Kevin was very helpful in transferring a smaller unit I rented to a larger unit I needed. He was cheerful and had a great attitude. It was a quick transaction. I am very pleased with the storage unit. It is a extremely clean facility.

Very clean and super easy to rent a unit. The attendant was helpful to show us two different sizes and we “caught” him pausing to pick up a paper scrap from the driveway - shows real pride.

Nice facility, easy to get in and out of, very clean and helpful LOCAL staff; however, Public Storage in general is a horrible corporation. Had the same unit since July with the same price, then receive a letter today that my rate was going up over $20 starting Jan. 1st. Contacted customer service and they basically told me that they raised my rate to stay competitively priced with other storage facilities in the area, and If price is an issue, we will gladly see if we can find another less expensive storage unit that meets your needs. Yeah, a smaller unit isnt going to work with what were using it for, but thanks for your concern.So; if you need a unit for a month or so, this would be a nice place. Long term rentals, find a better company that wont raise your prices to stay competitive.

The facility was clean, well-lit, and in an accessible location. Ms. Reba explained our options. Asked key questions to ensure we got the best space and walked/talked us through the whole process. I’ve been transitioning from Brooklyn to Indianapolis, and using Public Storage has been the easiest part! The manager, Reba, has been so helpful as I coordinate a drop off from long-distance movers. When I let her know my plan, she remembered me and my needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I recently moved into a space at PS and my experience was outstanding. The facility is clean and well-lit, getting big, unwieldy stuff in or out is quite easy, and it seems to have the right amount of security. Most important - Reba made my overall experience extremely easy. She was very flexible and easy to work with, she answered every question, gave me good recommendations, and made me feel quite confident that I made the right decision. BTW, the pricing is great! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place/service! The process to obtain a unit has been seamless. The website was easy to navigate and to reserve a unit. In visiting today to formalize the rental agreement, Reba was a tremendous help. We went over everything and she was mindful to let me know was available to meet my needs without being pushy or over-selling. She loves her job and it shows!

Reba was very considerate and helpful in the course of renting a storage unit. I was in a hurry to reserve the unit because I have movers soon to be appearing. She was expeditious but made sure I understood all the financials. She toured the unit with me and made sure I understood how to enter the building and use the lock. The lock looks simple but is a bit tricky; once you have been shown how to work the lock, it is straightforward. The unit itself was exceptionally clean. This is the 4th storage unit I have rented and the best value by far. I highly recommend this location.
