Great Service ! This is the first time I rented from this location. Really impressed with the truck offered to me, add on features offered to me and the excellent customer service provided to me. Great Price and very kind to customers. This is the best truck rental service I got so far in past several years! Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend for my friends too!

My husband and I were happy that we chose Penske to do our long distant move. The truck was clean, and it drove great. The owner was accommodating when we asked if we could get the truck a day early. There was a snowstorm rolling our way on our scheduled moving day. This gentleman is a great owner and wonderful to work with. We are renting another truck from Penske in a couple of months to complete our out-of-state move. It is a stellar company

Have been renting large moving trucks from these guys for years.Never any problems,trucks are always clean and ready to go.Staff has always been great with me and they take the time to make sure you understand the paperwork and charges. Most importantly they make sure you understand how the vehicle operates before you leave.

Great experience with both Penske in general and this location- will definitely recommend! I have used Uhaul in past because of name recognition but a friend recommend Penske as also being affordable and you can get AAA discount. Penske beat Uhaul’s price besides their normal one way package being better (an extra day and unlimited mileage while Uhaul has a mileage limit). Penske’s trucks are also newer so much more comfortable- great for cross country move- and better/newer safety features (Uhaul’s side mirrors weren’t adjustable so my 6’2” fiancé had to lean down to check mirrors). The truck does sit higher though so it may be harder to pass stuff from inside to outside but we just used ramp or set on edge and could lift up/down fine. Now at the store level- I asked if we could leave truck in lot so not worry about finding parking because our movers were delayed a day and the man working was concerned if we’d have enough time to move and offered us two more free days with truck (8 days total) which was awesome so we could load over weekend and drive the 20+ hours over the week. And yes he let us leave our truck parked there. Since I had booked over the phone, I didn’t get to include hand trolley and furniture pads and he lent us them at no extra charge. He also walked us personally out to truck and went over all of safety features and controls and answered all of our questions. I definitely appreciate the level of service and knowledge and recommend Penske over Uhaul to anyone moving!
