Love their customer service. They are friendly and outgoing. Will make a nice conversation as you wait for your order.

Poor service. Ordered hot drink and got an iced drink. Too a long time to get the right one and it was barely warm and had very little of the flavoring asked for.

The drive thru takes forever! I started ordering on the mobile app but literally every single time my order is never ready by the estimated time. This has happened over 10 times. I get when it’s busy I’ll wait but today it wasn’t busy when I walked in and my drink was about a half hour over the estimated wait time. I got used to my drink never being ready on time so I started coming for it a few minutes after the ready time. They still have me waiting. Today was the last straw. I noticed a few times that when I order multiple drinks in the same order they are made at different times. Some drink get watered down while the others are being made and that’s because they take half an hour to make the drinks. I don’t understand if I place an order why are all drinks made separate. Even when I only have two drinks being made.

Had an issue with a couple hot mochas, called and went back, they very kindly gave me 2 more, no hassle, very friendly!

Know what you want from your coffee. If their menu is confusing, just tell them the kind of coffee you like and theyll be able to guide you toward an order. The Sous Vide Egg Bites are good. The pastries and breads are good.

Not very friendly staff that day and daid they didnt have a flavor i always get there. Dissapointing.

They have a good selection of drinks. The coffee is amazing and good lemonades. Only thing is probably the amount of people that are there.

Starbucks in Nogales is always super busy. This impacts how fast you get your mobile order. Baristas working as fast as they possibly can but demand is super high. Quality is not affected. Delish!

It was horrible waited in drive thru for 15 minutes then driving down the freeway going to Tucson to find out they gave me the wrong drink outside of cup was correct venti cinnamon dolce latte what was in the drink was a PSL 🤮😔

At the Nogales Starbucks once I placed my order they did not return my debit card. The girl was talking and not paying attention. I realized that my card was missing 20 minutes later. I go back for it no sincere apology.

For paying $5 for an eggnog latte it should not be watered down with milk. You should be able to customize your drink for that price like Dutch Bros.

Just the friendliest staff around. I travel to Nogales for work on a monthly basis. The staff actually remember me and my order which I find amazing and it makes me feel a bit at home. The place is always clean and always friendly. Of course, the coffee is from a chain and flavor is consistent with other locations across the world.

Great Starbucks but why do they open so late? 6AM is way too late. People need their coffee at the latest 5AM? And don’t give me Covid hours because opening one hour later than norm isn’t going to do anything to save us from Covid

We went in there during the Christmas season to get a eegnog latte. They were great. I cant wait until next year to get another one😊

I’ve had my order wrong here before but in my recent days here my orders have been perfect and the staff is very friendly. I erased my old 1 star review and I need to give props where they are due. Cesar in particular has gone out of his way to not only be extremely understanding of the last situation but has even remembered my recent order, which is awesome because I’m from Scottsdale and I’m not down here all the time. There must be hundreds of orders a day here and to have that kind of memory is incredible. Thank you 🙏🏻

I go there about once a week, and every time I go there, there are new employees. They always have to remake my drink, there always training new employees, and my drink always takes a really long time to come out. The drink is good when it comes out but t is just not a good experience.

Its as good as any Starbucks. This one hasmore space compared to a lot more, and I find to be more cozier! It is a great hangout space, and good for working on anything, be it school or work!I like it.

Good store and friendly staff. They can be a little slower than other Starbucks, but the atmosphere is relaxed. Nice place to hang out for good drinks with friends.

The employees were great and my order was perfect. The two stars comes from a tall red head who acted like the owner of all Starbucks barking orders at everyone from across the store and completely ruining the nice vibe. She wasnt even working, just yelling about things to do, I guess so everyone understood just how important she was.

Very nice and patient people. Fast and accurate service. Pre-Covid, their store was always clean and the Wi-Fi is strong with that one. Other than the Karen that just honked at me while were at a standstill at the drive thru, momentarily, because Ive managed to commit the erroneous infraction of lagging enough to fit a shopping cart between me and the Two cars ahead of me.... It was great.

As a truck driver I get around. I like to try new places but today I went with the reliability of a national chain and this location delivered. Courteous, efficient and quality you woukd expect from Starbucks. Today I went healthier with a nice cup of hot oatmeal to go along with my Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte. They always take forever, so I decided to order online thought maybe it would be faster I got there 10 minutes after ordering and they didnt have it ready I had to wait at least 5 minutes. I also ordered a banana bread and it was really cold.

For being my first time there along with my daughter we both like it and got great customer service both times i went we got treated right and also the workers were very helpful and recommend us something good Im definitely going back

Coffee is always consistent which I like. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because the customer service is ok sometimes better. But part of the time the employees have a snobby attitude towards several customers.

Horrible service. Specially through the drive-tru. My go drink is the Iced Caramel Machiatto And today, my drink looks like it barely has any Espresso in it.I get better drinks at the Starbucks inside the Safeway across the street than on this store.

They are always fast clean and friendly. The app is amazing. Order ahead and skip to front of the line. This is great when your pressed for time.

Staff is awesome. We hold our bible studies there on Wed night and never had an issue. We all love this place.

Out of all the drinks I have had, about 70% have been awful; the rest were okay. Ive ordered an ICED hazelnut coffee and was given this warm drink with a few ice cubes. My matcha drink was awful too. Not so much complaining about the service, although it wasnt the greatest, but I dont know how people enjoy this company. Their drinks are not the greatest, let alone the healthiest. I recommend Gariolas, 10/10, support your local coffee shops! They do not disappointment. Even Burger King has better coffee.
