glasses and my up close vision was great, anything past 10 feet was blurry. The lady told me it would take a couple days to adjust. In a couple days there was no improvement. I called and was told it could take a week. When a week had passed I finally went in, because everything was still blurry. Thats when I was told that they were readers only. They tried to get me to buy progressive lenses (which the doc has recommended on the prescription) and that would get my what I needed. I said cool, lets do that. Then he says that would be an additional 600$ for both pairs. I was furious! They sold me glasses that did nothing for what I explained I needed, and they were nonexistent on giving me any up front explaining. Thank goodness the glasses were returnable because I was finished dealing with these used car salesmen that just wanted to charge me more and more for what I needed after they sold me something that was basically worthless. In my line of work my reputation is everything and I could not and would not recommend this place to anybody. Shame Im out the costs of eye exams because no Ill need to do it all over again at a reputable business. Beware of this place. They took advantage of a first time glasses wearer and the extra charges add up quick.

Hey are you active duty and veterans come to eyeglass world you get 10% discount stop going to LensCrafters they are going south theyre going out of business in a way they do not do one hour glasses anymore that has bifocals or trifocals thats just in-house only now it took me a month to get my classes cuz they broke the right lens for the third party they send them to in shipping was herot terrible at LensCrafters to go to eyeglass world between Walmart and Kohls in Noblesville or wherever your locations at for eyeglass world try them out

Received a call from the storeand found out the order was never placed for the lenses. I made an appointment for my husband on Thursday October 25th at 9:04 a.m. I told them he had a doc appointment Monday morning the 29th at 11:00 a.m so it would have to be that Monday afternoon, so they told me to have him here MONDAY THE 29TH AT 5:00 p.m. We get here an what do you know...they dont have him down for an appointment for today MONDAY THE 29TH, they finally found him but they said he was supposed to have been here Friday the 26th. I tell the lady that was impossible because he is a truck driver an he wasnt even going to be back in the state of Indiana until Saturday. This place has went down hill!! The new staff is horrible, they cant seem to get ANYTHING right. Then want to make you look like the bad guy, I dont think so!!!I think were going to be finding somewhere else to go!!! Do not go here, they conveniently lose records of you being in store for appointments and ordering contacts and lie, claiming that they were on the phone with your insurance when they were not, and infact you were on the phone with insurance getting the proof that they made claims for dates they have no record of you being there.

The Comcast of eyeglasses. I went for an exam to get glasses as I was stocked with contacts. What a horrible experience, I asked to see the dr again and was put on hold and they never came back 30 minutes later I hang up call back and the man working there had no intention of allowing me to speak or see the dr again. He said it was at least 300 dollars for another visit cause they already billed my insurance. So I said okay can you schedule the appointment and again puts me on hold leaves me there and never came back. Call number three sir will you please just put my name on the schedule, fine and doesnt want me to have a Saturday as those are for othersI would give up but they have my credit from the insurance company.

Fairly certain that these folks are not aware of the internet - refused to give a total, refused to discuss what was covered except in very vague terms. The experience was similar to walking into a vintage 80s car dealership, complete with manager turn overs and big hustle to find the money by tagging my insurance before ever discussing my kids prescription or needs. I have excellent insurance and rather than earn my business by either skipping it, or explaining that they were out of network, they were 100% shady. My older son got transition lenses, HD and anti-reflective upgrades and we spent about $180 out of pocket for Adidas frames down the street. I thought it would be a good value to try here - its not. Skip it. They only have off brand and the help is - not helpful.

Worst experience ever! They are 100% a scam!!! My son went and used our insurance for the Advertised $78.00 2 pairs of glasses. We have great insurance and when we leave Ossip or Walmart. After the total experience we payed out of pocket $290. 00 in addition to $90.00 for anti glare. When asked to speak to the manager via phone she hung up with me because she had too many clients. After she returned my call she said it was our fault that we didnt run the glasses through insurance and chose to run his contacts through instead. She said it was our own fault and did not want to help remedy the situation and for the second time hung up!!!
